I would keep some spices at the place like salt and pepper. Needed more trash bags. 2 is not enough. Also, on pod for doing dishes on a 5 day stay is not enough. Could not run the dishwasher before we left.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at Sand Pointe. Short walk to beach and short walk to Rosemary for dinner each night. House was spotless and good layout for adults and teens.

Great house, large, clean, comfortable. easy short walk or bike to Inlet beach, shops, restaurants, Rosemary. 4 bikes provided. Everything worked great. Really noting to complain about all.

Wonderful place

We had an amazing stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and the swimming pool was awesome to relax after a long day at the beach. The house was stunning and had everything we could ever need on a summer vacation. Just wish we had more time there!

Beautiful property and location

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The size was great for our family of 5, and it was very clean and well maintained. It was an easy walk to the beach and town. We would definitely stay again.

Just OK

We enjoyed the location, though the accuracy of the booking and the furnishings of the house left us less than overjoyed. Booking confirmation stated check in at 3 PM. We scheduled travel accordingly and drive 5 hours to arrive in town just after 2. Still had not received access codes, so called and was told no checkin until 4 PM and that cleaning crew had just arrived. Waited, with our boat to unload for an hour. Nice property gentleman came to inspect before giving us access. Received access and were told master bedroom TV not working. Someone was sent to repair and was unable to do so, a second person came and also could not repair. Were told someone would arrive tomorrow (Sunday, March 26) to repair or replace. Within 30 minutes received a text that we needed to remove our boat. Explained that our boat would already be gone to its location if we had been able to access and unload the truck in a timely manner. Promptly finished unloading and left to drop boat. Discovered underwear and socks in dresser in master bedroom left by previous guest. Discovered that "2nd master" on 2nd floor had no bedside tables/lamps and sink in ensuite bath did not drain. Contacted property manager and owner and placed ticket. Furnishings in main level living room leave MUCH to be desired. Comfortable couch that seats 3, one VERY uncomfortable rattan chair and another corner piece from a rattan sectional was only other seating, making it impossible for even 4 people to sit comfortably.

Great Thanksgiving Trip

Great trip, plenty of room and close enough to the beach. Pool was right outside of the rental. Had it been summer, this would have been great. You get the close proximity to Rosemary at half the cost.

Fall Break Trip

My family and I love Inlet Beach and had a great week at the house and beach! Loved having the bikes as part of the rental as it was a short ride to the public beach access. House is tucked away on a side street with little to no traffic and plenty of parking for up to 3 cars. 5 star house and location, but would offer a couple recommendations for the property manager. The cooking pans are at the end of their shelf life and need to be updated with non stick pans. Also, the kitchen counters weren't thoroughly cleaned, fridge, and a couple other places in the kitchen. Although we would stay at the same house next year, would hope the cleaning team would pay a little more attention to detail.

Perfect weekend

This was the second time our family has stayed at this property. We love it! There were six adults and three children who are ages from five to five weeks. It is a short walk to the beach and conveniently located next to the community pool. The house has a wide porch that was perfect for enjoying with the baby. Our only criticisms were that the shower in one of the upstairs bathrooms would not get hot and the tv in the downstairs den did not work. But, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book this house again.

Quiet and pleasant.

Here for several nights before and after Ironman. Great location and nice home. Would have liked a few more extras like kitchen sponge, coffee filters, dishwashing soap, but overall a fine spot.

A perfect getaway

The house and location were perfect! Our family (kids included) loved having the pool just steps away from the house. The only negative was the cleanliness - not the owners fault, but we had two beds that had not been washed. It wasn’t anything that ruined our trip, we just washed them ourselves. I would definitely recommend though!!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, great location. Only a few minor issues. Shower door handle upstairs was broken, couch upstairs was stained, and the lock to enter the property was broken. Repair person was sent to fix the lock at 3pm and we notified property manager at 8 am. Shortly after it was fixed, it broke again.
