Stay for Gulf Coast Jam 2024

The condo was amazing. Very clean and views from the balcony were amazing. I was a little concerned after reading other reviews about the elevator but over the 4 days we were there we never waited more than 10 minutes, most of the time we were on one within 5! I would def stay here again.

This condo is very nice. Check-in was a breeze. The overall look is beautiful along with small details. The bed was like a soft top but very comfortable. I can appreciate a dehumidifie: YOU MUST check and empty daily. Also, there was only one beach chair located in the closet. I'll still give the condo 5 Stars even though the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon arrival. Beware it took multiple tries to get it started. Great Place!!!

Great place to rent

Nice property, elevators take a bit but not a deal breaker. Felt clean and inviting upon entry, other than one visible stain at entrance to carpet along with missing pull chain for living room fan so had no way to use it but AC worked great so no issues overall. Fast ice maker so was able to use everyday to load my cooler for the beach. Would stay again. Great view down both sides of the beach.

I will definitely stay here again!! The condo was very clean and updated the view from the balcony was amazing. The property was clean and staff very friendly. The location was great!! You never have to leave the property……they have everything you need!!

A beach vacation at its finest.

Tidewater condos is among the best in PCB and sits on one of the finest beaches in all of the USA. Our condo was clean and modern. It was well maintained and well equipped. Living room and master bedroom are quite large. The good: Amazing condo view from the 17th floor highlighted by floor to ceiling sliding glass door in master bedroom. Well appointed and stocked with plenty of towels and 2 beach chairs. Never waited over 2 minutes for elevator despite earlier reports of long delays (even though it was bike week). Check-in after hours was fast and easy as we had pre-registered. Parking was more than adequate. Very quite rooms-same on balcony. Great selection of channels on TV. Security personnel are present 24 hours and available for assistance at all times. A/C and water pressure was excellent. The not so good: Refrigerator door won't open fully as impeded by nearby stove handle (manageable unless you have a large container). Microwave works but is not programmable to specific cooking times. Toilet seat off master bedroom squeaks like a bad shipwreck when raising or closing lid. Ongoing road construction nearby but has minor effect on travel. In short--you can't go wrong with this rental. Everything you need at a premier property in a premier location. Enjoy.

Great time!

We had a great experience! When we checked in we realized we didn’t receive an email stating the door code. We called Liz and she responded immediately with all the necessary details. After that everything went well. We had the usual elevator delays but nothing major. Security was very visible and helpful. The condo is beautiful and the location ideal for families. Would definitely recommend!

It was very clean, well kept condo. The beach chairs would have been great but we needed the umbrella so we had to rent from tidewater. Liz was great to work with and it all went very smooth. We will be back to rent again.

Beach get away

We travel down to the panhandle 2-3 times per year for long weekends and have been doing so for the past 25 years. The condo we stayed at for this trip was one of the best ones we have rented.

Just what we needed!

The property was great! The view from the 17th floor was amazing. We arrived on a Sunday - left Sat morning - elevators we not great, but longest wait around 20-30 min with luggage or grocery cart; other than that, 5-10 depending on the group size with you. We had 4. Teens ran safety around resort while parents relaxed and enjoyed the day! Would definitely stay again with no hesitations!!

Beautiful view and super clean condo!

Condo is just as described in listing! The view is amazing! Perfect for my family of 4. The condo is stocked with all the basics plus more. Know the elevators have a wait time during peak hours.

Beach Vacation

This was the perfect property for our beach vacation! Excellent view/balcony with easy beach access. Amenities available at resort added to our experience. Also the close proximity to pier park and multiple other tourist attractions made this an excellent unit!

We stayed on floor 17 and heard the elevator would be a night mare but really we waited only 10 minutes at the most. The property is an older property but I think they try to keep it clean considering how many people are staying there., I saw people sweeping and wiping glass on doors. The condo was clean it needs a few things fixed. The kitchen table .really needed to be fixed. The living room ceiling fan didn't work. We did have a couple of minor issues and called property manager and she did respond right away. It was an ok condo. It's not very big but it was an ok size for my husband and I . I think it's cleaned but things are not repaired or things replaced when they disappear. I thought there were 2 beach chairs to use and beach towels. Only found 1 towel and a beach umbrella. This is minor things but would of been nice to have. It also stays warmer in the bedroom than the living room so it would of been nice to have the living room fan working to circulate the air.

Condo was very clean, even throw pillows smelled freshly washed. manager was very quick to reply to text messages. The ONLY issue was elevators being down the day we arrived. Caused long waits while holding kids and luggage. Other than that everything else was perfect!

Summer fun except for the elevators

Great trip overall. Loved the room and amenities. Perfect location. However, the elevators were a nightmare. Very slow and had to wait forever for one. If you stay here, make time in your plans to wait for an elevator... like 15-20 minutes. The elevators will keep me from staying here again. It may be different when not during peak season.

The mattress was too soft, you couldn’t open the refrigerator door but half way, one end of the sofa smelled like pee, and the bowl on the coffee table holding the remotes was full of dust. The rug had not been vacuumed.

Great quick trip.

We decided to take a last minute trip to PCB and wanted to stay somewhere different than our normal resort. Tidewater was a great resort. The process to rent this particular unit was easy. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The owner pays attention to detail, down to even providing fluffy towels.

Panoramic View

The panoramic view of the water made for an already fun and wonderful experience with the family. The check in/out process was painless. Our only issue with the facility was the time it took to call an elevator. The location & amenities were exactly what was hoped for and hope to come back in the future.
