We chose Coast's Inlet property for our girls trip and the house was beautiful, clean and filled with everything we needed to have a great trip! It felt like a real oasis and you can tell they didn't skimp on anything from their bed linens to getting to use all their amenities included like their cruiser bikes and 6 person golf cart. It was a perfect stay for our group!

The house is incredible, pictures do not do it justice!! The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and quiet. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. House has plenty of glassware, storage space, towels, etc.

Loved our stay here!!

Our group of women really enjoyed our stay! Everything was really clean and the location was perfect! The house itself is beautiful and the backyard/pool area was fun as well. The property manager replied to our messages right away. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Amazing spring break stay

This house and stay was a 10/10 for our two families spending spring break on 30A. The house was brand new and immaculate. We had tons of space for 6 kids and 4 adults to be comfortable for the week.The heated pool was awesome. The whole outdoor space had something for everyone- ping pong, swimming, bags, outdoor grill & fridge, large seating area and outdoor TV. The house is behind the highway, but the bikes and golf cart provided made getting to the beach and towns easy. We’d love to stay again, great spot!!

One of our favorite places !!

This house was amazing !! The detail between the house and the backyard is second to none . The pool table got lots of use along with the heated pool. We didn’t even need to leave to have a great time . The golf cart to take to the beach and the amenities the owners provided made our stay easy and stress free! Communication with the property managers was quick and easy as well! Will totally be back !! Thank you!

Our stay for spring break

Absolutely gorgeous house! Perfect layout! The pool being heated was amazing since it was still March. We loved the golf cart and bikes and used them daily. The Inlet shops was a great spot for dinner, shopping and hanging out. Live music and more. The public beach was wonderful!

Great place

You cannot beat this location and setup. The pool is incredibly pleasant- warm, not hot (we didn't elect to have it heated for our stay because it was July). 2 ledges on either side, perfect for kids to splash around on. They aren't kidding - it is about 3-4 minutes from the beach. One word of caution: we found the town of Rosemary to be pretty averse to golf carts so I would drive to Rosemary. There are signs everywhere saying no golf carts allowed. But the golf cart is great to get to the beach!

Amazing Stay!!!

We traveled to 30A for a friend/family get together. This house was perfect for our stay! We had 9 adults and an infant. The bedroom setup allowed for a variety of sleeping arrangements. The owner provided a pack & play as well as a high chair for the little one. My only suggestion would be to bring a car seat for the golf cart. The backyard was our little haven all week!! We swam each day (I would suggest heating the pool for your stay), played lots of ping pong, played board games on the outside table, enjoyed meals in the beautiful weather & grilled food for our meals in! The home was very clean with nice, new kitchen cookware, a full use kitchen & filtered water from the fridge. The bikes were our favorite part of each morning as we would ride to get coffee/brunch and just enjoy the beautiful area and fun neighborhoods. Also the golf cart is a game changer! If you have more than 6 guests, a rental car may be helpful but we did not have one and it worked out just fine!

Perfect home for a fantastic trip

This home exceeded our expectations on many levels. The craftsmanship of the home was amazing and we loved having two sets of washers and dryers for our large crew. The layout of the home was great and made it feel spacious without being on top of each other. The master bedroom felt like an oasis away from it all and the bed was absolutely heavenly!!! There was no expense spared on the furniture and decor in this home. The appliances were top notch. LOVED having the countertop ice maker along with the wine fridge and additional fridge out by the grill. The backyard and porch area is where we stayed most of the time. Loved the heated pool and the synthetic turf in the backyard! It made it easy to walk with no shoes and play corn hole. The ping pong table was a big hit along with all the TV's inside and out. Loved being able to login to our stream account and watch sports by the pool while using the grill. Liked the yule lock system on the front door and the access panel on the garage. That made checking in and out extremely easy. The garage was stocked with everything we could need from a cooler to a wagon and beach chairs (even a stroller is you needed one). The golf cart was over the top cool and the bikes were very nice quality. We were so close to the beach and a stone throw away from 30 Avenue shops and restaurants where we could bike or ride the golf cart over for dinner. We would definitely rent this house again!! We only had one minor issue during our stay and the management company had it corrected within an hour. Very responsive and easy to work with. A++++. Perfect rental for our spring break stay.
