One of the best stays/experiences we've had

The place was exactly as advertised and more! Perfect location for anywhere we desired to go. Ernie was an excellent host and will recommend his properties and amazing customer service to all family and friends.

Perfect getaway

Beautifully decorated, great location, easy access to area activities, family friendly area, quiet. It was great to have bikes and scooters and The Big Chill was a fun place to hang out with lots of great shopping, entertainment, and food options. Owner was great with communication and quickly responded to questions!

Wonderful & Cozy Townhome! Exceptionally clean, great communication with host Ernie, and perfect location to visit both Rosemary & Seaside areas. The pool was also a nice added bonus.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved how clean and quiet this unit was. The pool was great, location was perfect for us, and the electric scooters added convenience and a side of fun to it all. I would 100% stay here again.

Relaxing stay

Everything was so comfortable! Nice and clean! We lucked out with perfect weather and nothing was too crowded. Ernie is a great communicator who.goes above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect stay!

Mother’s Day Trip was fabulous

My daughter and I spent the week at this property and it was amazing. Ernie (property owner) went over and beyond preparing us for the arrival and even checked on us the first day to be sure we had what we needed. We had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again in the future!

This was an amazing stay! The unit was gorgeous and so comfortable. The scooters were a blast, and the location was near everything! Ernie communicated regularly and answered any questions asked. We will come back!

Everything we needed!!

We keep coming back again and again because we LOVE everything about our stay!! The location is PERFECT, especially with kids, and everything was wonderful as usual. Our host was responsive, helpful, and kind. Can't wait to come back!!

Great location, clean, excellent service!

Ernie was wonderful to work with and the rental was super clean! We needed a last minute rental within a few days of when I booked it, and Ernie answered all of my questions, communicated promptly, allowed early check-in, and texted regularly to check in. Would definitely stay again and the location was perfect for the Big Chill, pools, etc.

Fantastic stay!

This was our first experience with renting from VRBO. Everything was perfect! Great place to stay with a great location! Short drive to the beach with easy access! Wonderful communication throughout the stay!! Hope we can return again soon!!

We truly had the best stay. This was my second time staying at Prominence & I just love the area. Ernie was such a good host and communicated with us all weekend to make sure things were going good. We loved the scooters and bikes! We will definitely be back & I couldn’t recommend this property more! We loved it!

Excellent experience!

Took my teenage daughter and her friend to 30A for 4 nights to celebrate her birthday. We loved this property and the area! The scooters were a fun addition to the stay and made getting around the neighborhood and area a breeze! The property was clean and nice! We highly recommend this property! The owner was fantastic to work with as well!

Absolutely perfect

If I could rate this stay with more than 5 stars I would! My adult children and I made memories to last a lifetime. The scooters were so much fun to explore the area on and Ernie texted me several times to check in. I highly recommend booking this one! We look forward to staying at Sea Major again in the near future.

Amazing place!

This place was amazing and had the perfect space for our family! Couldn’t ask for better location right across from the Big Chill. The scooters and bikes were an added bonus. We used them daily on the path along 30A. Highly recommend renting this spot.

Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Big Chill 30A! The check in/out process was clearly communicated. Ernie texted a few times to make sure everything was going well and that we were not having any issues. Class Act from beginning to end!

Amazing experience!!

We loved staying at Ernie’s! We had an issue with check in, and he was amazing with getting us into the unit and connected with his property manager. His property manager even helped us get to a rental when our car broke down as we were leaving. I can’t say enough wonderful things! We plan to stay again soon
