Great Week

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of 8 to relax and spread out. Screened in porch and upper decks were great places to just sit and relax. Everything that we needed for our stay was available.Easy walk to the beach and having the chairs and umbrellas available for the week was very nice. We will definitely to stay here again on future trips if available.

This is my third time staying in Carrillon Beach. Second time at this house. The house was great other than being HOT on the third floor. I think it would help if there were blinds of some sort. I did NOT like the QR Code for pool/beach entry. If you didn’t have your phone just right it wouldn’t work. Also the NEW beach chair rentals took up most of the beach area. This was why we started coming to Carillon Beach. Not sure we will be back next year

Great family spring break

We had a wonderful time! The location was very close to the pickleball courts and the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed the beach chair service that came with the house. Great response time from the owner/property manager when we had an issue with the hot water heater. We also walked over to the Carillon retail area which was fun. Great pizza from Lake Powell Pizza (very fast service and about half the price of Pizza by the Sea). We loved the smoothies and ice cream at Our Little Beach Cafe. Both places had dairy options for our dairy allergic daughter so that was a big win! Good shopping at Shipwreck Ltd. Also enjoyed walks through the neighborhood.

Beach House

The house was great! Large and roomy. Very clean and well stocked. It sleeps 12 but only let us bring 2 cars so it would have been nice to have the option to park a 3rd car nearby. The listing when we booked stated there were 2 beach chairs with umbrella set ups included but then we were told that was a mistake and it didn’t include this service. This compounded the problem with only 2 cars since we had to now include chairs and a tent for the beach. Great house! Thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the beach!

Just Perfect!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home and it was just as amazing as our first stay two years ago. We love this property so much that we have already reserved it for next summer. The layout of the home is perfect for large families or multiple families. There is plenty of space to spread out or come together -- whatever suits your group. It is situated in a part of the community that is like a fairytale - nestled in the trees with the twinkling lights that provide such a nice, relaxing experience each night under the stars. It is a beautifully appointed and really special home. We love Just Flew Inn!

Family Beach Vacay

Carillon gated community is our favorite beach destination. This house was as advertised and lovely! Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, nice amenities and the best screen porch!

Our best trip yet

First and foremost, we are no strangers to this community. We have known and loved it for years. This was, far and above, the best house we have stayed in to date. Everything was spotless, it was decorated perfectly, and the beds were so comfortable we asked what one of them was so we could purchase it at home. The management company took care of everything. The owners are top notch and did everything they could to make our stay as wonderful as possible. 10/10 recommend.

Nice but.......

We enjoyed our stay at Just Flew In but there were a few administrative hiccups that were frustrating. To get into the community at the guard gate, there is a QR code via an app that is required. The app was not working and we could not get into the community. We had a late check in on a Saturday evening so it took some time to remediate the issue. We were not provided the door code to get in to the house and enjoyed the stairs outside of the house for a while until it was provided. The big screen tv did not work on the third floor and was not replaced until the second to last day of our trip. The smoke detectors went off twice within 24 hours with the second occurrence at 4 a.m. and it took a while to get them turned off. Less than ideal with kids and our neighbors were less than pleased. Finally, the posting on VRBO does not disclose the seven day booking requirement like several other properties in the community disclose in their listing. We would book again because we liked the community and we gave the property the benefit of the doubt that we just happened to book on a bad week where some administrative things coincided. However, given the price point, we would expect to not have to deal with the issues we encountered. Otherwise, the beach was quiet and clean and the house suited our needs.

Lovely Property

This was such a nice property. We especially enjoyed all the different seating areas. We ate lunch and dinner each day on the screened in porch, played games on the upstairs outside deck and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. This was one of our favorite properties so far!

Shady haven

Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large family. Well stocked kitchen if you'd like to cook, plus tons of dishes. Loved the balcony with swing bed and front screened in porch. Easy walk to the beach and very close to the pool and playground. It's a very shaded almost dark interior, but it's a welcome reprieve after a day in the sun.

Carillon is a tradition!

This was a nice cottage, with all that we needed. So close to the Basketball courts, which is important for our family, close to the Bellview Pool, which is the family pool. Not too far to the beach walkover #1. Been coming here for years. This cottage has lots of stairs so probably not good for the elderly, although there is a queen room on main floor.

Property was excellent overall and met our needs. Communication with VRBO property owner WAS unsatisfactory. Left several messages that went unanswered. Prior to our stay property management switched to 360 Blue and messaging was conflicting. Once I figured out who to talk the process was smoother. Access to neighborhood is difficult on check in day due to traffic. Limited parking in neighborhood

Family Friendly in Carillon.

This house was perfect for our needs. In the family friendly, gated community of Carillon Beach. We loved the short walk to play pickle-ball, the heated pool & beautiful beach. The house was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. We had amble room for three families to spread out comfortably. We especially enjoyed the porches for family game night. We had a 1 year old with us and the big bean bags were perfect as “baby gates” to block the stairs. There was also a portable high chair and pack n play which was very appreciated. We would consider ourselves blessed to come back!

Just Flew Inn Fall Break

Property overall was good. The cleanliness was lacking a little. We were also disappointed (after staying at Dolce Far Niete last year) with the lack of "small things" like dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, toilet paper and paper towell. The parking isn't great trying to get 2 full size vehicles and a golf cart parked. The location of the closest electrical outlet to charge the golf cart was terrible.

Great location!

Very easy to get to the beach, pool, shops, and restaurants. The house was great for the whole family, we had our space, but could all be together when we wanted to. The bed was very comfortable in the master suite!

Simply perfection!

We have stayed at a number of houses in Carillon Beach over the past twenty years. Just Flew Inn is now one of our favorites and we will definitely be booking again in the future. The home is stunning and the owners have thought of everything that guests may need - including plenty of hangers in the closet, extra bedding, kitchen essentials, etc. It is the perfect place for large families or multiple families traveling together as there is plenty of space. The entire third floor is like a separate house unto itself. We only had five people with us on vacation, but could have easily had double that with all of the space. It is located in a really sweet part of the neighborhood, close to the tennis courts, park, and family pool. Sitting on the porches at night, tucked away in the trees, was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The beach is a short, 5 minute walk. This home is truly special.
