The house is lovely great location. We did have multiple minor issues that unfortunately add up to downgrade the experience. Second floor guest bathtub stopper didn’t work outside shower was cracked and sprayed water everywhere a few bug issues in the pantry kitchen, which can be expected in South Florida the trim piece on the island would fall every time you opened the dishwasher. It actually smashed my toe the first time, but not seriously. The guidebook says to text Jonathan the chair guy each morning with our chair request. My daughter was the first one there and got yelled at by Jonathan saying we shouldn’t be using his personal text which is the number they gave us. We did address these issues with management and they sent over a handyman, but he never fixed anything only took pictures.
