Comfortable and clean home near a great beach!

Enjoyed our stay at the “guest house”! Kitchen has high end appliances (enjoyed the Wolf stove), ice maker, wine fridge, etc. Kitchen has ample dish ware, pots and pans etc. loved the outdoor spaces as well. Suggest you rent a golf cart or bikes to get around as there is no parking within the complex. Gorgeous beach (5 mins walk) with comfortable lounge chairs/umbrella.

We loved the location as well. We love the quiet community of Carillon. The house was so clean and organized. We enjoyed the grill area and eating outside on the wonderful back porch. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation! Would recommend and would definitely come back!

Guest House felt like home to us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Guest House was the perfect house for our family vacation! There was plenty of room to spread out and the location was very close to Beach Access #1. We loved the queen size bunks, as our grandson is 6’ 4” and twin bunks just don’t work for him. The house has been well maintained and we had everything we needed. We even had a glimpse of Guest, the huge raccoon. We would definitely stay in Guest House again!Two suggestions: the garbage cans need new bungees to hold the lids. Those were broken when we arrived. There are a couple of places along trim inside the house that probably need to be touch up painted. And one of the steps out on the side of the front entrance was broken. I assume you know about this, as there was an orange cone duct taped down on top of it.

Guest House - Paradise Perfected

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVED our time at the Guest House. The home is absolutely gorgeous with so much attention to detail. The owners and property managers have thought of everything. The kitchen is a dream; both my husband and brother in-law (who is a professional chef) had all the tools they needed to create fabulous meals for our families. We had plenty of the essential supplies to get us started ( hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels & tp). The beach walkover was just a short walk from the house. There were even board games for us to enjoy. We did have a little trouble with the internet, but the property manager addressed it immediately and we were back up and running within an hour. My sister and I rent properties in Carillon/Pinnacle Port as well as the North GA at mountains at least twice a year for the past fifteen years and this is the nicest and most well appointed home we've stayed in to date. We cannot wait to come back!

Family Vacation at “Guest House”

We enjoyed our Vacation very much.. The house is Absolutely Beautiful.. Decorated very nice, we had 8 people there & there was plenty of room .. Beds were so comfortable ( everyone kept saying the same thing, even the bunk beds!) Plenty of beach towels..Kitchen was very well stocked , had everything I would cook with.. Ice machine/Wine Refrigerator was a Nice touch, came in very handy! Ordered groceries from Publix to be delivered, Via Instacart, very convenient)Been to Carillion quite a few times, absolutely love the gated neighborhood ( would definitely rent this house again) This house is very close to the walk over to the beach, but we did rent golf carts for the week from the golf cart rental place they recommended ( we like to drive around the neighborhood or pools or tennis/pickleball/ basketball courts or take our group to walkover with all beach equipment we brought ( they do not have any beach toys , so bring what you need for kid's) took the Golf Cart to the breakfast outside sitting area, boutique, spa, Pizza & Brewery!) but can’t park golf carts at walkover so someone has to park it back at house & walk back…My husband absolutely loved the patio.. infact my older kids stayed out there a lot too playing games.. The manager & assistant of this property are very easy to get hold of and will be right there to help you if you have any problems! They are wonderful to work with! Definitely visit Lake Powell Pizza & Brewery restaurant, Jenson/ waitress was so nice!

We loved using the back porch for grilling and beach prep as well. We had plenty of space for our 4 adults and 5 children, and an easy walk to the park pool and the beach if we did not use our golf cart.

We spent a lot of time reading and relaxing on the huge, beautiful back porch. The managers were so helpful when I had trouble with the new parking system. I love renting through the Sandels because they are so helpful. I was surprised at how easy it was to get to the beach from this home. The notebook that is kept on the dining table has a list of great restaurants that is right on target. Our favorite restaurant is George's. The four teens and 5-year-old loved renting bikes and riding through Carillon. We also enjoyed the beautiful, uncrowded beach with the comfortable lounge chairs. The kids had fun at all the pools. They also loved the shop and the cafe. I highly recommend this home and Carillon Beach.

Very relaxing vacation, house has everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay in carillon beach! We have never stayed before and were a bit nervous, but it is a true hidden gem. You get the white sandy beaches (walkable) without all the traffic of 30A. The little cafe, pizza shop, and salty bottle wine/coffee were surprisingly perfect if you wanted to stay in neighborhood for the day. We ventured out to seaside and rosemary a few times for variety but always were so happy about where we stayed! The heated community felt super safe and our kids were able to walk to pool, beach, basketball, tennis etc every day! Our beach chair were set up everyday and it’s about a 3 minute walk to the beach. We had our family of 5 there and they had exactly five bikes that worked perfect to get around the neighborhood. The house has everything you could need, we picked up paper towel and dish soap etc. But, for cooking it’s fully stocked with everything you could need. The one thing I would have liked is a bit more comfy pillows. So if you’re reading this bring some from home. Tons of space and very clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very new, clean, and well appointed. I especially appreciated the ice maker that was independent from the refrigerator. It made filling coolers a breeze. The kids bunk-room was very nice and had plenty of space and ample closet room. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels. My only slight dissatisfaction was the fact that the beach chairs for this home are quite far from beach walk over one. It was OK for our group, but anyone with elderly members in their group or infants should know the chairs are not directly near the walkover and it’s a bit of a walk in the sand (carrying all your beach stuff at times is difficult) to the beach chair location, however it would not stop me from renting this house again.

The kitchen is perfect for a family that loves to cook together and is exceptionally well organized and stocked with every gadget, cookware, serving piece you would need. The back porch is quiet and relaxing. The beds are comfortable as are all chairs and couches. If you carry a lot to the beach, a golf cart is necessary. This is our second time renting a property in Carillon with Sandels by the Sea and will not be our last. Karen Sandel's level of customer service is unmatched. She is responsive and her attention to detail ensures that your trip will be fantastic.

Guest House Summer Vacation 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 along with our friends family of 6 vacationed at the Guest House June 2022. House was beautiful and comfortable and accommodated 4 adults and 6 total kids more than adequately. We were all impressed by the size, beauty, and location of the home. Rented golf carts to move around with ease. House had washer and dryer so we were able to wash during our stay and wash our clothes before heading home. Rented bikes that the kids loved. Gated community allowed us to enjoy the community without it being overrun with vacationers. Overall a fantastic experience. We will be back.
