House was okay. Kitchen pots and pans could use an upgrade. bikes were supposed to be available but we couldn't get to them because of construction next door. We also encountered a few roaches in the house. Very disappointed in that. Beds were comfortable.

Very good place to bring the family

Great Spot for Two Families – Just One Small IssueWe had a great stay at this home in Rosemary Beach! It was spacious and well-suited for two families with elementary and middle school-aged kids. The layout gave everyone room to spread out, and the bathrooms were excellent – clean, modern, and plentiful. The kitchen was also very good and had everything we needed for cooking meals at home.The only downside was that the outdoor grill wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit disappointing since we were hoping to grill a few nights. Other than that, the house worked really well for our group and we’d consider staying here again!

Great house for our group

This house worked perfectly for our group of 12 made up of 3 families. The 6 kids loved the bunk room (though it was a bit tight with both the trundles rolled out) and the parents all got their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is an easy walk to shops and the beach which made up for being on a bit of a noisy road. (Only 1 bedroom faces the busy road.) The older kids loved the bikes and being able to explore the neighborhood on their own.

Lovely Seacrest Beach Birthday Weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend in Seacrest Beach at the Remedy. House is beautiful, as is Seacrest Beach. Do wish the house had better furniture in the main living area.

Perfect house & location!!!!!

We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our stay!! The property managers were super prompt & helpful whenever we reached out to them with questions. The location of the house is perfect with close proximity to the beach, pool, coffee shops & restaurants!! The house had extra things like baby gates, beach chairs & beach toys for the kids. The balconies were so nice to have on each level of the house. The house was so beautiful & airy! We will definitely come back!!!

Bachelorette weekend a success

My daughter’s bachelorette weekend was a huge success due in part to your lovely property. The house was perfect for the girls with ample space and lots of bathrooms! The location was convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants via short strolls. The girls were impressed with the community as a whole. Thank you!!!

Great but with some inconviences

This was our first time to 30A so we didn't know much about the property or location when we booked. The house was great, however, not perfect. The house was in need of minor repair(s) when we arrived and most of these things were addressed by management during our stay. The home management only provides two small towels per bathroom, leading us to have to be doing constant laundry during our week stay (with children)-mostly annoying. They also don't provide sufficient TP or paper towels. Anyone staying in this house needs to be aware that there is absolutely no privacy provided in any of the bedrooms from any of the window treatments. You can see directly into all the bedrooms from street level and also from the balconies of the condos across the street. This was very uncomfortable at night while trying to get ready for bed, knowing the people outside could see right in (especially on the 3rd floor) - we could see them eating dinner while laying in bed so I knew they could see us. The location is great as it's easily walkable to the beach/pool/shops. The neighborhood is cute and the pool was a nice alternative to the beach. Overall, we had a nice stay.

loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay here!! we had two families stay in this home. 4 adults and 7 kiddos and it worked perfect for our families. Pictures were just as the house was.. it was beautiful and well kept. felt like the location in this community was great. 2 minute bike ride to Rosemary Beach and 2 minute bike ride to Alys beach . shuttle took you right to beach with a stop right in front of the house. Super easy walk to the pool and peddler circle area. super convenient. We loved the house and our stay, we would stay here again.

Great spot near Rosemary

We loved our NYE stay at this property. It's very up to date and spacious, with plenty of room for lounging and relaxing. A short 5-6 minute walk to the beach was great, and the pool in the complex is incredible. The property is nicely maintained and in good shape. The bathrooms are fabulous. They also actually had 4 bikes instead of 2, so that's awesome. A few negatives though - there was a TV missing from the upper deck, which was very disappointing as it was a feature I was looking forward to on our particular trip (football playoffs), and there are no blankets besides your bed linens. We've stayed at other properties that have those, and they're nice to have around. We ended up pulling linens off an unused bed. In the master on the main level, there's a VERY bright light that comes in directly through the bamboo shades at night and hits the master bed, so some curtains over those would be welcome. Also, a 4pm check-in is really late. The majority of the day is gone by then but you still pay for it. The reservation system said due to COVID, but that seems like a bygone excuse now. 1PM should be standard. The owners/managers do provide a text number, but I think they use some sort of relay system because the responses were pretty slow. Never heard back about the TV. Communication should be VERY quick these days with concerns. They did allow us to enter just under an hour earlier, and did ask if we wanted to fix a fan remote that wasn't working. Just wish the communication was quicker. The area around the home was a little messy (not the owners fault - there's just construction taking place nearby) but it's 'off season' so I guess pristine isnt to be expected. Overall, we loved our stay and would bring a few other friends back to the area.

Amazing home & location

The house was very clean and nicely decorated - perfect for families with small children as they provided a high chair, pack n’ play, and baby gates! House is right next to amazing restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Very nice community pools as well!

Lovely Beach Home

This was a great vacation rental for me, my family, and friends. We truly enjoyed our week and the house was set up well for the families that stayed there. It was a short walk to the beach, poo, or restaurants. Everything in the home worked properly. The property management company was responsive and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would rent this place again in the future.
