The house was clean and a great layout for 3 families. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. Host was very responsive. The house is also easy walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. You never have to get in your car! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!!

We loved Hangtime! The property was perfect for our family. It is close to everything, had an abundance of chairs, beach toys, wagons etc. and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We are already planning our next trip to Hangtime! By the way, Jill is great to work with and very attentive to your needs.

Very clean house (and I’m picky). Great location. It’s nice that they provide a beach wagon and chairs. The pool is kept clean as well as the grounds. My only suggestion is to replace the washing machine as it had a significant amount of mold inside and I wasn’t comfortable using it.

Good house, bad outdoor furniture.

Second year staying at this property. Last year was great, but this year the outdoor furniture on the third floor was changed out for cheap uncomfortable / unusable furniture that ruined the outdoor space. This was unfortunate because this is where you want to spend your time with the family for sunsets and after dinner conversation. The VRBO photos shown for the property still show the original nice furniture that has been removed. We ended up buying (4) lounge chairs from ACE Hardware and used those on the balcony to get us through this trip. Other than that, this is a good house and location.

We had a great week at your beach house. We had a problem with the ice maker but the owners promptly send a repairman and fixed the problem. Great location. Everyone and a great time.

Hang loose at Hangtime!

Lovely house with modern amenities. Comfortable beds w luxurious bathrooms. Spacious home with multiple family rooms and decks to hang and relax. Wonderful location w great access to beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Heated community pool was enjoyable during cooler Spring days. Rosemary beach is only a 10-15 min walk away, Inlet Beach is less congested and has a more laid-back vibe. Very enjoyable stay!

An amazing stay and property! Don’t pass up this one!

This property is an amazing place to stay! Oh, my goodness where do I even begin?! Everything you want in a beach house is included here, there’s not one thing that is missing from the kitchen everything from an icemaker to a wine bottle opener to every type of bowl and dish and pot that you can think of. All four of the bedrooms are well appointed with very comfortable mattresses and very nice bathrooms. The showers are huge and there are plenty of towels in every one. There are also extra blankets and pillows and everything you can think of that you would need in your house. There are lots of games for kids and adults, as well as puzzles and cards to keep you occupied in case you were stuck inside. The community pool right outside your door is heated in the winter The upstairs balcony is amazing as is the upstairs living area where people can spread out if needed in this house. The walk to Rosemary Beach is very easy and quick and very enjoyable. The walk to the beach is maybe three minutes tops and there are lots of beach chairs and a wagon to transport everything you need down to the beach. This is the perfect spot for a beach house when you were here. Across the highway are amazing places to eat and places to pick up things that you may have forgotten on your trip. Panama City is just a few miles down the highway where there are other places to eat as well as things to do. We will definitely be back to this house in the future, as we love it! You cannot go wrong here!

Five Star Beach Life

Tons of room. Good location just outside the crowded area. Should only get better with time as they refresh and continue to connect Inlet Beach with Rosemary. Only needs were kitchen hand towels, salt & pepper and a pizza cutter. No biggie. We will be back! THX!

Beachy Vibe & Great Location

This home was perfect for 3 generations of family, including 3 kids and 2 dogs. The location is easy and accessible. While not right on the beach or in the thick of rosemary, it was an easy golf cart (we had a lot of stuff) ride down to the water & restaurants. Very convenient for grocery stores as well :) Enjoy!

End of Summer Trip

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own space but there was ample space for us to come together as a family. It was a short walk straight down Wall Street to the beach. The house had plenty of beach chairs and a wagon that we used to haul our stuff to the beach. The house was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots, pans and appliances we needed. We walked to Donut Hole, Shades and Rosemary quite frequently. It was a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent communication with the owner.

Kitchen was the best stocked of any of the many houses we have rented over the years! Jill was always quick to reply on any questions or issues! Shared pool was nice! A little bit of a walk to the beach for older folks!

Amazing!

I didn’t want to leave! Clean, beautiful house and beach theme, comfortable beds, easy walk to the beach, lots of cooking utensils and Tupperware in the kitchen! The Keurig needs a filter, I found the filter holder, no filters though. Small issue for a beautiful week at the beach in the perfect house!
