We arrived on Saturday October 22 - and access to the property was easy. Prior to arrival I received an Email with the access code and it worked like a charm.
The house is exactly like pictured and described - it is BEAUTIFUL! It was very clean as well. I thought the beds were comfortable, my husband thought they were a little soft for his taste. The kitchen has everything you need to whip something up for breakfast, lunch, or dinner - although I will admit we rarely cooked. The living room was cozy with the electric fireplace.
I was pleasantly surprised by the ice machine on the lower level, I'm sure it was listed in the amenities, but I missed it, but it was so convenient to have - we loaded up a cooler with drinks before a fishing excursion and I realized I didnt have to stop for ice on the way - bonus for me. The pool was great - we were in it every day.
In the kitchen area there is a touchscreen that provides some nice information - about your stay, area attractions, things to do - and it even posted information about the red flag warnings - which I appreciated not being a Florida resident. The touchscreen was a nice touch to the property.
I contacted management one time. The strip on steps from the 2nd to bottom floor came loose and I wanted to let them know about it. They offered to have maintenance come over right away, but I thought it was unnecessary - we saw it and were cognizant of it when moving from the 2nd floor to the bottom floor. I mainly just wanted to let them know because that could be a tripping hazard for someone if they didn't know.
Overall - the property is beautiful. Being able to walk out the backdoor and onto the beach was incredible. We were walking distance from Pier Park. We had no issues at all - as stated above I only contacted management once because I didn't want to forget about the step strip issue. I would stay at the property again.
For management and I don't think these are big issues at all, just as an FYI perspective of things I noticed:
The lower-level half bath, around the outlet, near the sink, has some chipped paint - could use a slight touch up.
The dresser in the master bedroom - some of the handles on the drawers are missing.
