Lovely Home & Comfortable *

The home is lovely and comfortable. Plenty of room to move about. The location was perfect. Three minute walk to town to all of the restaurants and shops and five minute walk to the beach. The management team was the best we’ve ever dealt with. They were on top of things and answered texts promptly and were very kind.

Location & comfort - Perfect vacation with teens

Our neighbors and our family had been to Rosemary in the past but this time we booked the house together and it could not have been more fun. More neighbors joined in other Rosemary homes and I have to say that this trip will be unforgettable. We have kids ranging from 4 to 20 years old and they all had an amazing time, going around in their bikes, going to the pool with friends and just getting ice cream and taking the downtown vibes. You can't beat Rosemary Beach and the location of this house. The Cabana pool was right across from us so kids could spend time there while adults were prepping meals in the house. House comes with all the right kitchen utensils and the towels and linens are first quality. We can't wait to come back!!!

Incredible Family Vacation

We had an amazing week. The house was gorgeous and an excellent choice for our family. The long farmhouse table was perfect for our very competitive game nights. The location to downtown and the beach was great!!!

We loved everything about our stay.

We had a few issues. All but one was taken care of. Washer broken when we arrived so we couldn’t wash clothes and with 9 people. 3 children that wasn’t pleasant. Rental company did offer clean towels so all in all a great home to rent. We will definitely be back. Home is lovely.

Beautiful home and well stocked with everything g you

We had someone in a wheelchair and every time we opened door for over a minute helping him get out, the door alarm would go off . Despite holding the button , the whole time making entrance and exit difficult. Checking out at 9 am was also difficult and felt very rushed since we had to do everything except make the beds!

Easy Peasy

Easy Peasy is in a wonderful location. Close to town, easy bike ride to beach or short walk to beach. Our children ranged from 5 -12 and there were five adults. It was a comfortable, very clean place for us to stay. Would highly recommend!

BEST. HOUSE.

Couldn’t be more in love with this house! It was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do this home justice - it was beautiful! The location was fabulous especially with young kids because the house was right next to the community pool and playground. Plus the house already had a baby gate for the stairs, so we did not have to rent one. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed! Plus the rental company, Paradise Beach Rentals, was super easy to work with and so responsive!!! I could go on and on about this house… long story short. We will be back next year!

We love Rosemary!

This property was as described. Beautiful home, nice decor, comfy beds, huge kitchen with plenty of seating, bikes were in good condition, used the bike trailer (nice to have) and there were beach toys left behind from others. This house is in an excellent location, short walk to shops very easy access to beach on bikes (or walking, bikes are faster). Communication with management was easy and quick when we needed a few things. The porch and pool are private from the street. The grill could use a good cleaning and maintenance, we didn’t use bc it needed attention. They do provide small bath soaps and bar soaps. We brought: hand soaps, trash bags, laundry soaps, baggies etc. (common for rentals of this nature). Bathrooms need more towel hooks for towels and hooks for swimsuits. The house does provide plenty of bath and beach towels! Very nice laundry room! Parking at the house was challenging for our large SUV but street parking was close. Overall, nice stay, beautiful home in a lovely area. Rosemary Beach is one of our favorite spots to vacation!

Immaculate House in a great location

Easily one of the nicest homes I've rented, the kitchen was well-equipped, home furnished tastefully, dipping pool in the courtyard got a lot of use, great location to the larger pool. Made for one of my better vacations in a long time, thank you.

Short getaway

A bright, light filled, home with plenty of space to accommodate our group of 6 adults (3 couples). A great location in charming Rosemary Beach, we came from colder weather ready to enjoy the Florida sunshine and good company. Weather dampened our trip, but Easy Peasy didn't disappoint. Easy to cook, easy to watch movies, easy to play games, easy to relax and watch the rain fall and the Master has the most comfortable soaker tub. This location would also be perfect for families with kids. Situated on a tree lined street with a quaint playground and gated neighborhood pool steps from the door in addition to its own heated pool on the closed in patio.

Great house

Ideal for 1 or 2 families with children. Dipping pool is great after a long day at the beach. Super convenient that house already comes with 4 bikes, plus hitch wagon was fantastic for taking things to the beach. Lots of beach chairs and umbrella were also super helpful. Great house, very clean, extremely convenient accessories.

Amazing location & great service

Beautiful house! Perfect accommodations and space for our family! Bikes and beach chairs were BONUS!

We had THE BEST time in Easy Peasy and cannot wait to go back! Have stayed in quite a few houses in Seaside and Rosemary and Easy Peasy ranks tops in the 3BR slot!! This Mom took her college daughter and boyfriend, along with married daughter and son-in-law. Mom and daughter shared master with plenty of closet and bathroom space. Loved the pool as an added plus....it was perfect size for dipping after a long day at the beach! Everyone was very helpful and quickly responded to any question we had. We cooked some and went out for dinner some...enjoyed both. Perfect vacation! Thank you so much!!
