  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Nice little getaway for the 4th.

I was very impressed. The condo was well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils. There were lots of bed linens, a portable crib. There were also beach chairs and beach toys. I highly recommend for a family vacation. Great location and Anna the owner was great to deal with.

Loved this property! Great location central to everything. Pools were never too busy and enjoyed the turtles in the pond out back. House was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Host was very gracious and attentive. Nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. I could tell a lot of work had been done on townhouse, but it was clean and well stocked - just right for our short stay.

*5/5 Stars* "We recently stayed at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL, and had an amazing experience! Our 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo was perfect for our needs. The proximity to the pools and beach access was unbeatable - just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo itself was well-equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and even a gas grill for outdoor cooking. We appreciated the extra amenities and felt right at home. The resort offers an incredible array of amenities, including 11 pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffle board, and a gym. We loved having two parking spots per condo, and the abundance of golf carts made getting around the property a breeze. The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained, with more than enough towels, linens, and kitchen essentials. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall condition and cleanliness. I would highly recommend Gulf Highlands Beach Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and fun beach vacation. We can't wait to come back!"

Convenient, safe, lots of activities!!!

Check in was a breeze. The host emailed with all of the codes and information we needed. The pillows and bedding are in great need of replacement!!! We were able to sleep because we were so tired, but really they should really be upgraded. The decor is also quite out of date. With all of that considered, the place was clean and stocked with almost everything you need which cuts way back on the cost of buying hand soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish washing tablets, etc. We really appreciated that!!! The pool at the beach with the restaurant and bar was very convenient. There are so many activities to keep everyone busy!! We really enjoyed our stay over all!!! With just a few updates, it would be perfect!!

Condo near he beach

The condo was lovely, short walk to the beautiful beach. Anna was a great host and was very easy to contact. We had a couple of issues but Anna dealt with them as quickly as possible. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

PCB Absolutely amazing!!!!

Anna was amazing! She promptly answered every question we had. The condo was clean & the vrbo description was accurate. Neighbors were very friendly. We took advantage of all the onsite pools & putt- putt. We had a ball!! The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We had a great time & can't wait to go back!

2022 Vacation

The host was easy to get ahold of and the property was very clean. The property is a short walk to the ocean and the pool is also close by. It was very quiet community. The only thing which wasn't a big deal was that their is no t.v. in the smaller room which stinks for the other adult that was in our party and the grill didn't work right out back since a couple of the burners don't work on them. We decided that we would just go out to eat. I am definitely coming back in the future Anna is amazing and very helpful with information and responding.

Perfect Location

This property was in the perfect location, walking distance to the beach. We were close enough to the beach without all the beach traffic. The resort had your choice of 11 pools, a gym, and a beach house right on the beach. We enjoyed the view from the back of the house( psst there is a nice pond). This house had close access to everything; restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The entrance was technically on middle beach road, but walking distance to front beach rd. Overall great stay, i will definitely be looking this place up to rent again when i return to PCB.

Perfect!

We loved this place! Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and activities. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful! Pools on the property were great. Communication with the owner was a bliss! We had 3 children under 10 and 2 adults and it was all so perfect for us! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Oreos and Gatorade bottle under one bed. Dirty tissue under the other bed with toys. Hair all over the bathroom walls, and tub. Toenails on bathroom floor.

Lots to be happy about

Chairs, toys, cooler, plenty of pots and pans along with starters...trash bags, laundry detergent, even coffee. Stayed in the same gated community last year and that property didn't have as much.
