Everything was as described! The house, which offers off street parking, was the perfect size for our family with three couples and the two teenagers having their own bedrooms. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach and there are beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow. Backyard patio with grill and pool are great for lazy days at home, with plenty of privacy. We loved cooking our meals in the large kitchen, which is well equipped and includes an oversized pantry, and being able to eat together at the dining table with seating for at least eight. The dining table was great for game night too. The owners are very nice and quickly responded to our questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

Great location and amenities. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the short walk to the beach. Lots of household amenities and beach gear. Bedrooms and baths were great. I do wish the living room furniture had been a bit larger to accommodate our group of 10 but that was a minor issue. Overall great stay!

Great location

The house was perfect for the size of our group, 11, and the location to the beach was amazing! The property only provides the basics to get you started, which I’ve never had before at a house, and we’ve rented a ton of times. For the price we paid it would have been nice to not have to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels, etc. But over all we had a good time and liked the house and especially the location.

Perfect for large family

This was perfect for our large family. 11 of us ranging from 11 months to 48. It worked so well and the private pool topped it off. Everyone had a great time. We will book again.

Great Stay!

We had a group of 11 adults that fit comfortably in the home. The house was beautiful, very clean and included plenty of bathrooms. Our favorite features included close beach access across the street and a nice outdoor area with private pool! The location is also a close car ride to Pier Park. Outdoor closet had a wagon, cooler, and several beach chairs, which was very helpful for our walks over to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome place for family vacation!

This property was very roomy for our family of 16 from 2-89 years old. Plenty of sleep accomodations and they really enjoyed the private pool. Beach was easily and quickly accessed. Traffic wasn't bad at all for the 4th of July week.

Long Family Vacation 2023

We thought the house was really nice and had all the basic necessities needed for preparing meals. Location to the beach was great, two easy accesses that had you enjoying the beach in a minutes time. Our grandkids loved having the pool right out the back door, so they could swim in the evening time. Taylan and Michelle were great to work with while planning our stay and while we were there.

Wonderful Stay!

The house is a great distance from the beach, super easy to walk back and forth. It was beautiful and spacious and the pool was great. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience at Twin Dunes

The property was perfect for our large family. We loved having a private pool and a 2 min walk from the front door to soaking up the sun on the beautiful beach. The hosts were so nice and our family had a blast.

Best family get away

the Property is in Great location(across the street from the beach) Our family love to play beach volleyball and there was many courts couple of miles down at Pier Park. House was very clean with great backyard with a very nice pool. Also, grocery stores not too far a way. it really was one of our best trips... The fire alarm was bit sensitive but other than that, it was a perfect get away. the Owners really respond very fast...so really felt we were taken care of.

Great property near the beach

This is a great property near the beach. Well equipped with everything you need for your stay and visit to the beach. We would definitely book this home again for a quick family getaway. The only con was the fire alarm is extremely sensitive however, we can appreciate the extra layer of safety/security.

Great home in Great location!

The home is beautiful and is exactly as advertised! Well-stocked kitchen, new appliances, great backyard with pool! We had 13 people, ranging in age from 73 to 14, and had plenty of room for our group. The dining table seats 10, and we put it to good use with nightly card games. The location to the beach was Superb. There is a good grocery store only about a mile away. The owners were very timely and responsive to my questions. We had a super family trip!!

West PBC Gem!!

Great play to stay! We recently stayed here with 2 other families. The king sized beds were perfect for the adults and the bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. The house was very nice and the amenities (pool, grill, smart TVs, Keurig, beach items) and ample kitchen supplies made spending our time here so easy. Beach access is less than 100 steps away and was so easy to access anytime of the day! Alvin's Island was located one block away and Carousel grocery was less than 1/2 mile away making it quick and easy to grab essentials. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay that's just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to hit your favorite restaurants and shops.

Twins Duplex

Everything was great!! Parking was a challenge but it shouldn’t be for most people. Your allowed 3 vehicles and we had 4. Our neighbor in the other side of the house had 8 vehicles. Thank goodness for the remodel job across the street.
