Amazing Property

A home run

Perfect spot for our family trip. The location could not be more perfect— just steps to the beach and pool. The house was also close to the adorable town square and we loved being on the green for the kids to run around. I would rent this house again.

Nice stay. Great home but I'm need of some maintenance. I would recommend letting person renting control heat thermostats, instead of owner.

Great location, doesn't sleep 16 though

Great location, nice home. Only negative is the claim it sleeps 16. That can only work with very young kids. To sleep 16, you would have to double up in the bunks (8 people in bunk room). We went with 14 people and wound up at Walmart buying 2 blow up beds. Other than that, a seamless and fun vacation.

On the Green!

Our first time to Rosemary beach and what a treat!! A beautiful Bobby McAlpine designed home that really added to the comfort of all the family members having their own cozy areas. The access of being right on the eastern green and walking to all the shops foods was perfect. The kids loved the independence of being able to hop on a bike and explore (mostly donuts and candy) We stayed the tail end of the summer season so a few minor TLC things needed attention, but the house was well stocked and the icemaker of the main kitchen was a great feature. Will definitely be back!!

Peaceful and wonderful!

We had an amazing week here, and it was dreamy! Perfect location on the eastern green where the little ones could run and play. Steps to the beach and to the pool-it couldn’t have been more convenient. Walk to the bustling shops and restaurants, and return to this quiet corner of Rosemary Beach! All of us said we’re spoiled now, because it was such a beautiful house in the perfect location! The courtyard made for easy dining-the string lights were charming too. Surprise advantages also included lots of restrooms, two ice machines, speakers to play music throughout the house, and two ovens. Thank you for a lovely vacation. We all have said we’d like to visit again!

Everything was great except for the cold water. It took up to 10 minutes for the cold water to not be hot. You need to fix that.

Rosemary Visit

The house was fine and was clean. But it had no amenities we are used to for a home that we rent at this price. Bikes were broken, no beach towels, very few other amenities at the home. The a/c in one of the rooms made a loud sound every time it turned on. I would be ok with it if the home were half of the price but other homes in this price range that we've stayed in at Rosemary have been much nicer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with my wife and her family and had a wonderful time. We spent time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings enjoying the amazing view of the ocean and the sunset. We loved the proximity to the beach and were able to use the chairs and umbrella provided at the house. The property comes with bikes as well and we thoroughly enjoyed riding them around Rosemary. At night we loved being able to watch movies on the giant smart tv upstairs to wind down at the end of the day. This home has so many amazing King suites and we loved the number of bathrooms throughout. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to planning our next trip to Rosemary Beach.
