Surf Shack PCB is the perfect beach escape for families or friends! Enjoy driving to the beach and restaurants in your own private golf cart, relaxing in your own private 16-ft pool, pirate ship playground, kayaks, arcades, fenced yard, and Blackstone grill. With a full kitchen, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, and kid-friendly gear, everything’s ready for your group to relax and have fun. Pets welcome!

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire house, fenced yard, and all private amenities, including the golf cart, 16-ft swimming pool, pirate ship playground, kayaks, arcades, and Blackstone grill. Dedicated parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on-site.

We are here to make your stay incredible! You can reach us anytime via the app. We actively respond to messages between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM CST. Any messages received outside these hours will be answered by 8:00 AM CST the following morning.

Positioned on a narrow peninsula with the serene lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, it boasts a quiet, safe, and family-friendly vibe.

By Car (Recommended): Driving or using rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) is the easiest way to explore Panama City Beach and nearby attractions. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience.

Walking & Biking: Surf Shack PCB is located in the Lower Grand Lagoon neighborhood, which is exceptionally walkable and bike-friendly! Guests love taking quiet morning walks or riding bikes down to local dining, ice cream spots, and marina views.

Public Transit: The Bayway (Bay County Public Transit) operates bus routes throughout Panama City Beach, with nearby stops easily accessible along Thomas Drive.

Parking:
There is parking available for 4 cars. There are two parking curbs provided that are labeled "B". Another set of two cars can park behind them. Please only park in designated spots.

Early check-in and late check-out: We request $20 for every hour late or early. For example, check-in at noon would cost $80. No check-in before 12 noon and no check-out after 2 pm. Early check-in and late check check-out can be set up through your guest portal after booking.

To ensure a smooth stay and protect access to premium amenities like our golf cart, pool, and hot tub, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link via message to complete this quick online form. Signing the agreement is mandatory to receive check-in instructions and gain access to the property and its amenities. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Pest policy: Please be aware that our home is situated near wooded areas, which means you may occasionally see a palmetto bug or dead cockroach during your stay. We perform monthly pest control treatments, and finding dead insects is a sign that the treatment is effective. However, leaving doors or windows open for extended periods can allow bugs to enter, especially at night. We've also had ants appear during heavy rain or when food is left out.
To help prevent pests, please:
✔ Keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
✔ Avoid leaving food or sugary drinks out.
✔ Wash dishes promptly and keep counters clear of food. Keep food in cabinets.
We appreciate your understanding that we cannot offer compensation for these natural occurrences. Thank you for helping us keep the home as pest-free as possible!

**Weather Policy:**
Please note that we do not offer compensation or refunds for rain, temperatures, or thunderstorms. Weather in Florida, particularly during the summer months, is unpredictable, and forecasts can change throughout the day. We adhere to our firm cancellation policy: full refund for cancellations at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund for cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in, and no refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in.

**Pet & Neighborhood Noise Policy**
This home is located in a quiet, residential area on the east end of Panama City Beach. It’s a peaceful, pet-friendly neighborhood ideal for walking dogs. It includes a private fenced backyard and a designated pet relief area for your furry companions. While the area is generally calm, neighboring homes do have dogs, and occasional barking may occur. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for early departures related to personal preferences or situations outside our control, such as occasional neighborhood noise or pet interactions. We encourage guests who enjoy a laid-back, dog-friendly setting and are looking for a comfortable coastal stay.
