Beautiful beach, great resort! We enjoyed our 1-week stay at this Penthouse unit, it is spacious, comfortable, and has beautiful views from both the main-floor and the rooftop balconies. We hope to stay again in the future!

INCREDIBLE FAMILY VACAY AT PENTHOUSE

My children and wife were so excited about staying in this amazing vacation unit inside of a resort with multiple pools, hot tubs, amenities and on the beach. The owner is super friendly and accommodating, and was great to communicate with.We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful but we left stinky

Property was beautiful. I grew up here and brought my family to see my home town. Only 3 stars because we did laundry and didnt realize the tub of the washer was sour. Our clothes are horrendous and we had to bag them up. Going to have to find a laundry mat. We were loading our vehicle to leave and our door code was shut off. This was 1hr and half before checkout. Thankfully son was still inside to let us in because phones and purse was on the counter. We would have been in a pickle. Overall great stay but now all we have is dirty stinky clothes. Didnt contact host cause it was to close to leaving and we would be in the same boat anyway. Would not stay again.

Best Living Room View in PCB

This was a perfect property for our family of 4 and both sets of grandparents. The floor to ceiling windows offered the perfect view from any seat in the living room. Definitely recommend!

The condo was filthy

I wouldn’t recommend the condo or the owner. The place was disgusting and looked like it was not cleaned before our arrival and months or before that. It smelled and very old and dated. The utensils and plates were dirty and the cheapest pieces provided. Called the landlord multiple times and not responsive. Then, locked us out early which was a disaster. Not worth the money for rental.

Great spot for spring break!

Me and 9 of my friends stayed here for spring break. There's two bedrooms downstairs, a pull out couch, and a loft upstairs. Three full bathrooms. Furnished kitchen. The pictures really don't do it justice. This place is amazing. We were genuinely blown away by how nice it is, and the price was not bad at all either. -2 parking passes provided for free -top floor with rooftop access (great views, no upstairs neighbors) -owner is very communicative and helpful -it's a quieter stretch of beach, college kids seem to mostly stay further east and the nearest bar is a ~30min walk.

Plenty of room

This condo had plenty of room for our three couples and three children to all be comfortable in the living room. Everyone had a bed without using the fold out sofa. The views are amazing and the resort has wonderful pools. I recommend this property for a very nice stay in PCB.

Loved the roof balcony.

We greatly enjoyed staying in this condo. It had all the amenities and a beautiful upstairs balcony on the roof of the 12 story building. The first night we enjoyed viewing a storm, the stars, and the moon all at the same time. Our host was easy to connect with. Our only advice would be to stock the condo with at least 1 roll of toilet tissue per person for the week. There were not enough supplies to stay in the condo for the week. This included trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper. If you are flying to Florida and have no rental car, you will need to find a ride to the local grocery store.
