Extended family vacation

We loved our stay at Pompano Palace. The location was fantastic with easy road access to Hwy 98 and walking access to Rosemary Beach. The beach access was just steps away and convenient. The home was well stocked and everything we needed. Elevator access was a plus and must for us with elderly family members in attendance. The only complaint we had was that the garage was listed as an amenity so we assumed that allowed us access to park a vehicle or golf cart rental there and we ended up learning that we could not access the garage after we arrived. So we ended up having to shuffle 2 vehicles and a golf cart rental around the whole visit. Other than that, property management was quick to respond and handle requests and we would stay at this property again in the future, we are already planning our return!

The home was exactly like what was pictured. It was able to accommodate our entire family of 7 with enough beds and baths. When we had an issue we were able to contact management quickly.

BEST Vacation EVER!

Hands down the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in! Perfect for our family of 10. The house was immaculate and such an easy walk to beach 🏖. We are already planning our beach trip 2024 and we’re hoping this house will be available.

Highly recommend this house

The house was clean and accommodated all of us. I would recommend the owner to get a gas grill. It’s hard grilling for 10-12 people on a charcoal grill. We like to grill and cook when at the beach. We would highly recommend this house. It was close to the beach and walking distance to Rosemary

Great Location

This property is in a great location! Our family loved this vacation rental! This house has large rooms and lots of space for families to gather and hang out. More outdoor furniture would have been a great addition, but overall a great vacation rental!

Great stay

We love this location. House was clean and stocked with necessities. Currently, there is construction in the cul de sac at Pompano Pl. it was not too distracting and we had the pool to ourselves. My only complaint would be that some of the furniture in the dining and living area was a bit worn and the w/d combo is small and there’s no trash can in the laundry. Overall, great vacation! The layout of the house is good for multiple families.

Family Vacation

This was a great house for us to stay at with our in-laws. The floor plan worked perfectly. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom and the king suite upstairs was an added bonus. Some of the bedding needed laundered upon arrival but the management company was quick to arrive with replacements. It would be great with the balconies could have a little extra furniture for the amount of people that the house holds. The pool and beach access were great. Overall, we would stay again!

Great Beach home!

This house is very pretty inside and had a lot of room! A lot of construction going around us, but not too disruptive. The only issue for us was that the internet was very weak in certain areas of the house (mainly master bedroom on the main level). All is all we are very happy with our stay and this property!

Enjoyed the house! Couple of small issues but everything was addressed promptly. Easy walk to the beach, just a few hundred yards. Nice private pool in the complex., which was quiet the week we went ( 2nd week in August ) Could use a little more porch furniture. Great ocean views from upper level porch

Loved the house and the location! Would stay again 100%! Check in and out was super easy and everyone was very kind to deal with! The o my 2 suggestions I would have when renting a house in this price rage would be a nice gas grill and a full size washer and dryer!

Amazing House and Location

We had an incredible stay! House is perfect and just a short walk from the beach access. We had 4 adult couples and the house had more than enough space for all of us! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pompano Palace. Quick walk to the beach and steps to the pool. We had the pool to ourselves the entire trip. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, etc. The house is large with plenty of space for everyone. No access to the garage but there is plenty of space in the downstairs to store pool/beach items. Wasn't an issue. We will be back!

Big house - good for a large group

We enjoyed our stay at Pampano Palace. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The elevator was nice to use for getting heavy items (ice chests, luggage) up and down. Had a great view from the top balcony. The pool was just across the street which was nice, but you can’t see it from the house because it’s hidden behind trees and bushes. It was a good size pool, but there were lots of gnats! We did see a cleaning guy there one day though, so I think it’s maintained well. The only issues in the house were the shower door didn’t close well in the master bathroom, and the coffee table in the living room was not stable at all. I believe both of these could be easily fixed. As far as location, the house is just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The closest boardwalk was a long ramp, which worked well for us because we could pull our wagon down to the beach and didn’t have to carry it down a lot of stairs. The only downside to the location was that it’s just right off the highway, which makes it pretty loud (especially at the pool), and not ideal for security purposes.

This property was perfect for our vacation!

We had our family of 4, 2 teens, and 4 other adults. We all had our space, shared spaces were big enough for all of us. My biggest concern was getting my little kids to and from the beach and how long the walk would be. I certainly had help, but the street to the beach was about as long as the boardwalk to the sand - short commute. The pool was right across the street. Great experience!
