Great property and location, but was disappointed with the bedding — pillows are so old and the sheets are pilling and pulling off of the mattress with the slightest movement. I also reached out to property management about a faulty dryer and never got a response, so went home with soggy clothes and bags of clothes to be laundered at home.

We absolutely LOVED the house and couldn't have been happier. The house was missing a couple of little things like salt and pepper. Also, it did not have enough toilet paper for all of the guests for the 4 days.

Casa Al Fin

Amazing location, close to everything. Could see the water from the third floor balcony. Kitchen was functional, missing a few basics like salt and pepper/ foil/cooking oil. Spacious house, cozy outdoor space- we loved the fireplace. Included bikes were great. House is a 2 min. walk to the beach which was great with smaller kids (restroom breaks) Would definitely come back!

Magical

Our stay was great. Perfect location with walking distance to everything, with the beach just steps away. The house was beautiful and great for a multi generational family. We had an issue with the grill but it was fixed right away. There was a power outage and the AC on the second floor went off, but they sent someone that night to fix it. New beach chairs in the garage would be a great idea to upgrade the experience slightly. (We know they weren't promised so it wasn't a problem but the ones there are worn) We loved the fire place outside! A table to eat down there would be great. Overall a great family trip in a beautiful beach house in the cutest town.

Best Property Yet

We have stayed in Rosemary many times and this is by far our favorite property! The kitchen is massive and great for cooking and gathering. I think it could use a real coffee maker and not just the small Keurig. Large kitchen table great for game time. Super comfy couch for the family to sit. I will say that the pillows need refreshing/washing covers. It has cable, which is awesome! And all rooms have a TV. also nice that every room had its own bathroom as well. Great entryway when you come in off the beach and they have a place to hang towels and the washer and dryer is right there. Would definitely stay here again!

Great time at Rosemary

Enjoyed the house at Rosemary as it fit our family perfectly. With an infant and toddler it was great to have extra break out space. Enjoyed cooking meals, would have been nice to have some basic spices to start with. House definitely needs attention to deferred maintenance issues. It was great to be so close to the beach and pool. Would consider renting again.

Relaxing Stay

We had a great family time despite being a last minute trip. We love the house itself, the location, our ability to go to the pool across the street, and walk to the beach as well as all the restaurants near by. A gem of a house!

Location! Location!

Casa al Fin is a beautiful home! It's layout if great - bedrooms, all with full bathroom, are below and above main living area, so plenty of privacy and spaciousness. We spend most of our time at the beach and around town, so the location can't be beat!!! It's steps from both. And across the street from pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans which made cooking easy when we wanted to. There's plenty of space to hang out and relax in main living area, with comfortable furniture and such. We stay in a different house every time we go to Rosemary, but may consider this one twice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Ideal location (directly across from pool & a very short walk to the beach) and the house was gorgeous and much bigger than we had expected. Each bedroom has an en suite which was a bonus. Only complaint would be that the washer/dryer is very small for a group as large as ours (7 people). But no big deal. We mainly just washed beach towels anyways. The outdoor swing/fireplace was a huge bonus. Book it now - you won’t regret it!

Great Location

Great location and property. All in all, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is large and has all of the amenities that you’d want, plus it’s directly across the street from the pool and 3 min walk to the beach. Only negatives are that the house is bare bones. There wasn’t even salt / pepper shakers, etc to use. Stuff you’d typically find in a VRBO. Also, you get charged a very hefty cleaning fee and then have to sign your life away saying you’ll clean the house spotless before you leave. Doesn’t make a lot of sense if you ask me. Lots of ticky tack fees if you don’t follow every rule to the T. I get it…nice house, but customers are also paying a lot to stay in the nice house. We should feel like more of a customer and less “lucky” to stay there.

Wonderful Location

Our family of six enjoyed this house overall. The proximity to the beach, the pool, and all the fun things in Rosemary is wonderful. We were a bit surprised, however, by the poor quality of the beds and bedding, and the couches. The master bedroom bed was incredibly uncomfortable, to the point that we tried sleeping in other beds once some family members left early. The sheets and duvets were very low quality and not in keeping with the niceness of the house. (In contrast, the bath towels seemed fairly new and soft.) The couch in the den and the ones on the porch over the garage were stained and very worn. They did not feel clean to sit on. If those things could be replaced, we'd love to come back to this home year after year. The kitchen was well-appointed, except a cutting board would have been handy, and the grill worked well. We also appreciated the use of the four bikes.

Great house and location!!!

We really enjoyed the house! It is in a great location! We never had to get in the car! It was a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants!! We would rent this house again! It was a little disappointing that 30a Cottages let me know that I spent $100s on VRBO as a third party. Not a great way to start a vacation. Also, we called 30a cottages to let them know the TV in the main room was going out...they came and checked it and agreed to replace it that day, but they never did! We didn’t go to the beach to watch TV, but wanted to watch the NBA playoff games!

Absolutely amazing home

Casa al Fin was absolutely phenomenal! Such a beautiful home with amazing decor! The outside courtyard and area over the garage was so unique and beautiful! And the location could not be beat! Literally a 3 minute beautiful walk to the ocean within walking distance of shopping restaurants and it was beyond convenient! Cannot wait to come back to Rosemary Beach! Such a glorious stay! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!
