Long weekend

My sisters and I visit Rosemary Beach every spring for four days. Pros: This property was lovely and very clean and quit. Nice amenities including 3 bikes. The beds and linens are comfortable. Cons: checkout at 9a is unreasonable and most other properties we’ve stayed at were 11-noon which makes a lot more sense since check-in isn’t til 3p. The lack of ability to stream on TVs is also a problem and no instructions are provided; also had to contact the mgmt company for WiFi info. There are no beach chairs umbrellas or towels and one must bring your own or rent/purchase. .

Perfect Size For Our Family

Great size, quiet street, perfect location! This house was just right for our family of 4! The balcony off of the master was so nice for sipping coffee in the morning. The square, beach access, gym, green spaces, and pools were all very easily accessible from the house by foot or bike! We happened to have had two cars and there were two spots, making parking a cinch! We had an absolute perfect stay at Rosemary Beach!

Could use a little freshening up with paint etc. Grounds could use a little work. For the most part above average for a pet friendly rental. 30a escapes management company was fantastic. Constantly checking on us and immediately took care of a couple of small issues.

Great location but could use a little more cleaning

Our overall stay was great. The house is nice and the location is perfect. The house could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. There was dog hair all over the house from past guests. The ice machine was broken, but the property managers quickly brought an ice machine for us to use during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the house.

Great Stay incredibly comfortable!

We definitely will stay again. great location and very nice house. There was a leak in the kitchen that damaged an iPad and we are waiting on a response from 30A, as we notified the 30A offices.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the house and location. The decor was nice and the home was comfortable. During our stay the garbage disposal and ice maker were not working. One was able to be fixed as soon as we reported it but we did go the week without an ice maker. We did greatly appreciate the phone call we received after checkout that we left AirPods behind and that they could be shipped to our home address.

Great Little House!

Prefect space for us. 2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Very comfort, close to gym and yoga studio. Very quiet. Easy walk to restaurants and bike the puppies to beach.

Great location and all the necessary amenities!

Perfect location and house to stay with friends and/or family. The bunk beds are cute for the young ones and the master has a private balcony! Seconds (on a bike) from beach and all the best restaurants and bars.

Disappointed in Paradise

When we arrived we were met by a handyman that had to fix a door along with a text that the cable was out., And that someone would be there between the hours of 1-5 the next day to fix the cable. Then it was the terrible odor of dog urine in the house . My suggestion is that Managment spend more time checking the owners home out for new arrivals and cleanliness of the units and less time telling the new renters ... strip the bed, empty the trash, return the remotes to the counters, etc . This is a grand idea” have the people you pay clean the house and make sure it’s suitable for the next guest instead of demanding we fix the mess”. Extremely dissatisfied. Btw- never , never have I ever left a good or bad reviews it this was horrible to say the least. I would like my money back and for the owners to know what kind of shape their home is in .

Great Home - Poor Management

This property is beautiful! The location is perfect for walking or riding bikes to shops and restaurants. There are multiple porches and sitting areas. The home is clean, well decorated and has comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the management company, 30A Escapes, was challenging. To start, we never received the welcome email informing us of what to bring or be aware of. I called 4x prior to leaving and were told that everything was ready and we would receive a text when the house was cleaned, typically by 4 pm. When I called again (7 hrs into our drive and past 4pm), they said they forgot to send the agreement. We had to try to read and sign an agreement from our phones with poor wifi connection. Then, we received an informational email about what we should bring to the house (too late) as well as the necessary codes to the home. When we arrived, the main TV in the living room did not work. We called every day to report the issue, asking for help. We were looking forward to watching the Florida v Alabama game. They took our call each time, but ultimately informed us that the issue wouldn't be resolved until after we checked out. They claimed that the TV worked when they cleaned the property but we don't believe that to be true. The minute we walked into the door (before bags were unpacked), my husband tried to turn on the TV. Had we known of this issue in advance, we could have brought other options to watch the game. Please note that we don't like leaving any poor reviews. We gave the property management company a chance to fix the situation every day and then asked that they consider a way to compensate us. We weren't expecting much, maybe a sincere apology and offer to pay for our meal at the bar while watching the game. No such luck. So, please learn from our mistake. Take your own tv or laptop if the main living room tv is important to you.
