Wonderful weekend getaway

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was the perfect weekend! Very close to the town, a quick walk to the private beach, and the house was absolutely perfect. It was the perfect space for our group.

Lovely home

We had a lovely summer stay in this house. It was clean, roomy, and looks even better in person. Finding street parking wasn’t too bad. Appreciated the keurig (and there’s an reg coffee maker as well) and the beach towels, 2 things I was unsure about ahead of time. We walked everywhere and would recommend a wagon if you have little ones to haul them and your gear to the beach. We had family also renting out the carriage house, which worked out perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Just wish it wasn’t over

I cannot say enough good things about our week in Rosemary beach. We had such a lovely relaxing time and the house was perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and everything we expected! We had such a great time, we are already thinking about next year. My only complaint at this point is that the week always goes by too fast and I just wish it wasn’t over! Thank you for sharing g your home with us!

We’ve stayed at a few houses in rosemary and this is by far the best one we have stayed at. It was decorated beautifully and all of the rooms were so spacious and clean. Will stay here again

Beautiful home, beautiful area

We enjoyed a week-long stay here with our family. The house is beautiful, clean and in a quiet area of Rosemary Beach. We would walk/bike to the pool, beach, shops daily; all were only minutes away from the property. Easy check-in, well-equipped house, and lots to do nearby. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect! Very clean and close to everything. We enjoyed meals in several nights and had everything we needed to cook. Loved going to beach/pool each day. Game closet was a fun bonus:) Thank you!

Great house. No bad surprises.

Everything as advertised. Location near the rear of the development in a more quiet area. Beds great. We put the youngest (age 25) on the third floor, but I wouldn’t want to put a 60 year old up there with two lengthy staircases to climb. Having bikes to use was helpful making rental unnecessary. Really the only very minor issue is that parking is on the street and typically required a walk of 50-75 yards. Didn’t bother us but I guess it would be better if parking was in the back of the house. There were always spaces available, but during the busy season I’m guessing it might be hard to find a close space at times. The location in the rear of the development would help I would imagine. Overall it was a great place to unwind for a week. I would definitely return and would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Our Favorite Rosemary rental

We’ve stayed at multiple properties in Rosemary and this was by far our favorite. The location is walking distance to the beach. The house is upscale and nicely decorated. The board games, books, and bikes are excellent additions. We highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Lovely home

The weather was not the best, but the house made up for it. Kitchen was well appointed although we ate out most nights. Beds extremely comfortable. Bikes worked well. The home was very clean and smelled great! The fireplace area was lovely but we did not use it due to rain. It was nice to have a covered alternative seating area on the other side of the house. The dishwasher was not working due to delayed replacement part. Cheryl let us know before we arrived, offered to have someone come in to do dishes (we declined) and gave us a rebate for the trouble. Excellent service. We will be back.

Beautiful and clean home.

We have been coming to Rosemary Beach for 16 years. Love the community. We have stayed in lots of different homes through the years with lots of management companies. This home was beautiful, very spacious for 8 people. All the beds slept great. The home was very clean. Cheryl and staff were always very responsive before and during our stay. We even requested a blender one night and had it first thing the next morning. Will definitely rent with Cheryl again.

The Perfect Getaway!

What an amazing spot! The house was immaculate when we arrived. It even smelled so good when we walked in! We're not from the south, but I felt the "southern hospitality" all throughout this house. It had everything we needed and more! It is beautifully and simply decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. We were worried that we might have chose a house too far rom the beach, but it was much closer than we thought! The bikes were a great addition and we loved cruising around to check out Rosemary and Alys Beach. We really hope to visit Rosemary again with our children and this house will be perfect! We would 100% rent this home again! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!!

We'd Stay Again

This house was fabulous! We spent a week here with my family including 2 young children and one set of grandparents. The 2 master suites made for a comfortable stay for all the adults and the bunk room was perfect for kids (who can share a room). The location of the house made it easy to get everywhere via the provided bikes or via walking but also far enough away that it was quiet. The little park across the street with the koi pond was a favorite for pajama-clad kids to stretch their legs first thing in the morning watching for fish and for the neighborhood kitties. The house was clean, the furniture (and beds!) was very comfortable, the linens were high quality, the kitchen was well stocked, the washer/dryer was great, beach/pool towels were provided, and having 4 bathrooms made shower-time a breeze. The pools in Rosemary Beach were nice and warm (they must be heated!) for Spring Break (the 3rd week of March) so between them, the multiple playgrounds in RB (and one in Alys Beach), the bikes, the beach (gorgeous sand and lovely sandbars to swim to with littles on a calm day - can be very windy/rough some days FYI), and the multitude of events that happen in RB (check the community calendar), it was fun for all. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Cheryl!

Great House!

We had an amazing week in Rosemary staying at this house! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The floor plan was excellent for our family with two master suites and a great kids bunk room/loft on the third floor. The property manager was also amazing and very responsive to any need! I would highly recommend this property! The only thing that would make it even better would be a working outdoor fireplace (the patio is beautiful but due to the colder weather and shade we didn’t use it). The front porch is also very nice though and the sun made it a great place to sit and relax!

5 Star Bliss

Our stay at the Golden Retreat Main House was wonderful! It is a perfectly decorated, perfectly situated beach house. So quiet and so clean! The bikes were fun to ride around on and in excellent working order. The house has a fabulous a/c! There is truly nothing to criticize! Our check-in and out was easy and so straightforward. We extended our stay and they made that super simple as well. We have been coming to this area for 30 years and this has to be the nicest, most comfortable beach property we have ever stayed in. We will be back! It is truly 5 STAR Bliss!

Like brand new!

We forgot how small Rosemary actually is so this house was a very easy and convenient walk or bike ride or wagon ride everywhere. It was nice being a bit further from the busyness of 30-A. The property is in pristine condition and having the courtyard was great! Communication was smooth and easy and very flexible. Truly the perfect getaway.

Perfect beach getaway!

This house was perfect for our small group vacation. Communication with the owner was fantastic, she was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Location of the property is nice & quiet as it is tucked away from the main hub of Rosemary; great for us as we were away from all the 30A traffic. It is also a very quick 2 min walk to the Cabana pool! House was beautifully decorated and very clean - most definitely would recommend staying here!

Great Thanksgiving in Rosemary

We rent on 30A fairly often and found this property to be well appointed and clean. We had a wonderful time with our family and the kids loved the crow's nest bunkroom. Look forward to renting again.
