Bachelorette Weekend

We rented the house out for a Bachelorette weekend and it completely exceeded our expectations. The house is gorgeous, lots of space, lots of towels, in the best location. One thing all the girls commented on was how comfortable the beds were - even the bunk beds! Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend!

We had 8 family members coming together from 4 different cities to attend a wedding at the Pearl. Hartsfield Cottage was absolutely perfect.. the location could not have been better, the house itself is so pretty, and incredibly well stocked... We could not have been more satisfied. We would definitely rent this house again.

Loved this home! Comfortable for our family with plenty of space. Great balconies with ocean views. Right by town center so easy to run out for food/drinks. Easy and close walk to beach walkway F.

Gorgeous property extremely well appointed

We absolutely loved staying at Hartsfield Cottage. We are big cooks and the kitchen is gorgeous with great appliances and everything you could ask for as far as pots/ pans/ utensils etc. Our only complaint was not with the house, but with the property being renovated/ painted next dooor. We would have maybe appreciated knowing this prior to booking as there were at least 10 workmen who were very loud there at all times - so not very private or quiet at all. They also parked their van in front of our garage so we couldn’t get in or out multiple times and it was awkward asking them to move. They left trash out, ladders that you had to walk under or around to get out and broken glass in the path that we had to dodge. Anyway again, this was not with the house itself and hopefully this was only our personal experience and wouldn’t happen on anyone else on their booking this gorgeous home close to the beach and steps from town!

Peaceful and Calm on Rosemary Beach

I hosted a Thanksgiving get together with my two adult children and their spouses plus one 19month old granddaughter...The house was perfect - great location for the beach and town center, plenty of room to gather for cooking, dining and conversing. The kitchen is very well stocked with good cookware and lots of tableware - great for a family of cooking foodies!!! Nicely furnished, a variety of porches and outdoor patios to enjoy too...would certainly consider another stay at this house.

Clean and thoughtful rental steps from the beach

We travel to Rosemary twice a year and have stayed at several different rentals. This was by far the cleanest and very thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and every kitchen gadget you can think of. The team at Stay 30A was incredible very punctual, friendly, and accommodating. The only negative was the proximity to the delivery entrance for the Pearl which caused some road blocks but wouldn’t deter us from renting the property again. We had a fabulous stay!

Beach Vacation

This was a great house for our two families that travel together. We like that the kitchen and living area are on a separate floor from the bedrooms. This keeps us early risers from waking everyone else up. The proximity to the beach and the town square is also a plus.

nicely appointed - but too close to the commercial hub

The home is very comfortable and nicely appointed. However, it's across the street from the service delivery entrances for the hotel and commercial buildings. We were there 5 nights and were awakened EVERY morning - before 7AM - (even Saturday and Sunday) to a trash/delivery truck - banging around and making noise (beep-beep-beep - when they shift into reverse). If you're an early riser (before 7AM) - this won't matter and the central location is great, but if you're like me and enjoy sleeping in past 7AM on vacation, you need to pick a house further away from the commercial district.
