Nice location

This house is in a great spot on 30a. The poolIs great as well. I wish the house had some nicer fixtures for the price but it worked fine for my family. We had 2 cheap shower rods fall during our stay . The property manager addressed in a timely fashion but I felt like a house in this price range should have better quality than it did in some areas. Other wTchout is the deck. The wood is worn and if you don’t wear shoes on it you will definitely get splinters. Loved the location and the pool though.

The perfect getaway

The perfect house for two families to spend an entire week. We could have even had a few more! Plenty of space and the tweens/teens even had their own space upstairs. Short walk to the beach & it wasn’t crowded at all when we went for Spring Break. Loved having the bikes as we were able to get out and explore without dealing with traffic. Property manger was quick to respond and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect family home for Spring Break

We loved our time at this property and will book again! Proximity to the ocean, secluded neighborhood allowed for us to get away & chill out at pool in between trips to Rosemary, Alys & Watersound Beach. Convenient location that allowed us to have golf cart for drives to Watersound & Seaside, then we rode bikes to Rosemary & Alys. It was heaven! We can’t wait to return soon. Thanks again.

Beach get away

Home was just as advertised. Although not on the beach, it was sooooo close we all felt like we WERE on the beach. There was plenty of room for 3 couples and 2 children with room to spare. Pool area is set up nicely with plenty of seating and a fire pit as well. Communication with manager was thorough and prompt. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous home in prime location!!

WOW!!! This home is absolutely beautiful! Spacious with a super clean and sunny vibe! Comfortable and really feels like brand new! Has everything one would need for a lovely getaway to the beach! Loved the decks and swimming pool! Great for extended family or large group of friends. I love this location so much as it is just steps from the beautiful beach, yet off the main road quietly tucked away. You don't have the crazy crowds one finds in Seaside but so much is within walking distance - restaurants, shops, etc. Be sure to ride bikes to Rosemary Beach and down to Watercolor and further on - the bike path is AMAZING! Truly, this is one of the absolute BEST homes we have ever stayed in and we travel frequently. I would definitely come back again and again!

Fantastic place to stay!

My family along with my brother and sister in-law and their kids stayed for a week at this home in Seacrest. The location is perfect, views were incredible, the sunsets are unmatched, and the house was clean and comfortable. This place just felt like home. The owners were accommodating and so easy to work with. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach get away!

Spectacular Beach Getaway!!!

This location was perfection! A short 5 minute stroll to the beach set in a quiet neighborhood for amazing sleep at night. The interior was pristinely clean, modern, warm and inviting. I cannot say enough good things about this gem of a beach house. Dream Trip!

"Luxurious and Convenient Getaway at Seacrest in Rosemary Beach"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a rental in Rosemary Beach named Seacrest and it was an exceptional experience. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the house was perfect - just a short walk to a private beach, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. The private pool was a highlight for our group and we spent many afternoons lounging poolside. The house had ample space for parking, which was a huge plus. The property management team was also very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. My family loved the house and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient getaway in the heart of Rosemary Beach.

Nice new updates to this pretty beach house

This spacious house has been well maintained and has a new updated look. We loved having access to 4 bikes and the short walk to the beach is a definite bonus! This place is in a great location in between the busier areas like Rosemary and Seacrest. This makes the beach area a lot less crowded, so that is wonderful. We have been here before with our kids and that is much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and beautiful house

We had wonderful time here, one minute walk to beach access and few mins walk to Aly’s beach, beach is not crowded as close by beaches. House is so clean and comfortable and beautiful, we will stay again next time for longer period of time.
