We had two families stay here. The house was amazing. The beds were very comfortable.The kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s hard to find a good pool on the beach and this is definitely a good pool. You get plenty of sun and they loved the covered porch.We would definitely rent this house again.

needs repair

Never saw on website that a house was being built next door. By the time you readthi I'm sure house is completed. we should have been told. Location was ok but house floors need fixing. The master baths floor was sinking due to a leak apparently. I had to put a towel over area to cover the sunken part as the porcelain tile had sharp edges.Downstairs in kitchen was a large water stain on ceiling which was the location of the sunken bathroom floor. Someone should have painted that big round stain. I went throughout the house putting red tape down on areas of tile that had grout missing , hence making the edges of the tile sharp. everyone was barefoot at one time or anther so was concerned someone would cut their feet. I found the few rugs that were in the house dirty looking. these needed to be replaced. The area the house is in is convenient to stores , restaurants and is right on the beach with a pool. The pool decking needs some care as some boards were lifting up and could cause a fall. I wouldn't rent it again unless it was fully cleaned and updated. Its worn out.

Relaxing, convenient and comfortable!

This rental was a great fit for our family of 8. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out and relax. The pool was great! The outside games were a big hit as well. We were able to walk out the back door straight onto the beach...it was amazing. The property was well maintained. Communication was super easy and the staff was very helpful and prompt.

Great vacay!

This home was great for our family of 14. The pool was awesome. Great size and layout for the little ones and adults. Best part was being able to get to the beach quickly and whenever we wanted. Great location in Panama City. Management was very responsive to our needs. A few considerations…the house next door was being built so there was early morning hammering. The internet was spotty at times and made watching TV with apps a little difficult.

Perfect for our family group

This property was perfect for our family of small children, teens, young adults, and grandparents. You do have to go upstairs, (and we did alot!) but the view is worth it. It is close to shopping, but felt a little remote. We came at the perfect time. (First week in May) We did have a double red flag day, and a few red flag days. The pool was perfect for the days when the ocean was pretty harsh. The only downside, was we couldn't find a broom. We were a messy bunch, so we went to buy one. Otherwise, this house was beautiful and perfect. I definitely recommend.

Beautiful View right on the Beach

The place is very nice, beds very nice and clean. Just a little hint make sure you bring TP paper, paper towels, salt, pepper and anything you use for cooking. They do supply all cooking pots, pans and things like that but no storage containers for left overs so you must supply that. I would return and stay again the pool is wonderful the beach is right there and the view is beautiful.

Excellent location, gorgeous home, private pool

I would highly recommend this property for large groups and children. 3 different seating areas gave our party of 9 an opportunity for private time or small group conversions. The pool is perfect as our 4 year old identical twin grandsons did not like the beach very much. Just a great house with a responsive management team!

Beautiful

I was nervous using a VRBO for the first time not knowing what to expect, but all that worry got swept away after seeing this beautiful house. Nice size pool and steps away from the powder sand. Restaurant near by and walking distance to souvenir shops. Just a few things to think about. Cooking pans were in bad shape and need to be replaced. Suggest a electric skillet for customer to use. Hot tub temps got too hot at night. But still great feature to have. Outdoor games and furniture has seen it's better days but we understand the difficulty's to keeping things like new in the ocean air. Celebrating my 60th withy family was priceless. Thank you!

Great House. Terrible neighborhood. Do NOT trust the pictures. Lots of small issues with this house.

House is amazing. It could have been cleaner. Dust, dirt and dead bugs everywhere. I understand Florida has huge bugs but to have a dead one the size of a small dog in the tub in the master bathroom was surprising. Do NOT let the pictures fool you. They have staged everything to look perfect and it is far from that. The thing that looks like a hot tub is NOT a hot tub. The things that look like jets in the hot tub are NOT jets. This is a "heated sitting area" that may or may not be heated when you would like to use it. The light in the "heated sitting area" is burnt out. The decking furniture is old with holes and cushions are very used. Boardwalk and deck around the pool is splintering and had several spots that weren't screwed down correctly. The outdoor TV did not work. Was fixed on the fourth day of our stay. The pool and foosball tables have seen better days. The pool table's felt needs to be redone and the foosball table is a giant rusted tetanus danger. We ordered three adult bikes. They were a day late in delivery after we messaged them. Then when they showed up one had a flat tire and one had a broken seat. The flat tire was fixed on our third day but the seat was never addressed. The "adult" bikes were for very, very small adults. Also, the neighborhood this house is in is not a safe place to even try to ride a bike. Cars parked everywhere on the road, drunk college kids everywhere and drunk driving college kids everywhere. Just not enough space to ride the bikes so we never did. These should not be even an option in this area. As far as "location" it's great. Right on the beach but you have to deal with those problems. The house has an empty lot beside it that every single person that comes to PCB uses to walk to and from the beach 24/7. There is little to no privacy on that side of the house all hours of the day and night. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella rental but you have to literally be in them when they are setup or have someone watching them or you have random people just plop down in your chairs and set up for the day. We had a confrontation with two frat boys that didn't want to leave the chairs we had paid for. There are NO pool or beach towels. I repeat.. you are in a house with a pool on the beach that you just paid 18k for a week to stay in and they do not have pool or beach towels. Five forks yes 5 and not a single working can opener. Not worth the price for all the hassles you have to deal with.

Amazing but..

This place is in the perfect location This house is off the hook The management could not be nicer But not tub has to be worked on every day And then turned off every night very early No beach towels no beach chairs And no supplies in kitchen They make you throw all out so you walk in with no salt pepper oil tin foil and so forth Never been to a rental where I have to spend that much money to cook and then in a few days throw it all away Makes no sense This place was the most expensive one I have ever stayed in and then having to spend hundreds of dollars on this stuff as well as tp, paper towel, garbage bags etc is weird

Beautiful

We were visiting for Ironman Florida. We stayed 5 nights. The house has great space and is nicely appointed. The sunsets were amazing. Management was responsive to our questions. A few things to keep in mind is there is a large charge to heat the pool ($1500) the ‘hot tub’, I would say it’s more a water feature, was not warm until the heater turned on at 7pm, limited hours for heating this. 3 stars for cleanliness because the rugs needed to be vacuumed better. We found sand-burrs in the rugs, food under the coffee table, and a fake finger nail in one of the bedrooms.

Absolute perfection!

This was our favorite house we’ve rented in FL so far. You can’t beat the layout (plenty of space for everyone) and the location was great. Close enough to town, but away from all the loud and craziness. The pool was wonderful for us all to use each afternoon to take a break from the beach. Everything was just top notch! The only things we realized we didn’t have was pot holders and not enough kitchen hand towels. The grill is also a green egg, and we wished we had known to bring the proper grilling items. We can’t wait to come back!!

60th birthday celebration

The location and set up of the home was perfect! There was water damage on the ceiling on arrival that we were told was from the previous renters. We were also told the jacuzzi in the pool had issues but would still work as long as the heater and jets were not used together and that someone would be out Monday to fix it. Someone came and left with no explanation. The heater never worked. When I put the kids in the garden tub in the master bath we realized that it leaked into the ceiling below. I called and reported this, someone came out and said not to use the tub because to fix this was going to be a hugh job that would have to wait till we left. After many calls to the rental company we were finally told the jacuzzi could not be fixed! The owner did give us a small refund which was nice but with the nights being cool the jacuzzi would have been awsome! I was very frustrated with the lack of communication. Always" someone will reach out to you " with no returned call. Some dead and dying roaches on the was gross but we were on the beach most of the time. Overall we had a great time the location is great.
