We adored this cutest house! It slept my growing family so comfortably and felt so cozy! We loved the short walk to the beach and most charming neighborhood! Would definitely love to stay here again! It was perfection!

Great Location

Great Communication with the owner! Kitchen is stock with everything you could ever need! All of the appliances/kitchen gadgets are like new! Love the location is close to the front of the neighborhood making it an easy walk to the pool & beach.

135 Dolphin Loop, seemed almost too good to be true, but everything was absolutely perfect as described. Debbie and Art are some of the most thoughtful, and gracious hosts. They provided us with all the information we needed in order to have the perfect experience. The kitchen contains everything needed which was very convenient. Beds are comfortable, bathroom, patio, and balcony are excellent. Location is incredible. The guide book had a multitude of restaurants and many attractions with extravagant recommendations and was of great help. Debbie and Art went above and beyond average standards to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. The thing I would suggest is a game table. Rating 9.5/10 Highly Recommended Malachi Lyman

Great Fall Break

The house was beautiful and spacious. There was a very short walk to pool and short walk to the beach. We were close to bike rentals and food. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy all there was to offer like the fire pit but would definitely recommend this rental.

Simply lovely

The property was so lovely. It truly made us feel like we were at home. They had anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Every item in the house from the furnishings to the wall decorations was picked out with care. The kitchen had everything you needed or wanted. We truly loved all of the sun porches and that fabulous top room that was sunny and bright! Truly this is a place built for family!

I highly recommend this property. The house absolutely stunning and had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. It’s situated in the cutest community and everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very accommodating, responsive and she made our stay very comfortable. This was the perfect base for our family vacation at the beach. The home was large and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us all to stretch out. We enjoyed the selection of beach equipment available as well.

A great reunion!

The house was fantastic and Debbie was quick at handling the small issue we had finding sheets for the pull out beds. The house provided plenty of space for kids and adults to be together for meals and family time but also private areas to separate! We hope to go back next year!

Wonderful House

This house is amazing… Debbie, the owner, did not cut corners on anything. Everything from spices in the cabinet to Kcups for the 2 Keurigs. The only thing that we couldn’t get to work was the 3rd floor mini frig but I never contacted the owner… plus we really didn’t need it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything. It rained a couple days, but the covered front porch was wonderful. The pool is clean, beautiful and gigantic. The one thing that was disappointing was the chair rental company takes up 3 rows of this beach which is about 80% of what you have access to and unfortunately beaches to the right and left are private. We ended up driving about 2 miles down the road to South Walton Public beach which was lovely with free parking. All and all a great trip!!

Spring Break 2021

We had a great stay at Windows By The Sea. We had four moms each with a 15 year old boy. Each mom had there own bedroom and bath and the boys stayed in the bunk room. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. The location of the house was perfect ... close to the pool and just inside the development. The house had everything we needed and we had a great time!

Fantastic 1 Month Stay

We stayed at Windows by the Sea for a month and absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful and everything was in great condition. Perfect location close to pool and very walkable to the beach, even when carrying a lot of kids things. Also walking distance to everything in both Rosemary and Alys. Owners were terrific and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Family Vacation Location!

Beautiful home in a great location, equipped with everything needed to make a beach trip successful and memorable. We had 3 families with 5 total kids and it was a comfortable experience. Used the tram for a ride to the beach area which was very convenient. The beach experienced was a little packed right in the Seacrest designated area, so we went further east to Inlet Beach public access. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would recommend for family vacations looking for ammenities/pool/great location to dining, etc!

Great Rental!

My family and I had a blast at Windows By The Sea! Great location, near the pool and the beach. Plenty of room for my wife and I, and our 3 teens, to spread out and relax. The owners were accommodating and responsive. We will come back on our next visit.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a great time in Seacrest. The house was perfect for our family and friends to spread out and enjoy our time together. Great location within walking distance to the pool, beach, and shops. Debbie was very helpful and attentive to our needs during our stay.

Great House for large groups

We had 3 families and plenty of space. Close to pool, beach and town. Had a slight issue with cable but Ron the maintenance guy was there in no time and stayed while cable company repaired. Thanks!

Windows by the Sea is the place to be

The house is beautiful. spacious and well located within the quiet and peaceful Seacrest community. Easy walk to the pool, beach and shopping/restaurants at Barrett Square.
