Great location

This was a great location with a short walk to the beach and the onsite pool was amazing for the kids. Can't wait to book for next year!

Nice retreat

We enjoyed a comfortable, roomy and clean unit that’s great for families. The convenience of a well stocked kitchen & a short walk to the beach made it perfect.

Perfect Beach Getaway

What a wonderful house for an extended family getaway! Beds for all! Room to visit as a group! Fantastic, stocked kitchen! Steps from the beach! Very clean and everything was easy!

Family Vacation

Our family had the best week! Seconds walk to the gorgeous beach. Plenty of room at the beach house for 6 people plus our mini goldendoodle. The beach house was cozy and we will definitely plan another visit.

10/10 would stay here again. The walk to the beach was great. Close to everything without being too crowded. Pool is right next door.

Perfect Spring Getaway

Beautiful beach home! Loved there were 2 King rooms, both with bathrooms. Very short walk to the beach. Was also nice having the pool so close-the kids were ready to jump in right after breakfast :) We had a few hiccups involving the cable tv and the bbq grill, which were resolved super quick. Would rent again.

The house and location was perfect

The house and location were amazing. 4.6 mile drive to Pier Park. Carousel grocery store a few blocks down the road. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. House was right across the road from the beach with great access. We had a blast.

Nice get away

The house was clean, and looked like the pictures. Paradise rentals was easy to get ahold of, and eager to help. The weather was not that great, but there’s no control of that.

Not the best, not the worst...

Our experience could've been better. One of our guests sat down in a chair on the front porch and it snapped in half (luckily he wasn't hurt). On the night we got there we realized our refrigerator wasn't working properly. We contacted management the next morning to let them know. It took 3 days before we got a replacement refrigerator to put our food in. We normally don't eat out very much. We like to spend as much time on the beach as possible. We normally go out to the store and buy food for the week on our first night there. Since the fridge was messed up, we couldn't buy food for 3 days until they replaced the fridge. This caused us a lot of headache and time wasted. It was 4th of July weekend when we got there, so every restaurant was packed, and we had to wait 2 hours to be seated for every meal. If our fridge was working, and we were able to buy food to cook there, we would have saved ourselves a LOT of time and hassle. Also there were a bunch of beer cans left behind the back porch by someone. The master bedroom's balcony door was messed up and was unable to lock, which really messed up the peace of mind of one of our guests... Also the listing said pet friendly, and once we made the reservation, we find out there's an additional pet fee. Why isn't this already included in a "pet friendly" home? Very misleading... There were some good things, however. The location was nice, decent neighborhood, no eye sores in the immediate area. Also the walk to the beach was very short, and the pool was nice. This was our first time getting a house, we normally get a condo in Destin every year. While our experience wasn't terrible, it certainly left a lot to be desired.

Whirlpool tub malfunctioned without even using it!

Back deck flooring rotted. Sellers could have a law suit on their if not addressed soon. Had to wait a full day to get a response from maintenance to come out. Master bath floor flooded from tub and leaked down to kitchen ceiling. A good thing husband knew to shut the power off at the electrical panel. Would still be mopping up water! Have not heard from agency on what they could do for us to compensate us! Will not rent from agency ever!

Proximity to ocean

Overall it was a great experience, however the only complaint is the cleanliness. After a long day of driving we were ready for bed and the bedroom downstairs had a ton of pet hair on everything...sheets, mattress cover, pillows, etc. There was pet hair and stains on the decorative throw pillows and place mats, etc. A big piece of bread was left on the kitchen floor, and we had a couple roach friends. If it wasnt for those things it would have been an A+.

Awesome house and location, right across the street from the beach!!

The rental management company sent us a 4 digit code and it should have been a 6 digit code to get in... not sure what happened there! Luckily the after hours guy had the code for us! Otherwise, it was an awesome house, really well stocked with supplies/beach toys/beach cart and plenty of beds! Beautiful home with great finishes, you can tell the owners use the house personally which is awesome. RIGHT across the street from the beach access. No condos nearby so it’s super private and lovely ☺️

Nice getaway

Great house with plenty of room for our family. Clean and well kept, really close to the beach. We enjoyed the grill and kitchen, too cold during our stay to use the pool. We also booked a beach bonfire, which was a blast...We would stay here again for sure!

Great vacation

This property was a great location. Despite not being directly on the beach it was only a short walk across the street. The cleaning of the house was lacking a little but it was still a comfortable stay and the property manager helped out. If you are looking to spend a lot of time at the pool I wouldn’t really recommend this location but if beach time is most important it is great.

Great location

Enjoyed this property. Loved the location. Like this area of PCB and being in Laguna Beach area. Beach access was great as was access to other areas of PCB. House was very clean and we felt safe. Who definitely rent this property again.

Great house close to the beach

The house is just as beautiful in person as the pictures online show it to be, however, there are a few updates that need to be done. All of the beds were comfortable, except for the sofa bed. The neighborhood was nice, and the walk to the beach was just a few minutes, and the beach was not very crowded (and we loved that). Overall, we would definitely stay at this house again.

Great location

We stayed a week in this property. It was in great condition. Large rooms we had 8 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer.
