Great Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was simply beautiful and the furnishings super nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The location couldn’t be better. The only downside is that we couldn’t make our vacation longer this time. Next time we will definitely stay longer!

Perfect 30A house: best views, rooms, location!

The house far exceeded our expectations, with beautiful décor and a quality build. Every bedroom offers privacy and the house is quiet, even from floor to floor. The views from the balconies are amazing, and the location is convenient for beach and pool access, as well as restaurants and shops. We rented a car send we flew in, but rarely needed it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location!

The house was perfect and the location was even better! Super short walk to beach and all the fun things in Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys. House is clean with great A/C and three parking spots. While we were there, there was a bad storm and the neighbors had some debris blow onto our patio. After a quick text to property management, they sent someone right over on a Friday and cleaned up. So nice!

Great location, nice pool

Nice and well equipped house. Nicely decorated. Will say the “4th bedroom” is not really a bedroom. There is no closet and only overhead lights. We couldn’t find the remotes to most of the televisions. The property manager called us back about the fire alarm going off but never came to actually fix it as promised. Also, the keypad was changed 30 mins prior to the 10 am checkout. The kitchen and living room had an ant infestation.

Awesome house /great location.

If you want a great house in a fantastic location this is it. It’s walking distance to everything you could want to do :-). The restaurants and shopping are fantastic. And the beach is so nice and clean. Don’t hesitate to book this property you won’t be disappointed.

The management company worked to fix any issues we had. Love the location. The property wasn’t cleaned well from the previous guests.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the kitchen truly had everything we needed for cooking. The only downside was that we arrived to what looked like maintenance work in one of the bathrooms. Nothing appeared broken. Just a small amount of tools/trash. Vacation life properties was quick to respond/ensured no one would be in and out of the property during our stay. Overall we had a great time and love the location and neighborhood!

Family Vacation

Location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool. 15 minute walk to both Alys and Rosemary. View from top balcony was amazing!! Would definitely stay there again.

Seacrest Beach Stay

Pros: Awesome location and beautiful views!!! Lovely balconies, the house inside is beautiful and kitchen was well equipped. Beds slept fine and the layout is pretty neat...especially if you have older kids. Cons: house was not clean when we checked in, traffic can be loud at times as the house is right on the highway (but again you get great water views because of the location), bikes were locked up and for owner use only. In a neighborhood where biking is a way of life, bikes should be provided to the guests. Rental company did not give us the lock code in our arrival email. I had to track it down. Not a major thing, just inconvenient. Overall the house is beautiful and the gulf views were beautiful.

Perfect spot

Everything was absolutely perfect in the house. Great location. The only issue was our house was not ready until after 8 pm. We got in the house at normal check-in, but it had not been cleaned. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The master suite on the 3rd floor, provided great privacy from teenagers on 1st floor. A great set up for this stage in life. The separation and 3 floors might be a challenge for small children or older, but we loved the different areas to retreat at times while still being able to gather all together (10) in the spacious living room, upper balcony and kitchen/dining room. Loved the attractive decor! Great location to walk to Seacrest beach and the wonderful pool! Most meals were cooked on the convenient grill on the kitchen balcony. The whole family loved the home and enjoyed being there. We kept the game table in regular use, too!

Prime location, house has potential!

This was our 3rd year to stay in this area. We loved the location of this house, but for what it’s worth, we were overall disappointed. It’s got great potential, just needs some tlc. Not sure how long it had been since the house had been cleaned, but upon arrival, the downstairs bathtub, shower and towels were not clean. The downstairs master was missing bedding/comforter, and the doorknob to the porch was broken off. There were a few other things, but don’t want to be too nit-picky. Once we got in touch with the property manager, they were very diligent in getting maintenance there to help with a few of these things. There were 8 of us, so the layout of the house was great for our group! I think this was the first house we’ve stayed in that didn’t already come with bikes, so that was a little disappointing, but thankfully the bike rentals were not far. This house has potential for sure. And again, we loved the location, short walk to the beach, as well as the local restaurants and shops.
