Amazing!

Had a wonderful trip! 9 adults and 2 babies. Plenty of room for all. House was amazing. So close to the pool and shopping/restaurants. Hosts were very quick to reply with any questions. I would definitely stay here again! Great memories

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bunkbeds were perfect for our little ones. Loved the ambience and look of the neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach was a plus. There is also the option to take a tram to the beach if you’d rather. Shopping is within walking distance and there are great eating options with just a short drive. Would stay here again if the opportunity comes!

End of school year trip

The house was better than expected. The rooms were very spacious clean and all had a nice patio. The furniture was comfortable and the location was perfect. The upstairs bunk room where the kids stayed did get a little warm. I would recommend bringing some sort of box fan. All in all this was a great experience and I would book this house again.

Great Stay!

My friends and I had the best weekend at Southern Palms! The property manager answered all text messages we sent within 20 minutes or less. The location of the place was amazing, super short walk to the pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach! The tram service though made everything so much easier! Would 10/10 recommend for a family or large friend group :)

Great location with room for all

Great room for everyone. We were family with 11. Upper bunk room great for college age or teens. Downstairs king was good for toddlers so they didn’t have to do stairs. Kitchen equipped well. Great TVs in all rooms. Location perfect for pool and tram. Owners responded immediately. AC worked great.

Great House in a Great Location

We've stayed at multiple properties in Seacrest and this was one of our top 3. Clean property, great location, and excellent communication with the property manager. It needed more silverware as we didn't have many forks, spoons, etc but thankfully we brought some plastic items with us. Overall very comfortable, clean, and we all had a blast!

Fabulous location, wonderful prop owners!

The booking process was smooth, and the communication with the property owners was easy, lovely and thorough. I had many questions, and Leigh and Michael were gracious and helpful. The home has tons of space, all the amenities and the location is perfect. The beach tram stop is literally out the back door. The home is perfect for a multigenerational family trip! This property is in a popular area for kids, teens and college, which makes everyone happy. The pool is even more amazing in person with various areas for all ages. Shopping, food, entertainment is a 5 min walk- literally! Do not miss this property and working with such professional owners who truly want your stay to be worry free!
