Beautiful, large beach house

Beautiful location, plenty of room for my three sisters and our families- 8 adults and 8 kids altogether. There are six bedrooms (two with large bunkbeds) plus the bunk area in the upstairs hallway. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The pool is small but the heating works well and the kids had a blast. The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment, including two blenders. I did wish salt and pepper etc were there because it felt such a shame to have to buy it and then throw it away. The view and beach access were incredible- from the balcony one evening we could see a pod of dolphins playing in the ocean.

Incredible week

My husband and I and two other couples came to relax after dealing with damage from the hurricane. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Had everything we needed in a beach house! And the views were just beautiful! Perfect house, perfect location, and blessed with perfect weather. If I had any constructive feedback to give, it would be that the living room furniture is too small for 6”3 men and too small really for more than six people to be comfortable. However, the beds were top notch! Very comfortable mattresses. And we would definitely rent this house again. The living room furniture would not keep us from re-booking!

Great fall break

House was on quiet part of front beach, still near gas station and restaurants. Beautiful house, tons of space to hang out, amazing quiet beach - 10/10. Mgmt company was an absolute dream - best I’ve probably ever worked with. Would definitely rent this house again for sure!

We did have two large roaches in one of the bedrooms and the sliding glass door did not lock but overall we were very happy with our stay.

This was our second time here. Love the fact it’s on the beach and ample space. I would suggest the owner supplying simple items like a multi surface cleaner, more than 1 dishwasher pod and paper towel roll. Also some extra toilet paper would’ve been nice. Common spices like salt and pepper could be saved too.

Perfect vacation for large family

This house was perfect for our fabulous vacation! The location was ideal, no traffic and beautiful beach! Plenty of bedrooms, very comfortable beds, places to gather or be apart, if wanted. The children loved their midday pool time when they needed a beach break. The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated. This house should be #1 on your search!

highlights: *top level bedroom balconies - next best thing to being on the beach is balcony doors open to sights and sounds of the ocean *great sleeping options - high quality bedding, mattresses and pillows *management team is super responsive - noticed a leak under bathroom cabinets first night and repair was made the next morning *pool alarm is an unfortunate necessity - wish there was a way to opt out if no young ones in the group.

Ample space & great location…

We enjoyed our time here. Plenty of sleeping areas, loved the bed/bath ratio, fully stocked kitchen, upstairs balcony area was quaint, logistics were perfect for our needs. The negatives were: dishwasher didn’t work the whole time we were there, we hand washed until it was fixed (day before we left), the alarm attached to the middle level w/ pool (also the main access to beach) goes off w/in seconds of opening, we had someone stay at the button to push it keeping it from alarming the whole time trying to simply get out the door. I wish they would have mentioned Beach construction would have been going on during our stay. We had 2 days of clear beach front, from 2nd night on there was construction noise (all night), trucks & tractors up & down the beach along w/ a huge pipe horizontally covering all parts of the beach; we didn’t have access to the water from that point on…

Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! Right on the beach and the decks are amazing. It’s even bigger than it looks. I would definitely recommend renting here. The property management was very friendly and let us check in early. Not a single complaint from us!

Beautiful beach front

Everything was great. Loved being directly on the beach. The house was beautiful. And the guest team was very accommodating. The only thing we didn’t love was we felt sand in our beds before we even went to the beach. But that’s part of having a beach house. Sand is hard to get out of linen and mattresses. Also the door out to the pool had a sensor on it that beeped within 12 seconds of closing. So basically every time we left or used the pool theres was a very loud beep. That got annoying and inconvenient but wasn’t worth complaining about and wouldn’t deter us from booking the same place. I’m guessing it was a safety precaution since the pool has no gate around it? Anyways we loved the place and would stay again for sure.

Nice views but issues

I planned this day for a work retreat. The house accommodates a lot of beds which is great. It is very spacious. However the mold smell was strong. I understand the houses on the ocean and this is going to happen. But it was so bad that all of the women there ended up having some respiratory issues after the second night. Also upon arrival the air-conditioning on the second floor was not functioning. In my opinion they should’ve been checked and handled prior to my arrival. The air conditioning technicians were there all morning the next day trying to fix it. They were polite and nice but the issue that I was told was not the actual issue. It was much more intense. The washing machine also didn’t work and I had message the property manager with no response. We still had a good time but I feel like for a $650 cleaning fee the house should’ve been in much better condition.
