The house was beautiful and just perfect for 6 adults and 2 grandchildren under the age of 2. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook in a few nights. The only issue we had was that the wood floors were very dirty . My 13 month old grandson’s knees and feet were black from crawling around. We loved the neighborhood, it was close to everything we wanted to do.

It was ok

When blow drying my hair in the downstairs bath all the lights in the bathroom and bedroom went out. There was not a gfci in the bathroom to reset. That is against code, isn’t it? So we had to go and find the breaker and reset. When the property manager called to check in I told her and she was “happy that you found the breaker” Multiple tvs did not work. The couch had stains on the cushions.

Perfection

This house was perfect for our family and another! Everything was perfect. Location was great! Just hop on the tram and go to beach! Pool was great! A bit crowded at times but it was good! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach trip!

Beautiful , Clean House in a great Neighborhood

We Love this neighborhood , we stay here every year . The house was clean and decorated so beautiful . We truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not like was the check in process. You had to check in at the pool , which is kind of hard to find and it was a long walk in the heat to find the spot at the pool where you check in .

Great house!

Loved staying at this house! The tram made it so easy to get around and within walking distance to many restaurants. The house was super clean and even when we had a light out in the bathroom, they fixed it right away. Super great communication and response time!

Excellent property

This house is beautiful, clean, lots of storage, and well equipped. We had a great stay using the outdoor spaces as well as indoor. Not too far from the pool and we had bikes so easily bikeable to all the local communities. Great stay!

3 cockroaches. Closed pool. Poor management.

Sadly, my family waited all year to take this very special trip to Florida from Oregon. I specifically booked this home because of the fantastic resort like pool. Our girls love to swim! We arrived late and found the house looking clean, but immediately saw three cockroaches within the first two hours of arriving. Now for the worst part, we woke up the next morning excited to show the girls the incredible pool! Got ready and walked right over to the pool…only to see all of the water drained from every pool and wrapped in caution tape. The staff at the check-in desk were shocked to learn that we had no idea the pool would be closed and felt bad saying that they notified all of the property management companies ahead of time, that the pools would be closed for the next 11 days(it opened the day after we left) due to repairs! The disappointment on our girls faces really was awful. We walked back and called the mngmt company to try to understand how this could happen. There was no apology. And there was no resolution. They simply told me that there was nothing they could do. I had to plea and argue with management over the course of the next 24 hours. They gave us use of an old smaller pool nearby and 300 refund. Additionally, we got locked out of our house for several hours as the entry battery died on the key pad. We wouldn’t have ever stayed here if the pool wasn’t part of the package. Ruined our trip for sure

30-A Family Vacation

Beautiful home in great community. Easy access to beach using shuttle. Easy walk to the pool. Had to contact property manager a couple times regarding issues with dishwasher and Tivo. Would recommend removing the gas grill as part of promoting property. Unable to ignite until I went and bought lighter to ignite manually. Only 2 of 4 burners worked. Someone showed up unexpectedly one day and said he was there to clean the grill. Without saying anything, he said it needed to be replaced. Would stay in this home again. Communiation for booking was good, communication for arrival and departure was good. Family loved the bedrooms. Downstairs bedroom seemed to be warmer at night with the door closed. No real issue, just making observation. Kitchen was as well stocked as any property we've stayed at. Couldn't ask for anything else. Cups, glasses, bowls for any occasion. Also beach supplies in garage were perfect. Very safe community and security was present to help with the youngsters for fall break. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your home. Hope to return again!

Family Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at That Summer Feeling. The home was just as it was shown in the photos. Very spacious with the latest design finishes. Rooms and bathrooms were well-appointed and furnished. A nice amount of starter toiletries were provided. The home is a short walk or bike ride to shopping and restaurants. The management company was responsive to inquiries. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again at That Summer Feeling!

Extended Family Vacay

Location is amazing! House was cleaned well except it looks like it needs a paint job on the outside. You can't get much better when it comes to location, but we were a little disappointed with the Seacrest Tram service. 2 of our days the tram wasn't running at all (it stormed in the morning, which is understandable, but when weather was better in the afternoons, the trams were still not running.) On the day when the weather was nice, we waited about 15 minutes for a pick-up. Several trams stopped and told us our group was too big and they'd send another tram. Upon leaving the beach to try to take the tram back home, no one would answer our call. We waited about 15 minutes and finally just walked, which was difficult with 2 senior citizens, several small children, and tons of beach gear with us. Although this was no fault of the property owners, we did feel it put a damper on the trip as the tram service was one of the reasons we picked this area. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend this house!

Great property, neighborhood, and location. House was just what we needed, everything worked well, AC worked great during a hot week. The location is great and walkable to 90% of what you’ll need First time here and the A30 but will return for sure

Not exactly as advertised

The only plus about this property is the location in regard to the pool/beach. Two of the flatscreens did not work appropriately. Had to keep unplugging/plugging them back in. Floors left bare feet black (upon arrival). Handle on freezer broken and kept popping off. Sun chair on balcony broken. The “stocked” beach closet was full of broken sun /lounge chairs and umbrella. There IS no basic pantry items…. Salt, pepper, cooking spray. No welcome basket(never experienced that at a rental). All porches had black (looked like mold) growing on them. Def needed repainted. Very misrepresented in the pics. Has not been updated in years. Terrible time getting anyone to respond to any requests so if there was an urgent your out of luck for about 24 hours or more (this happened every time there was any interaction -even before our stay). DO NOT expect to check in one second early….. BUT be sure to be out 10 AM sharp. Very disappointed….. love this part of Florida but will not stay here again (or at any of their other properties.) Looks def can be deceiving.

Family Wedding

We were told security would bring our wristbands and parking to our house as we had pre check-in. We had to locate and get to the pool in 15 minutes before the shuttle stopped running. TVs ,,they weren't set up. Said no signal. Two of the remotes wereissing in the foldway bed. Text for help and was unanswered. Everything was clean except wooded floors. Bare feet were black. Losing stated pool chairs and umbrella. They were all sandy and all but 3 were broken. The umbrella didn't have a pole. These items should be fixed and or changed on the description We had a wonderful time. The house is very roomy and the neighborhood was great.

Great family vacation

It was an amazing house and set up for a family. The pool was perfect for kids. We enjoyed the beach in the morning and at night- but afternoons were too crazy. For some reason, the amount of beach allocated to the Seacrest neighborhood is not sufficient for the crowds. I can’t imagine the crowds during summer. We walked to Rosemary and Alys Beach shops and restaurants easily and didn’t need to use the tram even with little kids. The house layout was great. However, the metal bench in the dining room is sharp and should be replaced. It sliced one of our guests across the back of her leg as she sat in it. Also, the kitchen is stocked with all items to cook except pantry basics- I’ve never encountered a Vrbo without salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, etc. But overall, we had a great experience!

Spring Break

Wonderful week in a home perfect for a family with 3 kids. Easy bike ride to the pool and town amenities. The tram to the beach was easy and arrived within minutes of calling to request a ride.
