This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! The house was so clean and beautiful and it had everything we needed. The community where the house is located is picturesque and in an amazing location. The tram system worked out great. It was so easy to call and we only had to wait a few minutes at most each time for a ride to the pool or the beach. Some people have mentioned that the pool is not heated, which is true, so it is a little chilly, especially since we were there in early April. But overall, it wasn’t terrible. We really loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone!

We were so pleased with the beauty of Green Shutters. Sheila made our process from booking the home to checking in so easy! This was our first stay on 30 A. We were a little disappointed at how hard it was to find a spot on the very crowded beach on our first day. We had a tram stop right across from our driveway, so that made getting to the beach easy. The pool is top notch, but it is very strict! People would stop by our chairs to check our armbands constantly, even asking my husband to show his when wearing long sleeves. We were told our chairs were too close to the pool and needed to move. It seemed to be a LOT. The community is absolutely lovely and we felt safe all of the time, however, one of our rented bikes was stolen on our last day. Thankfully, Noah with Good Pedals was able to track it down!

The property is very close to beach and shopping around Rosemary beach, which makes it great for bike riding. The tram service was great along with the private beach. Only negatives are the pool isn’t heating, it was very cold, and the AC needs maintenance as it never can keep the house cool, was 80 inside during the day. I would definitely stay at this property again though, we enjoyed it alot.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal. We had an issue upon checking in, and it was immediately addressed. Restaurants and activities were within walking distance and several shopping opportunities.

Property was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay immensely! We wish the wrist band process was more efficient. Wrist bands waiting for you on the kitchen counter would be awesome! Waiting for security to bring them was not the best. I can imagine folks with little kids dying to get to the pool ,and having to wait for several hours to receive the property bands would be awful! LOL! Green Shutters was the perfect home away from home for us!!

We had a great time at Green Shutters. It was convenient and a very nice, clean house. I would suggest replacing the twin mattresses. We would definitely stay here again. The kids were able to ride bikes everywhere. The house is located near shops and short tram ride to pool and beach.

Excellent experience. Very responsive management. Great location on the property- close to food, literally on a tram stop to beach, walkable to Rosemary. Plenty of space for us, our 2 boys & my mother in law. Great amenities. Would rent again.

Very nice accommodations! Experienced no significant issues. Would highly recommend. No complaints really. Only a couple minor details to note… connectivity to internet through wifi was intermittent. Not sure if it was weather related or not but had a couple days where it was unavailable. Not an issue for us because I had connections through cellular devices. Also if you need more than 2 parking spots it can be challenging. Document on refrigerator stated parking in front of house is limited to 2 vehicles. During our stay I was able to find a spot close for 3rd vehicle. Only other item to note/suggest from our stay is it would be nice if grill was under some type of overhead cover. Spent one evening grilling while holding an umbrella!

The property was nice but the floors were dirty. There was a door going into the upstairs bathroom that hinges were falling off. Had to call maintenance for repair. Everyone working there was very friendly.

Love the area! My first time to the Emerald Coast and will definitely return! Seacrest Beach community was perfect, from the pool to the beach! Green Shutters house was great, but would recommend replacing the twin bed mattresses. Overall a wonderful experience!

This house is adorable and so convenient to everything - pool, beach, restaurants, shops. We had plenty of room to spread out and ate almost every meal on the huge porch. Because the street is a dead end, it’s very quiet and peaceful. We rented bikes with a trailer for our kids and rode all over Inlet, Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Opted out of paying the crazy beach chair rental fees in Seacrest and instead went to a public access in Inlet Beach which was perfect. Would have been great if the house provided a couple of chairs/toys for the beach since we flew in and couldn’t bring those items with us, but that’s of course a very minor thing! Overall, a perfect week and would definitely recommend this house!
