The Grand Pearl is amazing! It is conveniently located with beach and pool access. We had a tram stop conveniently located directly in front of our rental to take us to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is also so close that you can walk yo the beach, shops and restaurants. This house has so much space. We were able to come together and have our own space. The third floor provided the relaxation and space necessary for our 1 year old grandkids to roam and play while we relaxed. This house has everything you need. This house provided us with the safety and security we love. This amazing place also gives you access to takes long walks, runs and bike rides. Thank you for everything.

Amazing House and Experience!!!

This house was perfect for our vacation with family and friends. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious for 11 adults and three little ones. The pool was a quick two minute walk down the street and shopping/restaurants were nearby as well. The tram that took you to the beach stopped right outside the house, which was very convenient. We would have morning coffee on the third floor balcony and it was extremely relaxing to hang out on the day bed, which would fit multiple adults. We did have one issue with the A/C on the second floor BUT as soon as I communicated our issue, they were quick to send someone over and it was fixed within a few hours.Travel Life Vacations was very quick with responding and professional. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun Home

Beautiful home with everything you need. Would suggest beach towels and chairs for those of us flying in. Our biggest issue was not with the house, but the community rules. Couldn't believe you can't have drinks in the pool.

Incredible experience!!

The house was amazing, enough space for our group of 18 with lots of social room. Close the pool and square and just a short trolly ride to the beach. Not a single compliant. With all that said what was truly amazing was the attention to detail on check in, calls to fix a water leak, and lots of other stuff that at times was aftet hours. The service provided was remarkable!! Thank you from our family's and will see you next year!! Mark

Amazing stay!

This was a great house for our group of 17 with room to spare. All of the finishes are high end and the location is convenient to both the pool and the beach. We’ll be back!

Great large family gathering spot

My husband and I were excited to find a house that our large family of 20 could comfortably fit in within our favorite neighborhood on 30A. We have been staying at Seacrest beach for 7 years and we all love it. There is something for everyone (which is great since we have a broad age range of 9 months-52 years). The kids love biking, swimming in the enormous neighborhood pool very near the house, spending time on the beach, and visiting local shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and has sidewalks and green areas to enjoy as well. We loved the huge rooftop area that has a screened porch and grill, swing, hammock, couches, TV, and dining table. We never felt crowded. The only drawback is that the upstairs bedroom/bathroom doesn’t have a shower or tub. Whoever stays in that king suite must share with someone on the middle floor. Beds were super comfy and the AC works great. We will definitely stay again.

Great place for a Group

This was a great house to bring a large group to for our spring break. They even had bikes in the garage for us to use. Very accommodating and clean, we had a great time. Make sure you bring beach towels when you come as those are not provided.

Gorgeous house!

Really beautiful house with a great layout in a perfect location. The upstairs deck is amazing! However, there are not 7 full bathrooms as stated in the listing - there are 5. In addition, the bedroom on the 3rd floor only has a 1/2 bath - which proved to be very inconvenient for our group.

Gem of a house

Large spacious house with plenty of room for our group of all ages. Tram to the pool and beach is convenient and effortless. Tram stop right outside the house. Only surprise: Bathroom for 3rd floor king bedroom has no tub or shower. Great memories. Would rent this house again.

Lots of space to enjoy!

A great house for a large group - we had 10 staying, with 3 children and everyone was able to stretch out and have their own space. Minutes walk to the pool and a tram stop right outside also made it ideal for kids.

73 Beach Bike Way

Beautiful house!! Amazing porch and gathering areas for the whole family. Kitchen was great! Two laundry rooms were very helpful to keep up with dirty/sandy clothes. The only downfall does not lie with the property or the community….but the beach access and location is heavily crowded. Not enough beach for the amount of beach this community is accessing.

Review of The Grand Pearl

The house was huge and amazing! It was well appointed and exactly as described online. We had family from 80 years old all the way down to a one year old staying in the house, and there was plenty of space for all. The third floor outdoor area was the best though! We spent a lot of time there eating dinner, playing music, and watching and listening to the thunderstorms. One super minor thing was I wish the description had explained that only bath towels are provided and that you need to bring your own pool/beach towels. Other than that we had an amazing week! Thank you

Perfect Vacation Home!!

Where do I begin?! This place is awesome! We booked this house a year out from our vacation and we are so glad we did! Denise at Travel Life Vacations answered all of our questions about the property prior to our stay which made our planning and arrival process super helpful. The house was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. We were shocked to see how large the house actually was. The pictures do not do it anymore enough justice! We had over 20 people staying in the home, and we had more than enough space to gather as a large family for dinner, but also find spaces to go when we wanted time to ourself! The bathrooms and showers are HUGE which is such a great perk when traveling with little ones! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need for cooking. The local grocery store, Publix, is just a 7 minute drive and very affordable! The tram picks up right outside of the house which makes getting to the beach a piece of cake. We rented chairs for the beach from La Dolce Vita and this made the days at the beach absolutely perfect! Book these chairs as soon as you know you’ll be arriving as these go quickly. We were smart enough to book far in advance and had front row access to the water every single day. The Seacrest community pool is was a great way to relax after spending all day at the ocean and it’s only a 2 block walk from the home! The pool serves wonderful food and delicious cocktails! Overall 10/10 luxury trip! BOOK NOW!!

Awesome location & layout of house but mgmt company needs improvement

Grand Pearl is a beautiful home in a killer location! Nice big rooms with a great layout for lots of families to enjoy together. The rooftop is amazing. 5 min walk to pool, 5 min walk to beach, 15 min walk into rosemary and 15 min walk into Alys. About 15 min drive to seaside. Lots of playgrounds to walk to nearby as well. The house itself needs some improvement from the management company - mold in washer, air vents very dirty, poor quality towels and linens. If these things get fixed, this house is perfect! As an FYI - this house does not have a fridge water dispenser and the water is not filtered in the sink. This was only an issue for us because we had young babies who needed filtered water for bottles and such so if this bothers you, buy some water bottles before arriving! The listing should also be improved that they have way more at the house than they say - crockpot, instant pot, beach chairs, pool toys and tubes, etc. Lastly, the management company needs to update their digital ebook. It does not go into detail how to get your parking passes and wristbands and it's kind of a pain. The texting service once on site was great though and we did not have any issues hearing from the mgmt company during our stay!

Wonderful quiet holiday gathering
