Great location, but not all bulbs worked and furniture had threads showing. Needs some love. Also, for our size house and capacity the trial size shampoos, toilet paper/garbage bag/dishwasher tab ration was insulting for the price we paid. The host did so much right but having to go to Publix and buy garbage bags and toilet paper was ridiculous. For a few extra dollars, the host would’ve made me ecstatic!

Great house and location

House is a perfect location with easy walk to the beach and town. Nice layout and kitchen. Front and back l’orchestre, front porch with grill and fireplace. Beaches are exceptional! Critique of Rosemary area is level of noise in the morning. I come in vacation to sleep in but it’s impossible with yard crews and delivery trucks bringing in a ton of noise every morning. We also had a house of 6 kids next to us which was brutal with morning noise. Baseball game every morning at 7 am on sidewalk outside our house. Requests to keep noise down ignored by kids and parents. As for the house, the mattresses MUST be replaced. They are clearly worn out and also led to lack of sleep due to back pain. For check-in, we had to wait on porch for 1.5 hrs before we received our code right at 4p. No one was in house, would have been nice to get code earlier as emails said we would.

Quick Getaway

We love coming to Rosemary Beach any time of year. Found this property on VRBO, which we have not used before, and found it to be the perfect spot for our brief getaway. The location is great and the house is laid out conveniently. Really enjoyed our stay!

Heavenly Haven at the Beach

We stayed over Christmas and this house is adorable! Since we were cooking Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at the house I was concerned about the kitchen and cookware. This kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. The location of this home in Rosemary Beach is perfect. So close to the beach and to Mainstreet. Our family enjoyed the stay and we will probably stay here again. I highly recommend this home!

Perfect place in Rosemary

We had a great stay at Sandy Haven. The home is beautiful and had ample space for adults and kids alike. Great location next to the Coquina pool and walkover C to the beach. Especially loved having coffee on the porch or the back patio and making s’mores around the outdoor fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.

Prepare to sweat downstairs!

The property was well kept and in a great location. However, the AC does not cool downstairs. Upon arrival the notes say not to put it below 75, but good luck even getting it to that temperature. Th k goodness we went early in the season and it wasn’t too warm outside. I would take causation if you’re traveling with older adults or children as it will be uncomfortable living on the first floor!

Special Place

Great stay. Close to beach and pool. Also close to green space. Easy walk to main shops etc. made the walk with 2 and 4 year old multiple times a day. Would stay again.

Great beach stay

This house is all about the location and the great big outdoor porches. Charming inside. Nice to have TVs in every room. Outdoor grill and fireplace were lovely. Overall we’d come back again. A few things that weren’t great - ice maker barely worked, kitchen was lacking if you planned on making meals at home, pool directly across from the house was closed and under repair along with loud construction noise (starting at 7am weekdays) coming from the house getting rennovated across the path. Be prepared to bring your own trash bags, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Not much there to start.

Rosemary Beach Warmth

We have stayed at this property before one year ago. Beautiful neighborhood. The property had some upgrades in the way of a new mattress, bathroom updates, and new air conditioner which was easier to set. All in all a wonderful experience.

Can’t wait to come back

Loved our week at Sandy haven! The main floor is the perfect set up for a week of family fun at the beach. Great location, beautiful house! The full size beds are not very comfortable, definitely recommend only for kids but the king & queen are great for people of any age.

Beautiful and Restful

This is a truly beautiful home and location. Everything is just as described (if not better.) Gorgeous outdoor patio with fireplace. We were only steps away from the beach too. We loved the complimentary bikes accompanying the house. If I had one complaint, it would be the amenities provided seemed cheap. Small thin bars of soap, one trash bag, and a couple rolls of toilet paper. For the price of the rental, it seems like a bit more attention would be placed on the details. Otherwise, great home for a restful getaway.

Rosemary Beach Relaxation

We love this little community. Sandy Haven is located in a perfect spot for us. Close to the pool, lawn, beach, town, and long walks on the trail. Great layout for the design of this house with a nice courtyard and two sitting areas downstairs.
