This was our second year going back to this property. It’s such a great location, has plenty of space, and everything we needed for a long week at the beach. We will be back again next year!

This was a fine place with an Excellent location. Super close to the beach, restaurants, and pool. The decor is cute and area was clean with nice bathroom sets for guests. But our biggest complaint is that everything is jammed packed! All areas feel cramped and crowded. And there were only 5 of us-imagine if we had 9! There were other details that needed attention: all the smoke detectors in the house were either disconnected or batteries taken out. That was a huge hazard! Some handles on the kitchen cabinets were loose or coming off. There were missing bracelets/keys/fabs. The kitchen trash was full when we arrived. One bike chain was rusty and coming off. It was a fine place but could use some attention.

We had an excellent stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the downtown. It made for an easy walk to dinner and shopping. A short couple minute to beach access with chairs and umbrellas available at the house. You could also pay 75 for an umbrella and two chair set up at the beach. It was quiet and clean. The hosts were accommodating when we asked for a later check out due to a change in our flight. Only downside is that it is advertised to have pool access and the fob did not work for the pool. We did NOT have access to the pool and that was a main reason we chose this place. Not sure if there was something wrong with our fob or it never worked for the pool.

The house was beautifully decorated with a nice layout. Main bedroom next to the kitchen and great room upstairs, and the bunk room and 2nd bedroom and bathroom across the hall. The location was perfectly positioned between Allys beach and Rosemary, with both towns walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here. The parking is a little snug (2 vehicles max) with such a large home. We ended up parking one of our cars in a lot a few miles away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we ever come back to this area.

Great location, house was perfect for us. Super quick response to any question. Quick walk to Rosemary or Alys restaurants or shops. Beach was super crowded but that has nothing to do with house. Would def recommend!!! 5 stars

Perfect stay!

Loved the location, and the home was beautiful. We went down with our 1 & 3 year old and it was plenty of room with a short walk to the pool, beach, and numerous restaurants and outings. It helped that they had a pack & play there and a highchair! And some kids dishes and silverware. Comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms and living areas. We loved the courtyard for kids to play in while not at beach or pool. We would absolutely book again!

Lovely home and great access to the beach

Loved this home and its location. It is in between alts beach and Rosemary and is very close to the beach and pool. The communication of the host was second to none. Highly suggest this home to anyone looking for a fabulous and convenient stay.

Amazing Home in an Amazing Location

The location of this home is perfect. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the neighboring shops and restaurants (so the privacy here is perfect), but within easy walking distance. The home is clean and nicely decorated, the set up/layout of the home provides everyone with their own space and bathroom. Lots of amenities at the home like bikes, beach chairs, grill, etc. Just the perfect spot. You could not ask for more. We will definitely be booking again soon!

We love this property! It’s the perfect location, has everything you need, owners are incredibly nice and welcoming, and we will most definitely stay there again! Everything is clean and comfortable and there is plenty of room! You will love staying at this jewel in 30a!

Nice location, needs updated

Nice location between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Wear and tear of being a rental property shows, especially in the bathroom showers. The bedrooms are small with little space for suitcases. There were 3 or 4 coffee makers, but no welcome coffee samples, which is unusual from the other 30A rentals we have had in the past. TV worked well for the Saturday SEC games.

perfect gem of a house!

There were 6 of that stayed in the house and it had plenty of room and all the amenities we could ask for...AND parking for 2 cars, including an oversized SUV! We've stayed in a lot of houses in Sunset Beach and this was by far the best! The house was great, everything we needed and wanted but it was the little things that made the difference. Most Sunset Bch houses have tiny bathrooms with no storage, this one had solid storage in all the bathrooms, including medicine cabinets, drawers in the vanity, and a ledge where you could put small items like glasses, etc. Also loved all the hooks outside for towels! I really could go on and on but you would be better off renting and seeing for yourself...you won't be disappointed! Thank you for a relaxing stay at your beautiful home, we will be back!

Had the best time staying at this VRBO. Looks even more beautiful in person and is in the perfect location. Will definitely be staying here again! Perfect stay for family and friends. The beds were super comfortable and it was so convenient having a bathroom in each bedroom. Didn’t want to leave! :)
