    Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

    Upstairs, all three bedrooms are tucked away for privacy and quiet.     Caballeros Estates at Hombre is a newer townhome community in Panama City Beach, set just inland from the Gulf. Guests stay close to the action but away from the busiest parts of the strip, with easy access to main roads and nearby public beach access for quick trips to the sand.

    The neighborhood is planned for low-maintenance coastal living, with two-story townhomes that showcase a clean, modern feel. From this location, it is an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, local schools, and area attractions. Caballeros Estates at Hombre works well for guests who want a quieter home base while still being within a short drive of the beach, golf, and the wider Panama City Beach area.

    You are close to all the best of Panama City Beach:

    • About an 8 to 10 minute walk to nearby beach access
    • Easy drive to Carillon Beach, Front Beach Road, and popular beach spots

    Other details to note:

    Trash pickup is every Thursday. Please place the trash bin outside by the garage the night before (or no later than early Thursday morning), and the waste service will collect it. After pickup, kindly return the bin to its normal storage spot.

    Per HOA policy, violations involving parties or disturbances may result in a 1,000 dollar fine and eviction.

    Wildlife: Florida's tropical climate means you may occasionally see insects or small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. This is considered a normal part of the local environment and is not grounds for refunds.

    Security cameras: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, there are exterior only cameras at the front door, driveway, and backyard areas. There are no cameras inside the home.

    Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

    Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

    Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
