We had the most amazing stay here back at the beginning of August. The house is perfect for two families of 4 littles (that require a very specific setup!). Everyone had a room and there was plenty of space to run around (we especially loved the large screened in back porch where the toddlers could play and we didn’t have to worry about safety or access to the pool). A very quick walk to the beach and an easy golf cart ride down to The Big Chill, the house was conveniently placed for a very easy and relaxed trip! Will absolutely be back and recommending our friends in the same stage of life.

Everything was exactly as shown. Beautifully decorated, very calming vibe. The backyard and the pool were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. The golf cart was a lifesaver. Though it was a very short walk, we went to the beach prepared for the day, so it was very needed and appreciated! The beach is gorgeous and there were no layers of chairs. Instead we set up our canopy right at the front. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was pretty perfect!

30A Vacay!

Absolutely perfect location for a multi-family vacation! Great location. Close proximity to many of the hot spots. Walking distance to a private beach. The golf cart included with the property was amazing, making trips to the beach very doable with littles and all the things you have to pack. We will definitely be booking this location again! Thanks for the great accommodations!

Our 2025 Family Vacation

The property we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was very comfortable. The pool was exceptional. Everyone loved the pool and it was walking distance to the beach, which we went to every day. We rode the bikes to Rosemary and Inlet Beach. The golf cart was the best!! We used it everyday! It was so convenient to get to the beach and drop off chairs, towels and drinks. We went to Aly’s beach, Seacrest beach and many times to The Big Chill/Hub, we also visited Seaside and Watercolor. It was a blast getting around. One of the best vacations.My family would definitely stay at Pelican by the Sea property again.

Beach Vibes Family Vacation 2025

Our family enjoys atleast one beach house stay per year going back decades. We have a LOT of experience both good and bad with beach rentals. Our stay at Beach Vibes was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing stays we have had. The property was simply outstanding. Cleanliness is always a key feature. The house, grounds, and amenities were virtually spotless. Everything was in good repair and the convenience to the beach was just as advertised. My wife commented on how well the kitchen was appointed. Every required pot, pan, and utensil were readily available. The grill was even clean and ready for use. We could not recommend the property strongly enough. Hope if you choose Beach Vibes your experience is equal to ours. Happy Vacationing!

Family Friendly Vacation Spot

We had a fantastic stay at this Inlet Beach home! It was incredibly well thought out for families with children — everything from beach gear to safety features was covered. The house came stocked with 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a beach wagon, making our beach days effortless.The walk to the beach was quick — just 3–5 minutes — but be aware that the boardwalk includes a long staircase down to the sand. It might be a challenge for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.The private pool was a highlight — shaded for much of the day and perfect for little ones. We also appreciated the in-house pool alarm system on all doors leading outside, giving us peace of mind with kids around. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked — including a Vitamix, Keurig, and other high-end appliances.Every detail felt carefully considered, making our stay easy, fun, and relaxing. Highly recommend this home for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped beach getaway!I should not this is positioned well to other beach towns on 30A - easy to navigate with the golf cart.

Great house and location

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was amazing and we really enjoyed the screened in porch and pool. It rained the first few days so we were able to be outside on the porch instead of stuck inside. Jennifer is amazing. She responds immediately. We will stay again.

Thoughtful paradise

This was our first stay in this house and 2nd time to 30a. Everything was as described in the pictures and listing. We paid to have the pool heated and the kids swam every day. Perfect location for us, quick walk to the beach, the beach was very private and we had our same spot every day with plenty of space. The house had everything we needed and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We are already planning to return.

Everything you need

Loved the location and amenities of this property. Jennifer was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. The house and location was perfect. Might also have the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The kitchen has every tool and appliance you might need. Kids loved the pool. We all enjoyed the firepit, beach toys, bikes, and golf cart. Was a fantastic place to stay.

Great for families!

This place checked all the boxes for us! Great location with a short 5 min walk to the beach which made it easy with kids! Quiet neighborhood, very clean, awesome pool and outdoor area, and beds were very comfortable.

NEW YEARS TRIP

Perfect spot and great home

House and property were perfect, short watch to the beach, and plenty of chairs, umbrellas, etc to be used. The golf cart was great! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Had everything we needed for a great vacation

This property was perfect for our needs. There were 2 couples and 3 kids and everyone had exactly what they needed. Rooms a plenty, pool toys and beach equipment, pool and beach close by. It was a quick walk to the private beach which we got lucky that it was never crowded and we would bring down beach chairs, a tent and umbrellas from the house and it was great to have all day. The kids loved the pool and all its toys... especially the basketball hoop. Ironically the things I wanted to get in a rental, we didn't use because it was so hot (firepit, bbq, bikes, golf cart, pool loungers) but still happy that we booked this house. I can see why people choose to come back to this location. I was a little concerned with the construction in the neighborhood but didn't hear any noise especially since we were gone most days to the beach. Screened in patio with the mini fridge was especially a favorite, especially for watching the morning storms roll by. Thank you for giving our family such an amazing trip!

Another Wonderful Week on 30A

This was our second time staying at 94 Pelican Glide Lane, and it was every bit as wonderful as our first. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to the beach. The highlights of our stay were the pool and screened-in porch. Perfect for those double red flag days!
