We had wonderful time! Location is 3 mints away from the beach by walking, so we had opportunity to get sunrises and sunsets expirience as well. All rooms and bathrooms were clean with enough towels for entire stay. Thank you so much!

The Beach is Calling

The location is wonderful, very close to the beach. Not fancy but it meets your needs. The beach extras made beach days awesome.

Dirty, unkept, outdated property with a great location.

Stayed at the Inlet Beach property with a pre-teen and a small child. Honestly, I would’ve been better off at a budget hotel.The main entry door frame was broken when we arrived. Door wouldn’t lock, and property management gave zero warning. Took 48 hours to respond—only to say they already knew. No apology, no fix.Bathrooms were dirty. Floors and walls looked untouched by any kind of cleaning material for a long while. Couches were old and nasty. They felt like they were covered in wax. Sheets and beds didn’t feel clean. AC vents in bedrooms and bathrooms looked like they had mold.Stairs were too steep for my 4-year-old. He had to sleep in the master with us because the other option was downstairs next to an unlocked, broken entry door.Wi-Fi was awful. Main floor TV got 25 Mbps via ethernet. Wi-Fi on other floors barely hit 10. Couldn’t stream anything. TVs were useless.Washer had rust in it. No plunger, so we lost a toilet while waiting on a response. No vacuum, so we couldn’t even clean up ourselves.Only upside: close to the beach. Carpet looked new, if that matters.Place needs a serious deep clean, real maintenance, and property management that actually gives a heads-up. Won’t be booking here again.

Unit needs updating

The property was very dated. It was clean and loved the location. Had issues with trash pickup the entire stay. It was full when we arrived and was never emptied even though we took it to the street on the indicated days. The dryer works but not very well. We had to dry clothes and towels for about 2 hours to get dry. Disposal wasn't working but we fixed that. Overall the into just needs a good update.

Sand Seashells and Sunsets! A Dream it Was!

Had the most amazing stay. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. We absolutely loved the 3rd floor balcony view. The home was clean, the beds were so comfortable and loved having a bathroom on every floor. We have stayed at several properties at Inlet and this was our best. We will definitely be back.

5 star location

The location is the only 5 star part of this place. It's like stepping into 1989 with furniture and showers/tubs that need updated. If those items were fixed...we'd rent this place again and again...even for a higher price. But the couch and kitchen chairs are well past their prime and could use a cleaning. A previous reviewer mentioned a mediocre stocked kitchen...that's true. Another pot and or pan would double the amount of pots you have. We can't stress how great the location is, but if you're looking for a higher end stay...this isn't it.

Great Place to Rent

Our family loved the convenience to the beach. We were thrilled to see the provided beach chairs, umbrella, and outside shower. The air-conditioning worked well and there were plenty of linens provided. We would definitely stay again.

Nice trip

The place was nice and clean, the views were outstanding! My husband and I are both in the food business so the kitchen wasn’t stocked as well as we would have liked, but that’s just us. The fan on the range wasn’t working so the place smelled like bacon a lot! But that’s not all bad either! We Will definitely be back!

The water view was amazing!

The place was nice and clean when we arrived. We had plenty of room for the family. The beds were comfortable and had all the amenities needed at the place. The only reason i would not give it a 5 is the location to get onto the beach. The beach access closest to the unit are stairs. The unit also has a lot of stairs but if you want that view you have to climb to see it and it is amazing at the top! If you have good knees it’s a great place to stay! We loved it.

Inlet Beach - Nice Property Close to Beach

The property was nice with all the amenities we needed. The beach was very close and less crowded than other areas. 5 minute bike ride to eat and shop.
