Awesome property. We loved the location, the layout of the home, & the cleanliness of the home! We were able to walk or bike to everywhere we needed to go. Or take the trolley. The trolley stop was conveniently right across the street. Great time with family.

Great place for a family stay with lots of great things to do within walking distance.

Loved the rental house and loved having 4 bikes, beach chairs and umbrella and a grill, all of which we used.Only wish is that the private beach area was larger, but we were well advised going in that it would be very crowded. We were there the busiest week of the year (July 4) and as long as one was not in a rush and prepared for waits, it is fine. The property manager was always responsive to my questions. Will definitely consider a stay again at this property!

Wonderful stay in Seacrest Beach

This house was everything we had hoped for. Beautifully decorated, very clean and in a lovely neighborhood. Especially liked the large community pool. Owners quick to respond to questions. Would love to stay there again!

Perfect for family vacation!

Perfect house, perfect location & perfect host! We had such a wonderful time. Very, very relaxing. The home had everything you need & more. The beds are SO stinkin' comfortable. The hostess offered excellent dining recommendations. Would book again!

The best week!

Another great stay!

We enjoy this place so much! We had a great time as always! The beach was rougher than normal, but that comes with the territory! Otherwise, the weather was awesome and we loved every minute!

Perfect for our needs

In our party of six, two were physically challenged. We needed ample room throughout the residence for ease of mobility - we needed walk in showers - we needed each bedroom to have private full baths - we needed no stairs in the house (4 stairs to enter but handrails were sturdy so all went well). This residence fulfilled all of our needs. A big plus was our address was a Tram pick up spot so our two individuals were able to call for transport to locations of interest.

Fabulous home in Seacrest

This was our 5th vacation at Seacrest and this home was perfect! Just fabulous from beginning to end. The property management company was stellar and so informative! The home was extremely clean and the decor updated with lovely touches & was incredibly inviting. Our family consisted of 2 adults and 2 teens & we had plenty of space. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!

We loved this property. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was very family friendly. The beach was crowded, but the tram service was helpful to get back and forth with our beach items. We loved having coffee on the porch each morning and the walkability to both Rosemary and Alys beach shops and restaurants.

Clean & Perfect Location

The property was clean and just as advertised. The property managers were super communicative and helpful! (We had a minor issue with garbage disposal and sent someone right away). This was perfect for our two kids (10 & 13) and my parents, along with my husband and I. This would be a good option for someone with reduced mobility given it’s single floor plan (although a few stairs to get inside). This was our first trip to this area and we see the charm! The large community pool was nice but very crowded (as one might expect during spring break and the suboptimal temps/weather on the one decent day of the week). Thanks for a lovely stay and sharing your property with us - we hope to return again!

Highly Recommend

This house was perfect! Super clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Had to work a little in the mornings and the wifi was great. We have stayed in this area for the last few years and have never stayed in a house that was so well maintained. The beds were super comfy too! We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay!

House had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Bikes were a bonus and enabled us not to have to bring our own or have the expense of renting them. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy, baths nicely updated. Tram stop right across the street so super convenient to get to the beach.

Perfect location!

We had a blast! Loved the area, the pool and beach are not far away, easy for cars to park and to bike around. The house was very nice as we expected. We will definitely come back
