Family fun time

Relaxing family time in this beautiful condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Enjoyed the property despite hiccups

We really enjoyed the condo. It was spacious and included all the things we needed. There was a problem with the speaker system in the building that was unable to be fixed during our stay. A humming noise was loud in the foyer and hall but faint if we closed our bedroom doors. Cleaners needed to come touch up one bathroom but mostly clean all around.

Easter Weekend Family Getaway

Our family had a blast on this trip. The condo was as described in the listing. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for four adults and two kids. The view was beautiful and the wrap-around balcony was nice, especially when it was windy, with us being able to sit around the corner and still have a great view of the water. Booking was easy and we had no issues. Our grandkids are already asking to stay again next year.

Loved this place! The wall of windows were awesome! Plenty of room for everyone! 2 pools and hot tubs easily accessible as well as the beach. Elevators were pretty quick. Restaurant on site.

We had a great time!

This was our 4th time staying at Edgewater and this condo was by far our favorite! It had everything we needed in the kitchen. There were tons of beach and sand toys in the unit that made our beach time more fun. The beds were all super comfortable which is so important. There was lots of space and the view was beautiful! We will be back!

Spacious Beachfront Edgewater Condo

Overall a great time. Enjoyed the amenities of the property and the awesome balcony. Did have trouble with TV in 2nd bedroom. Remotes were confusing and we could only get the TV on but could not access any channels or streaming services. Overall good condition but some areas are worn. Door to utility room, ceiling tiles in main bedroom bathroom and stained ceiling in 2nd bedroom next to AC vent. But as stated great time had by all!

Needed R&R!

We really enjoyed our stay. Th place was really spacious. The bathroom remodel iwas nice. The lamps need to be plugged in somewhere. I like the living room furniture. I would consider painting the wicker. The ceiling fans need a more modern update. We definitely would consider visiting again. The host was very responsive. Thanks for everything

Great condo for families.

The condo was a good location to beach and all resort activities and restaurant. The owner was quick to answer questions we had. Great layout of the condo with bathrooms to each room. Huge living room and dining area. Great view from the balcony. Beach towels were provided in the condo and there was beach service available for chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The resort restaurant and bar had a variety of drinks and food that was very convenient near the lagoon. We would love to come back to this property.

Great location

We had such a nice stay here! The owner, Meredith, was super responsive with any questions we had. I had originally booked this unit because of a previous review that stated the location was excellent. They were 100% right! On the third floor, it’s easy enough to take the stairs and a great little heated pool is super close. Views are amazing, and the wrap around balcony meant that I could get out of the wind one way or another. Our kids loved the bball and pickle ball courts across the street, and we loved how “closed off” this resort was. I felt comfortable letting my “pre-teen” walk around with her friends on her own, and she got to have a little space and responsibility. Overall, a great little trip!

Great stay!

Condo was larger than expected, clean and had all the amenities needed. Very easy access to beach, the smaller pool and the big lagoon pool. Was pleasantly surprised by the large splash pad at the lagoon pool that my 3 year old son enjoyed! Good restaurants and attractions nearby. Meredith was very responsive and informative. Would stay again.

Perfect place

The condo was more than enough room to fit our 3 families! The wrap around deck and views were amazing and the location was *chefs kiss*. We had some troubles with the cable due to a recent upgrade from the property, but Meredith was awesome to communicate with and we got it fixed in a jiffy! Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely be back again!!!

Panama Condo

Owner is very easy to deal with. Condo is great and has enough space to not be on top of each other. This is our second year in this condo and it's my favorite condo I have ever stayed in while on vacation! Definitely would recommend.

Family had a great time

Edgewater is a very busy resort. We knew this going in and one of the reason we stayed so the kids could run around with friends. If you do not like crowds, Edgewater is not a place I recommend. This condo was the ideal location in Edgewater and PCB. We were opposite side of the main pool so on the balcony you only heard the ocean. But we were still a close walk to the main pool and all the activities that take place there. There are also a lot if things to do right outside the resort as well. I highly recommend Mr.Maine's pizza and American Charlie. The only complaint is there are no black out curtains in any of the rooms. This did not bother me, but my husband was up every morning with the sunrise. If you are sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. The main bedroom was also a lot warmer than the rest of the condo. There was a fan in the closet that we used to help keep it cooler.
