Amazing!

This house exceeded expectations and was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious and cozy! The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need which isn’t always the case with vacation rentals. The location was perfect and we loved Seacrest village! We will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful Home

Upon arrival, we were happy that the home was exactly like the pictures. The home has a nice modern beach feel to it. We were a family of 6 adults, and 4 children, the layout was perfect, every bedroom has their own full bath which is great. The family room was spacious for all 10 of us to sit at one time, large kitchen and family room. The swing on the upper level was so relaxing, plenty of different areas to hang out. Though this home is not on the water or by the pool, both are a quick tram ride away. This home also had plenty of kitchen gadgets and utensils to utilize during your stay. We would definitely rent again.

Fabulous Stay!

This property was gorgeous and perfect for a group of 8 girls. The common areas were great for hanging out and cooking together, and each room having its own bathroom/large beds made the stay very comfortable and easy. The property is across the street from one of the tram spots which was great for a beach day. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome House, but witnessed crime across the street

We were very pleased with the house itself - the decor is very warm and welcoming. The house also comes quite supplied, however, no baby essentials were provided (crib/pack 'n play, high chair, etc.). We ended up just buying from Target as they were more reasonable (and cleaner) than renting. Our family with young children and elder grandparents have stayed in this community at least 5 times over the past several years. This was the first time I felt unsafe. I was awakened at around 11pm on a Friday night to WITNESS a crime scene taking place across the street. Apparently, some teen spring-breakers were trying to sell alcohol to the folks staying across the street (whom they had NO relationship with and did not know), they said no, and they started BEATING THEM UP. I walked out on the upper balcony to witness a screaming lady (in her upper 60s screaming "CALL THE POLICE"), which I did immediately, and apparently, so did other neighbouring houses. I saw these teens hitting, kicking and punching elder men and WOMEN (again, all 60 years of age). This happened on the second night of our stay, and I am so sad to have witnessed this very unfortunate and tragic scene. This obviously has no reflection on the house itself, but this was a literal crime I witnessed from this house's balcony... I can't help but think and ask myself, would my parents, my husband, and I be the ones getting beat up if we were the ones on our front porch?

We’ve stayed in Rosemary Beach several times and these accommodations were by far the best. Everything you could ask for is provided in the house. The location is perfect.

Fabulous Home

This particular home is fabulous in every way. The house is beautiful, and spotlessly clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen appliances are top notch. It is situated in a super convenient location to everything you need and in a very quiet community. The check in process is well coordinated and simple. After our experience this week, we will definitely seek this house for future stays!

Beautiful home at a great location

My family enjoyed our stay in Seacrest at the beautiful home.the living room has a comfortable sofa and open floor plan. The front porch was so nice in the early evenings to sit and have a glass of wine. My kids enjoyed the upstairs deck swing in the mornings.the beds were very comfortable. The house was well stocked with initial supplies. I’ll be back again.

Would stay here again-lovely property. Just beware that if you book during hurricane season or any situation comes up, you can not cancel/reschedule, so would need travel insurance.

Amazing house!!!

We absolutely loved this house. The open floor plan made it easy to hang out after the beach and have a good time! I will say they DO NOT allow golf carts in this neighborhood anymore which is fine but just be aware of that before renting a golf cart. The beds are all comfy and there are plenty of bathrooms and mirrors to go around! The decor is also extremely cute. The owner of this property was absolutely fabulous to work with and so kind. I really would give it more stars if possible. Book it! :)

The house was filthy and the pool was closed for 3 of the 4 days we were there with no notice or offer of alternative options. We contacted the management company 30A Rental Properties several times with no response. They were aware of these issues and never responded.

Best Beach Week Ever!

House had a great layout - large kitchen, large dining area and large lounge area. The bedrooms had really comfortable beds and linens. The bunk bedroom was a little tight and the mattresses were not as comfy, but the teenagers still enjoyed their own space and balcony. The tram was across the street and when it was too long to wait, the walk was short. Definitely worth the $ to rent bikes! Hayden was a pleasure to work with - always quick to respond! The only issue was the fridge ice maker didn't make enough ice for 11 people in the house. But we just went to Seacreast Sundries to buy more ice for the week. Easy fix.

Great house for family stay!

We enjoyed our time so much at Katmanblu! My husband and I have been coming to Seacrest for the last 15 or so years and this is one of the nicer homes we’ve stayed. We have two children and we went with our friends who have 3 children. The house was laid out perfectly to accommodate a couple of families. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need. We cooked every night due to COVID. Hayden, the property manager, was amazing too. Very easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
