Ocean Breeze the place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze! updated 2023

  • Maybe one of the most peaceful and relaxing settings just east of Rosemary Beach, Fl at Phillips Inlet. The large spacious decks on both levels have lots of comfortable furniture for spending your days enjoying the Ocean Breeze. The first level decks have many places for you to relax in. The second level has awesome views of the gulf across the natural dunes. Ocean Breeze sits only 3 lots west of Helen Camp State Park conservation area. The beach access and dune walkover is approximately 100 yards to the east. You will find these beaches very secluded with lots of space to enjoy.

In front of the Ocean Breeze, is a large sandy area set up with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for more family time after a relaxing day around the water. The homes is designed to sleep 10-12. It has a first level floor bedroom with a king bed and separate full bathroom. A 1/2 bath is also on the first level. The upstairs features 2 more bedrooms. Considered as a master, is another King bed with its own bathroom with views of the eastern sunrise and direct gulf views. Also on the second floor is another room that consists of two bunks that are made up of double bed with twin on top. (2 of these) This room has a direct gulf view also. Another bath room on the second floor features a shower and sink.
Our large pool was built in 2018 and can be heated. It is very family oriented and relaxing. We have a gas grill that is down by the pool area. In the front, we have hammocks and a firepit with chairs to enjoy.
This is a Saturday to Saturday rental during May to August. 5-7 nights minimum.
    Other months vary.

The location of this home makes it close to all the 30A restaurants, shops, entertaining and different attractions. Pier Park is only a few miles to the east in PCB as well. Great home for bicycle rides or walks to many well known establishments!

***As of the beginning of Covid 19/ spring of 2020, construction has started on the lovely family owned land/dunes across the street. Please know this is beyond our control.

Wow, what a beautiful property!!! The children and adults loved the pool and it was a nice relaxing place to gather after a day at the beach. The home and decks were spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The beach was a short walk approximately a block to beautiful white sands and ocean breezes! Everything lovely!

Jennifer was wonderful to work with!! The heated pool was perfect! There is an additional 300 charge to have the pool heated, just FYI. I missed that in the beginning and with it being March we definitely needed the pool to be heated. Our stay was lovely! The beach access is literally 2 doors down and across the street which was perfect. The amenities in the house were as described. Jennifer is grea

A wonderful stay! Our daughter was married at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach Florida. We booked this place after the Wedding for some much needed relaxing time. The pool was a must and the fee to heat it was worth every penny. As rain was in the forecast, having a covered patio was necessary. Both covered patios provided the extra comfort of being outside enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen was extraordinarily equipped for a Chef. There was absolutely everything you needed to cook a wonderful meal. The home was very clean. Lots of space for a family to enjoy. It lends itself to some fun family time to make lasting memories. The beach was a stones throw away . We took the chairs/umbrella (which were provided)and walked to the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful! You can enjoy walking for miles or simply take in the breathtaking view. Last but not least, Jennifer (the host) was very helpful and always replied promptly to our questions. She made it seamless!

Great stay and heated pool was great for a chilly April visit

Great location for east access to a fairly private beach. The inlet to Lake Powell and access to Camp Helen were and added bonus. House is well furnished and updated.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The beach house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location of the home was perfect, across the street from the beach with easy access to the beach. The private pool was amazing. Communication with the owner was the best that I have ever encountered! I highly recommend booking this beach home for your next stay! My family and I will definitely be back!

Great location

Great proximity to the beach walk-over! The heated pool was clutch for a cold front during spring break. Inlet Beach is so convenient for avoiding the traffic in Rosemary. Will def be back

We will be back!

We have stayed at several properties on our trips to 30A but this has been our favorite and we will be staying again! We had 4 adults and 3 kids under 10 and it was perfect! It’s a short walk to the beach entrance, so nice to have a pool and to leave kids floaties and toys, indoor and outdoor space was just enough! Owner was responsive for quick questions!

Amazing Beach Experience

Once in a while you get lucky and that’s what we experienced at Ocean Breeze. We made a reservation at another place and wanted to extend our stay and Ocean Breeze had a few open days between guests. The home was warm and very well appointed. The sunsets views off the multiple balconies were unforgettable and I can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at Ocean Breeze! Jennifer was a very attentive owner and checked in with us to make sure check in was easy and to make sure nothing was needed (there wasn’t). The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, there were a ton of pots and pans for cooking our meals, the beds were amazing, and the pool was great to come back to after our morning at the beach. We love Inlet Beach and have stayed at other properties before, but we would re-book at Ocean Breeze in a heartbeat! I can’t say enough great things about the house and Jennifer.

Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. Pool was very nice and the walk to the beach was very convenient. Very quiet area other than the construction across the street but they were only there 7:00-3:30. The house was very roomy for our group of 11 and we had all the essentials to cook our meals and relax. My one recommendation would be to bring fans for the front porch in the afternoon. We had a slight breeze most days but it did get a little warm in the afternoon.

Perfect Beach House

100% recommend! The pool was incredible, you can see the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. So much outdoor seating! House was clean, spacious, and communication with the property manager was very quick and easy! The boardwalk for beach access is about 3 houses down, and is exactly a 5 minute walk. The beach was not crowded at all because all that surrounds you are beach houses. Would definitely return!

Great location

Great experience! We loved the easy beach access and quiet feel of inlet beach. Rented bikes for our 5 teenage boys to safely ride to Rosemary for nightly concerts. After staying more in Seacrest / Rosemary this was our favorite so far off 30 A. Clean and spacious property. Pool was used on the cooler days. Jennifer was very responsive and highly recommend this property! Would definitely book again. Some minor construction, but didn’t deter our vacation at all!

Family Vacation

We spent a week at this vacation home. We took our granddaughter, daughter and son in law. The house was a great size for us. Loved having the pool in the backyard, and the beach so close. The services in the area to rent baby equipment was impressive as well. The rental property staff was responsive to our needs. Small glitches, not even worth mentioning. Overall, we would go back!!
