Great stay with family

Family loved our stay, great location right on the beach and close to everything you need. WiFi was pretty slow, but the kids were occupied with the beach most of the time that they didn’t complain much.

Loved this condo!

The unit was great! Decorated really well. Wonderful ocean view from the balcony. My son did say the bunk room did get a little warm at night so a fan would've been nice but other than that everything was perfect! Thanks for letting us stay!!

Excellent host, good facility amenities, but for us the condo layout left some to be desired.

No complaints at all about the stay, or the host. There was an issue that did not get resolved with one of the Wi-Fi routers missing its ethernet connection, so that Wi-Fi was difficult to get in the main body of the condo. Also, Wi-Fi is condo specific rather than distributed over the entire facility, which was different than the other places that we have stayed. I don't know if it is appropriate to list other resort names, but we have stayed at four others in the area. Love the amenities of the Tidewater resort, but the master bedroom window did not open to the gulf but rather the hallway which was disappointing. Also, the master bedroom was not large enough to have a sitting area in a bay window the way that we were accustomed to at other resorts on the Front Beach road. It also did not have balcony access, and the balcony itself was small enough that it really wasn't a great sitting area, because there wasn't room for a table where several of us could sit around together. As a result, the condo was more of a home base for beach access and amenity access, but not really an island of relaxation like we were anticipating. Again, the host was excellent. Communication was immediate. Check in and check out were seamless. Condo was clean. If what you are looking for is a good home base for enjoying other things, then this particular beach and these particular amenities are highly recommended! And if you are going to stay at Tidewater, I would definitely recommend this host.

Great property but elevators don’t work

The property is great. Clean, great location, all the amenities but if you have trouble climbing as many as 25 flights of stairs multiple times a day stay away!!! The elevators rarely work. They will tell you they are putting in new ones but that isn’t true unless they can do that with no construction and it takes years because they have been telling everyone one that for 3-4 years now. My mother stood waiting for 35 minutes on the elevator, had a weak spell and when you call the desk they said take the stairs. She is about to pass out and they want her to walk 7 flights of stairs!!Crazy!!! If they would fix the elevator issue everything else was great.

Great Trip!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and suited our needs! It was very clean and had the best beds. Great place to stay It would have been nice if the owner had of made contact a bit more in advance than morning of it makes a person wonder if it’s legit when there’s been no contact.
