This house is in a great location, close to the beach and out of the crowded tourist area but still close to all of the amenities. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy. The pool was perfect for the kiddos. The spaces flowed nicely so that our group could be together without being on top of each other. Anything we needed addressed (propane, frig filter) was handled quickly. Could use more bath towels and had to buy our own tp, dishwasher detergent, corkscrew, etc. but overall our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay!

The house is amazing! Plenty of room for 5 generations of family. Very close to the beach & all the fun stuff for the littles. The private pool was a hit with everyone & I personally found the mattress in the upstairs king room to be so comfortable! We would definitely stay there again.

Family weekend

Our family was fortunate to have stayed at this beautiful house over a long Labor Day weekend. Great grandparents to great grandchildren. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and activities we could enjoy as a family. When not out having fun, we spent time together in the pool and hot tub. Despite a few glitches everything was nice, especially the decor!

A wonderful house

It is a wonderful home for a large family or friends to relax. The house is located very close to the beach. The house has everything you need, both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. We are very satisfied with our vacation with the Blue Swell

PCB Stay

Absolutely loved the home! Literally a five minute walk to the beach. Location was perfect, and all of the rooms allowed for plenty of space. The best!

Home away from home

This was our second year staying at this home and it now feels like a home away from home. Amble space for a large family and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and local bars/restaurants. The backyard is perfect for those colder days as the fence keeps the wind at bay and we were able to get a day or two more of sunshine poolside.

Amazing vacation rental

The condo was absolutely amazing! Plenty of room for all of us(17ppl) Beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub! Pool was kinda small but kids loved it! and just small walk to the beach! Great location! Just all around awesome rental! No complaints what so ever!

Beach house

Family of 14 stayed - perfect location and size. Pool was a great bonus. Brought our two dogs who loved it. So close to the beach and many shopping food etc. was walking distance to the pier. Was a great experience overall. Thanks the Quick Family

Everything wonderful. Except the oh of pool was over 15(way too high) and talked to them 3 times and

Everything was wonderful. Except for the fact the ph of pool was over 15 and couldn’t swim in it, that high. Not a 5 yr old especially. They didn’t ever even call or send anyone to fix it. Other than that, it was really pretty. But the pool was the main reason we rented this house.

Huge and immaculate home!

The MASTER toilet never worked even though maintenance was sent out. They left a note stating the lift station would have to come out and they never did. We also had to pay an additional $500 for the hot tub to be heated. The LIVING ROOM tv didn't work. The home is beautiful and immaculate. We had so much fun and enjoyed it the house. We would definitely stay there again. We were just disappointed in these issues.

Very spacious and clean

This is a property I would recommend if you need a lot of rooms. It is very clean and modern and the pool is really nice. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we would ever need. The bathrooms are perfect.

Spacious bedroom with comfortable beds!

Short walk to beach but will need to cross busy road. This unit had coolers, wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys- great for families from up north and will not use items again! Very comfortable beds with TVs in each room. The couch and rugs could use an update but the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Extra fridge space in garage was helpful! Pool is much much smaller than photo.

Great property for extended family!

We had plenty of bed and living space for all 17 of us which included an infant, 10 year old and 13 year old. The location to the beach was only a short walk or drive and the public beach parking was very close. We also enjoyed the pool a lot when we were done at the beach. Great house to get away with family!

Perfect home!

This house is EVERYTHING you could want in a vacation rental. So clean. Wonderfully furnished and outfitted. The pool is fantastic. It truly was a perfect home!
