The location was close to the Big Chill and several great shops. Bikes and golf cart were fantastic amenities for the family to get around and enjoy the scenery. The community pools were clean and spacious. The townhome was clean, well decorated and spacious for our family of 5. Communication with owners was quick, friendly and helpful. We had a great week and would return in the future!

Amazing!! Just as shown and described in listing! Super clean, and had everything you would need!! Huge bonus that we also loved was the water filtration system in kitchen! Jerrad was so responsive and helpful in answering questions! We loved this unit!!

My husband & I and our four children (ages 15 down to 7) all had an amazing time. The house was in great condition, had everything we needed. Golf cart and bikes provided were awesome, probably only got in the car twice the entire week. I loved early morning bike rides to several different coffee shops. We took the golf cart every day to the beach, tried a few different ones and enjoyed them all. Took golf cart to dinners..my boys loved catching games at the big chill. one night my husband and I went to Surfing Deer and that wa probably our favorite dinner. Highly recommend this rental! location was great, got to experience a lot of 30A

Best of Both Worlds

We had an amazing experience staying at this property! Jerrad was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer questions and made everything smooth from start to finish. The home itself is in the perfect location tucked away near the quiet pool for peaceful mornings, but just a short golf cart ride to the main pool, restaurants, and all the entertainment. It was the best of both worlds, calm and convenient! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated getaway with a top-notch host.Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Perfect for family of 5 with teens

Both the house and the host was exactly what we needed. Jerrad was a fantastic host who checked in frequently, made great recommendations, and provided an amazing house. I felt like we were renting from a friend who wanted to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Anyone who has travelled with multiple teens knows that making decisions can be difficult with different tastes, preferences, and overall schedules. The location of the house was perfect. Being so close to the Big Chill made meals and hanging out convenient as we could eat together, but people could make their own choices.We recommend Deer Lake Park for a less crowded but beautiful beach; and Santa Clara Beach was more crowded, which was fun for a day, and there is a Subway right by the beach entrance for a quick grab and go lunch. Overall we'd come back and stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect beach getaway

Home was wonderful, clean and decorated beautifully. The communication with owner was beyond expectation! We love the location by the hub and all the fun things included! The bikes and golf cart is a major bonus!

Amazing Vacation

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! From Jerrad being a wonderful host to the super clean and well equipped townhouse our trip to 30A was amazing! Having access to everything so close and having a golf cart to get around the area: going to the pool, the big chill and the beach access was very convenient! Thank you Jerrad for being the best host and helping us navigate our first trip to 30A we will definitely be back again in the future!

Best Beach

When you book a vacation you hope to find a spot that is a true escape from your normal day to day chaos. A spot far from clutter, noise and the hustle bustle of a packed schedule. Summer Shandy is just that! The house is clean, well appointed, simply decorated and has all you need for a worry free getaway. All the amenities are a step out your door and across the parking lot to the Big Chill. You can walk to either pool, take a short golf cart ride to the beach or head to Alys Beach or Rosemary for good food and shopping. The hosts were welcoming and easily reached but we didn’t need a thing! It was such a wonderful stay that we are already working to book our next trip. Can’t recommend this place enough—10/10!

No Beach Access - Cold Pools

The title for this review is important because the description of the home does not disclose that you are not able to access the beach without a gate code to a private hotel/beach club that does not sell guest passes. Other than that, the house was nice (as pictured) and close to shops and The HUB restaurants. It was easy to get on 30A and drive or take the golf cart around to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The only other thing I'd mention is just feedback for the owner/management that the kitchen could use more way more silverware and cooking utensils (a colander and cheese grater, etc).

This is THE place to stay!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was just as it’s shown and listed. We loved the location! It’s right next to the Big Chill which made it easy and convenient to grab dinner or a sweet treat in the evening. The home is close to several public beach accesses. The Deer Creek location was our favorite place to catch an evening sunset on the beach. Our kids loved riding in the golf cart. Jerrad was extremely helpful as well. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back!

Amazing Experience

This property is the perfect place to stay on 30A. It was clean and exactly as we hoped it would be. The owners were helpful and checked in throughout our stay to make sure all was going well. The shops and outdoor area were just outside our door which gave the teens on our trip plenty to do. The beach was close and the chairs and wagon provided were so helpful! The neighborhood was safe and quiet and everything we needed was just miles away. It really is the best place to stay on 30A!

Amazing Beach House

We had booked our stay last minute due to a hurricane interrupting our Disney vacation. Everything was perfect! The host was very helpful and always in contact. The house was in a great location within walking distance to the Big Chill and just a short golf cart ride to the pool. Beach access was accessible just a short golf cart ride away too. Everything was perfect! Only complaint we have is the WiFi was very slow when upstairs in the bedrooms. Everything else was perfect and everything you need is right there. Sound machines were a great addition in each bedroom! We will definitely be back again!

Family Vacay

Property was just like described and photos. Golf cart was a great added touch. Only thing we wished was that it was properly stocked with toilet paper, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods for our 8 day stay based on nightly cost.

Beautiful beach house

A gem of a property

I can’t say enough about this property! First, its location is fantastic – right in the middle of the action in the hub, but you’re far enough away where you have peace and quiet when you want it. Second, the decor Is that of a modern Beach House. Everything is high-quality and extremely clean. And the owner is fantastic and available whenever needed. We will definitely be visiting this again!

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous, modern, clean home. The location was ideal for our family - close to beaches, shopping, ice cream, food. Jarred and Fran were not only highly responsive hosts when I had a question, but even more meaningfully - they allowed us to adjust our dates because of a family funeral. That level of flexibility and humanity is rare among the VRBO hosts I've encounter before. Will definitely be coming back!

3OA Beach Stay

Beautiful townhouse. Has all the essentials you will need! My favorite area was the outside patio!!! Great location to easily walk to restaurants and shops. The community gym was small but beautiful area to walk/jog outside instead.
