The house is beautiful. It's location is amazing! We had everything we needed to provide meals for 14 people. The garage was loaded with beach items which was also great. We really enjoyed our time there.

Sunnyside Getaway

We had a great time! Perfect location with private beach access! Far enough away from the hustle & bustle of PCB but just close enough for a quick dinner trip! Will definitely be coming back!

Awesome place

The owner was exceptional from start to finish, the house was clean, spacious and comfortable and had chairs towels beach toys and games, access to the beach was very close and even our 85 year old great grandpa could easily make the trip, we have stayed in a lot of homes on the beach and this was by far one of the best, we all loved it

Riviera

We took our kids and grandkids, plenty of room. The beach was easily accessible. The pool was right out the back door. Easy check in and check out. Beautiful sunrise from the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach House For Your Family

If you're looking for a perfect beach house for you and your family, you found it! A stone's through from the beach, amply living area, great family/dining area. And Kevin's responsiveness to questions or concerns is truly 5-Star! We're already planning our next visit!

The house was in a perfect location for our large family.

We loved the property. It had everything for our large family vacation. It was conveniently located. We loved that we could walk right to the beach. The property included beach towels and toys for the kids. The host was very easy to work with and responsive. I

Wonderful Rental for a Family Beach Vacation!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The host was friendly and a great communicator. The property was kept in great condition, was clean, spacious, and the perfect proximity to the beach. Our kids loved the huge box of sand toys and boogie boards. The available pool on site, beach chairs, beach buggy and towels were very convenient as well. The house was convenient to downtown PCB as well as the Rosemary Beach area for restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

Perfect place for our family. Everything was as advertised or better. We’ve taken 3 Florida Gulf Coast vacations with our adult children and our grandchildren. This has been our favorite place. We will try and get back again next year. I can’t think of one thing to complain about. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home!

Everything about our stay was great! The house was very clean and had all of the essentials we could need, including plenty of chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, a beach wagon, and all of the kitchen essentials including seasonings. There was plenty of space and seating for all 3 families and it never felt crowded. The owner was great to work with and always quickly responded to any questions I had. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, you won’t be disappointed!

The way vacation should be!

From the start this experience was great. The communication was above and beyond. As far as the home itself super clean and not one thing they didn’t think of. Just a few steps from the beach and the kids loved having the pool and lake right in the back yard. We will definitely be coming back to this gem of a property. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

It’s been a while since we stayed in PC for vacation - but this house will have us returning. The house has everything you may need during your stay The host is very responsive. 3 floors with a king size bed on each floor worked great for our family. The top floor worked perfectly for the kiddos. Strongly recommend!!

Loved the attention to detail

The house is beautifully designed. The kitchen is fully stocked with place settings, cutlery, pots and pans for dinner service for a small group. Everything was amply supplied for a day at the beach, which is a few steps away. If we return to this area we Will definitely check here for availibility first. will definitelycheck for svailability here furst.

Great home and location

The property was amazing! The home was recently built so all the finishes were very nice. The walk to the beach was very short and the host has a beach cart there for guest use as well as boogy boards (we left a couple of new ones we purchased as well). They also provided about 10 great beach towels and chairs so no need to pack your own. The shared pool was great for after a day at the beach. The host was very easy to contact. We plan to return!

Wonderful family beach stay!

Our family truly, truly had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The home itself is amazing, three floors of beach house perfection. It is immaculately clean, well decorated, and has great features. The beach is just a very short walk and is beautiful. The home has everything you need for the beach provided for you, which was awesome for our two families. We used the grill one night, and the pool was great for a dip after a long day. We had two small issues and the owner was extremely responsive and solved them immediately. He also had great communication before and after our stay. I'm a review reader and base a lot of decisions on them...please trust me this home is great and I highly recommend it. Thanks Kevin for an awesome stay for our families!

High School Graduation Trip

We took our 7 senior baseball players on a high school graduation trip. This property was the perfect place for us to stay. There were 13 of us, 7 players and 3 coaches and their wives. There was more than enough room for all of us in this home. It was very clean, the location to the beach was perfect. There were beach towels and beach equipment for us to use. There is a kitchen or mini-kitchen on each floor. There is a pond right out the back door to fish in. Kevin was so easy to work with and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay with a group or large family at the beach. Thank you Kevin for sharing this amazing property with us and allowing us to give our boys a senior trip that they will remember forever!!!

Friend’s Getaway

I definitely recommend staying here! We have traveled the last 3yrs to the area and none of our houses have been like this one. It’s a short flat walk to the beach which was great for the kids and hauling beach wagons. Speaking of beach items, the house came stocked with plenty of umbrellas, chairs, towels, and other beach activity toys. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need in order to cook. The house was very clean and well maintained. It had two full size refrigerators which helped keep everything chilled. The house also provided a lot of room to spread out for a trip with children or multiple couples. Last but not least, Kevin (owner) was very easy to work with and helpful. He stayed in contact to make sure he was able to provide suggestions or resolve any issues that may pop up. Definitely recommend staying here as I know my family and friends are planning a return visit.

“Riviera Sunrise" was enjoyed by all!

The “Riviera Sunrise" beach house was everything described in the listing and everything you'd hope for. It was modern, clean, close to the beach, and spacious enough for our entire family. The kids loved the pool almost as much as the beach. Each floor essentially had its own living space with bedrooms, full baths, and well stocked kitchens, allowing everyone the opportunity for some privacy at the end of our busy days. Perfect for larger families with kids like ours. The beds were very comfortable and everyone was well rested throughout the week. Towels, chairs, and other supplies for the beach were plentiful and most helpful. The washer and dryer in the garage came in handy all week. Most importantly, the property manager was very helpful and accommodating every time we needed something. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we are definitely considering a return trip in the future. Great house for large group.

Our host was very accommodating. We had a couple of issues but he made sure they were resolved right away. He communicated quickly and even sent an insta-cart item to our door. This home was a wonderful place to stay. We had 3 families with 14 total staying. There were plenty of beds and each area provided plenty of privacy for each family group. The lower and middle floors had king size beds and the upper floor had a queen suite with balcony access, without ground access. The lower floor has its own kitchen and could easily be a separate apartment for some family members. The 3rd bunk room was perfect for our four girls. The 3rd room had a smaller than queen size bed, a little bit of a squeeze for 2 adults. The small queen and bunks share a hall bath. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. There is a one car garage with beach toys, towels, beach chairs and a laundry room. The main floor also had a laundry area. The driveway fits 3 cars. We would definitely book this property again.The beach was a short walk away from the beach. It's in a great location, although surrounded by other homes, plenty of privacy. The shared pool was clean and not usually crowded at all. I don't have anything negative to say about the property. I would book this again.

Family vacation 2022

Plenty of room for large families such as ours. All the grownups had plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the bunk room! Plenty of bathrooms! Close walk to the beach! We loved the house and the proximity to everything

Our entire family went down for 4 nights and we absolutely loved this beach house. It is right across street from beach. Has a clean pool plenty big. House was clean and had everything you could possibly need! Would definitely go back!!
