Wonderful Vacation!

Everything was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the spaciousness of the house and really enjoyed the pool, especially my 4 year old grandson!

Spent a fabulous time at Shady Palm last week. The house is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you will need for you and your family to have a fantastic time at the beach. Easy access to all things fun.

The house was great, very spacious! We had a great beach getaway with a large group, everyone had plenty of space and their own beds. The house is a great location between Rosemary and Seaside quick bike ride or golf cart ride to each. We loved the pool features after a long day on the beach. Jada and Hollie were very attentive and easy to get hold of! Would love to stay again.

My family and I stayed for the week here and it was great. The layout of the house is fantastic along with the decor. Plenty of rooms, great backyard with a pool and porch. The beach access was so close and easily accessible by the provided golf cart. The only con was that we couldn’t find a light switch for the pool but that’s minor. I’d def recommend staying here.

Loved the house and location

Overall, this was one of the best properties among the houses I rented from Vrbo and others. This was a great place for a large family like mine. There were enough rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. Loved the big dining table! Close to beach, close to dining when we ventured out for dinner. 30a Beach Girls was super accommodating and helpful. Loved the bonfire!

House was beautiful and laid out perfectly. Loved the single story. Back yard was a great retreat. Beach was a quick golf cart ride down the road. Beach was never overly crowded we had plenty of space. the hosts at 30a beach girls were kind and communicated great. Loved the bonfire, bikes and golf cart.

The stay at this house was priceless!! From the beauty of the insanely clean home to the customer service provided by the property managers everything was 5 star! Book don't think twice about booking this home!! This place is incredible & so are the managers!! Thank you for the most memorable vacation my family and I have ever been on!! The free bonfire was so much fun!!

This place is highly recommended! Had such a great experience and was seamless throughout the entire process. Everything was accommodated for from kitchenware to sheets and towels! Glad you recommended this gem, the pool area and time spent there are unreal! Central location to a bunch of stuff with the beach right down the street. Don't hesitate if your'e on the fence, you wont regret it! 30a Beach Girls is a must for 30a travel!

A memorable family vacation we all enjoyed.

Our extended family, six adults and seven-teens, converged in this lovely home for our spring break. The property is well appointed with everything you need. It is conveniently located to everything, including the beach and seaside. We had a few requests for a celebration that the property management team handled efficiently. We loved that a bonfire was included! Highly recommend this home and team! A very memorable family vacation we all enjoyed.

Seriously...this property is awesome!

Beautiful property in a wonderful, quiet spot. Very clean and true to the photos — a really great space for our group of friends to stay, tons of room to spread out. Very easy to communicate with the managers — quick responses, Hollie had awesome recommendations! I highly recommend staying here. Nice spacious living spaces and I really loved cooking in the kitchen. I just can't fit all I have to say in this review! Im going to book my families fall break here.

Relaxing family getaway

We had a very pleasant stay in this home with 30a beach girls. The home was clean, large and very spacious. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. We were able to utilize the grill and had great time outside with family when not at the beach. The bikes and golf cart were used daily, seaside it just a quick spin away. 30a Beach Girls was amazing to work with, very attentive and informative. I would consider this home for another vacation and recommend to anyone inquiring.

Perfect for a family retreat!

Perfect for family trip! The house was very comfortable, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and ample space to hang out. The outdoor area is beautiful. The house is perfectly appointed. The hosts at 30a Beachy Girls was very helpful and full of ideas. It rained during our stay and they had great activities they referred. A great home for a 30a vacation. Beautiful home perfect for elderly parents.

We are an extended family group of 11 ranging from 6 months to 79 years. A great property for the group. Everyone had their space but gathering space for meals and games too. We loved the back deck for star gazing and relaxing. Really enjoyed the house uniqueness and beautiful artwork everywhere. 30a Beach Girls makes traveling easy! We loved the bonfire that was hosted, we stayed for 2 hours! Lots of s'mores and fun. Would definitely stay here again next spring.

We had a great time at this property, just forgot to leave our review until we went to rebook! Later better than never right!! Nice location, huge amount of space for cooking, eating and relaxing. House and grounds were very clean and maintained. Nice extras with the pool, bikes and golf cart! Loved the bonfire beach girls held. Family wants to return.

Beautiful place!

This is a beautiful home, and our entire family loved it. Spacious, and beautifully appointed, on a very quiet street. Absolutely no unpleasant surprises. We will rebook. Thank you Hollie for the electric bikes! OMG we have to buy some.

Retirement Celebration!

Had my entire family here for my dad's retirement and the house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for a large family. Hollie helped me with every detail. I was just going to hang some balloons but then she gave me a few ideas and it turned into a huge occasion!! lol We even hired a chef something I never even considered. Thank you for the most amazing stay and for caring about making it memorable for our family. We wanted to celebrate my dad and we had the best celebration ever!

Thank you 30a beach girls.

Family plans had to change and we didn't get to make this trip. 30a beach girls was able to consign our trip to another traveler and we recouped part of our money. This would have been our 3rd stay with them. Communication is top notch and we have always enjoyed our stays. We are n ow booked for 2024 can't wait. Sorry we missed this trip but appreciate the service.

Beautiful home, well maintained, excellent communication

Great stay, clean property. You can tell that the company had pride in this property as it was clean and well-maintained. Good communication and everything was as described. The great room was big and our preferred hang out place for the family we cooked and talked, played cards for hours. The pool was so needed for coming off after the beach. The beach was so open not crowded at all. We rode the bikes to Seaside and the food trucks and that was fun as well. Overall, a very nice, beautiful and clean property and great experience. Perfect all-around!!!

This was my first time renting on VRBO, couldn't have had a better first experience. Hollie and Kelly were the quintessential hosts, super responsive and helpful. Their place more than met our needs, everything exceeded. We were 5 moms trying to sneak in a mom - daughter trip just before the season ended. Needed a place that could accommodate the energies of 5 twelve yr olds and 4 fifteen yr olds, and still allow for the moms to relax, jump on a few work calls and visit. The place is well designed and furnished, great location - close to the beach and just a few minutes bike ride to seaside village. Will be staying here again together and individually with our families and very highly recommend.

Returning in the fall!! Amazing stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The best part was the open space, no stairs and all the bathrooms. The decor was gorgeous, and the house was incredibly clean. Only recommendation would be heaters outside for entertaining, nights were cold in February. Also, it would be great if you provided containers with lids to store your leftovers and food in the refrigerator. Hours were spent on the bikes, beach is so close! We miss it already!! Property managers at 30a beach girls could not have been any better. Responded immediately to any/all questions.I would 100% stay here again!

Best Summer!!!

This house had everything you would need and more. From the fully stocked kitchen, pool in the back, to bikes and golf cart for all and everything in between our party was wishing the week would never end. The house allows for ample places to hang out and creates an environment that even on the rainy day was enjoyable. The closeness to Seaside, Grayton, and the beach allowed our party to be on foot, cart or on bike the entire week. Hollie made sure to provide a list of "to do's" on 30a which was extremely helpful and added to our family memories. If/when we return to 30a we will always look to stay here first.

The house and amenities were fantastic! Looks brand new and immaculate throughout. Renter has a attention to detail such as guest Wi-Fi, TVs in every room, and charging stations galore. You can walk to the beach, ride a bike, or load up the golf cart and zip around town. For times you want to hang at the house, there's plenty of space to prepare/enjoy meals using the fully furnished kitchen or outdoor grill, take a dip in the heated pool, or relax in the shade under the covered porch. We had 10 adults with plenty of room for more. We plan to go back. A must rent!

Definitely good vibes!!

This property now has six bedrooms and one of the bunk rooms just got an upgrade based on the pictures. The decor is amazing. Bright vibrant colors. The owner thought of everything in this room. Chargers for phones, electrical outlets at the vanity to get ready and plenty of lighting with amazing mirrors that light up with different shades of color. The neon sign good vibes only was so cool. The rest of the house was beautifully appointed, felt like a coastal luxury retreat I highly recommend this place and 30Abeach Girls. I will be staying again.

A Little Slice of Travel Heaven!!!

30a Beach Girls you are travel rockstars!!! The house was just perfect. Everything sparkly clean and comfortable, with space for everyone! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the ambience all around was very warm and inviting. The owner Hollie was very helpful (helped me plan a chef) and everything was very straightforward and easy. The backyard is like your private retreat! The pool, the seating all perfection! The location is also a great one—close to the beach, lots of great restaurants, Seaside, Rosemary Beach and were in easy walking, biking or golf carting distance of it all. 30a Beach Girls throws an amazing bonfire you get invited to. It was so much fun!! We can't wait to rent this property again and again!
