Bottom floor had very strong mildew or chemical smell. Kitchen was sparse with supplies. Need more pillows on beds, wash bed pads, couch stained. Bar across street was so loud and kept us awake with karaoke singing until after 2am. Can hear neighbors through thin walls.

The unit was pretty much as described. One bed appeared to have been slept in and not changed (luckily we didn't need it). Everything else about the unit was pretty good. ECDI check-in was the worst. Never heard from them until after noon of our check-in date. Otherwise had a great stay.

Overall vacation was very nice, except occupancy neighbor who lives beside this rental was drunk multiple times within the stay using foul language and smashing things disturbing the peace. Also the grill did not function properly as well as the range oven in the kitchen did not work. So our only options where take out, crockpot or stove top.

July 4 vacation

Communication and location are outstanding. My family and I spent the 4th of July holiday at this townhouse. The place is a bit dated but is spacious and served our needs.Beach is a few steps away and grocer store is walking distance as well.I recommend this townhouse for larger groups and families.

Best view and easiest access to the beach

When we arrived there was some damage we reported and got a response very quickly. Cleanliness? Not so great we found a lot of clothes, trash and A LOT of dirt under beds and couches. And some trash cans weren't emptied. The dumpster bin was over flowing as well as the neighbors. .

Good location, listing is not 4BR/4Ba; 3 full and 2 half; 4 beds, 2 twins; no garbage disposal, too many light switches and you do not know which one works what; one bed with no mattress pad on it, and the mattress was horribly stained! Two dining room chairs need to be replaced! Cookware can be updated; a time that the trash gets picked up could be listed as well website just states Tuesdays and Fridays

Great location but disappointed

Great location! You can’t beat it.Poor response to problems in the house; like back door had no handles, ac leak, dishwasher broken.Also had a lack of kitchen supplies, we went out and bought knives and forks.

Right on the beach

This worked out perfectly for us since it was right on the beach. There were a couple of people in our group with mobility issues and we could hang out on the deck to enjoy the ocean while those who were able could go right out to the beach. If we had taken advantage of the full capacity of the home with extended family as we had initially planned, privacy would have been an issue as there are 4 rooms that can each sleep 2 and the other sleeping spots are all in the living/family rooms. But worked out great for us and we were very pleased.

Panama City Beach - quiet getaway on the beach

Great place for large groups as it has separate sleeping quarters; several bedrooms on the 3rd level one with a king sized bed and bedroom with king sized bed and bunkbeds downstairs. Deck off the lower level with access to the beach just steps away. and a deck off the 2nd floor where there is a dinning room, kitchen and bathroom and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and they have a dishwasher. Neighbors are great and very helpful.

Family thanksgiving vacation

Overall it was a very nice stay everyone had a wonderful time and plenty of room. Some things in the house need to be updated and the downstairs needs the trees trimmed up because you really couldn’t use the covered patio downstairs and there needs stairs access from the second floor not where people sleep.

Beautiful View and perfect location

The Townhouse was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to give 5 stars all around the only issue we had was cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, one bed and one of the bathrooms. We just washed all the dishes before using and cleaned the cabinets before putting the dishes back in the cabinets. Other than those nasty creatures everything else was perfect!

The location is perfect. A grocery store is literally right across the street. There was 13 of us that were able to vacation together this year. It's accommodated is well. We've always stayed in condos

Perfect location for Ironman PCB

My husband and I booked the townhouse for his first ever Ironman. Loved the location… on the beach and toward the end of the bike route so it was ideal! More than enough space. Easy access to beach and the property management company was very prompt and responsive. Parking is pretty tight. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay and he completed the Ironman in his goal time so it was a successful visit!

Friend Vacation

This was a great place to stay with my family and friends. We had a total of 10 people staying. Plenty of space for all of us. Having two living spaces really was great. The kids used the downstairs living area and the adults used the upstairs one. It was great stay somewhere so close to the beach. Just a few footsteps away. We plan on coming back next year.

Had issue with ice maker, microwave & freezer. Also due to a space below the bottom floor door had issue with palmetto roaches. Air Conditioning was remotely controlled. Often uncomfortable during the nite & even though could turn air to be cooler, the thermostat immediately went back up. Also, VRBO charges added another 25%+ to the total cost. High VRBO charges just might ruin the market!

Great Stay

We had a great time here with 3 generations of family. Can’t beat the views and easy beach access. Interior was updated and had all we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend!
