Nice house and location, disappointed about communication

We had a lovely stay at this property. Upon arrival at home after the trip, we realized that my 10 year old left her favorite stuffed animal in one of the beds. I emailed and texted the property manager, in the same way that she had responded before. No response. Disappointing. Even if the cleaners did not find the stuffed animal (doubtful), respond and say, "Sorry, we didn't find it." Instead my daughter asks me every day if there's be any response, to which I have to respond, "No." Good customer service means continuing to respond, even after I am no longer spending money at your property.

July 4th week - Lucky Ducky

Great week on 30A- it was just so hot! Positives- The house was perfect / excellent location! 3rd floor patio had nice partial view of ocean and was nice to enjoy our coffee in morning and cocktail at night! 2 minute walk to pool and very short walk to beach- tram stop right by the house but we didn’t even use it -Definitely rent bikes to explore nearby Alys and Rosemary beach areas! Rental company was great- check in for house was easy! We were able to go straight to house which was awesome- but then you have to pick up welcome Packet at the pool- no problem really with that other than a long line- and wearing wristbands to pool and beach didn’t bother us- The pool area is amazing! Although minor inconveniences due to HOA rules we understood staff was there and rules in place to keep area nice- I appreciated the adult swim bell - 10 minutes with no kids 10 or under in pool- but if you have little ones, that could be annoying but it’s only 10 minutes. Our only negative was community beach- it was very crowded (again it was holiday week so not sure if it’s always that crowded in summer or not) so we always had issues finding chairs at pool and the beach was so small- most of space was taken up by the rental chairs so space for everyone else with own chairs was madness!!!! Unfortunately with beach being a major draw For us- although everything else was great- we probably would not stay in this particular community again summer! I would Come back outside of summe

The house is GREAT!!! Location is so central and easy to walk everywhere! I don't think we got in the car except to go grocery shopping! Walked to the beach - so simple, rented chairs and it was amazing! Walked to Alys and Rosemary! got bikes from Peddlers - it was so close. We did have 2 15 year old daughters with us and we let them ride bikes alone during the day but at night they had to stay with us. I would definitely stay here again - maybe just not during Atlanta spring break.... :) That was def an interesting experience but nothing to do with this home! The house was EXACTLY what we wanted and the rooftop porch was great too.

Good location

We have been staying in Seacrest for 4 years. This property served its purpose because of location. However, it is in need of some serious TLC. It is beat up, like fraternity spring break groups have been prior guests. However, the bath towels were good. And the management company is very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the property and it’s location. It’s walking distance to the restaurants in Rosemary and Alys Beach. The bedrooms accommodated three couples, and the car spot could hold our three vehicles. We enjoyed sitting on the roof deck. Contact with the property mgmt was easy and their response times were very quick. Only inconvenience was the first level AC turned off sometime during our first night. A quick connect with the property mgmt and it was straightened out by noon the next day. There was a lot of condensation that accumulated in the pan and it reached the point where it shut off the AC. It might be good to have that checked monthly or quarterly, especially when the AC is in constant use during those hot days. Again, inconvenient but survivable given that it wasn’t super hot. We would look to renting this property again in the future.

Such a fun spot

You cannot beat the location of this house!! We loved the easy beach access, rooftop beach view, and short walk to the pool. The house was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay again.

This was an awesome house and the rooftop porch was the best!

It was perfect for our family - my husband and our 2 grown sons and wives. We are expecting our first grandchild, and will be back to this house next summer - got a room for the growing children!

Amazing vacation spot!

We vacation yearly with our entire family and always stay at a home big enough for all of us. This has been the best stat we’ve had in years. The home was so clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood was beautiful and convenient to shops and the beach. The roof top balcony was so enjoyable, especially to watch fireworks. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. And we’ve never rented or stayed somewhere with as responsive of a property management company as this. They were all excellent. We will definitely be back!

Great location

I did not know what to expect because never stayed in this area . House is easy walk to nearby restaurants, Starbucks and beach . Tram service was fast and took you to the beach.Rooms are large and the roof top patio was a hit , Kitchen super equipped with all you need.

Great family house

We are grandparents with two grown children with families. The three levels allowed each family to have a floor with plenty of common areas. The rooftop patio is the best!

beach paradise

location is great house had lots of beach toys ,bikes ,etc walking distance to pool and beach however we found out on day two there is a tram that will take you close to beach we will be back next year if not sooner

Loved LUCKY DUCKY

We had a great week at Lucky Ducky! It’s in a GREAT LOCATION right on 30-A. Easy walk just about 1 block to the beach. The house was really clean. Beds were very comfortable. Had a couple of very minor issues with TV and Dryer and the Itrip folks were so amazing and got right on them and fixed them immediately! Couldn’t say enough great things about this house. We will DEFINITELY stay here again when visiting Seacrest.

Perfect vacation getaway

Great location. The house is amazing. The bicycles provided at this rental was A wonderful surprise and used everyday of our stay. The third floor sundeck was perfect for watching sunsets and relaxing after a day at the beach. Well equipped kitchen—everything we needed was provided. We will definitely stay at Lucky Ducky again.
