Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at this property, from the moment we stepped in, we were happy with the brightness, the cleanliness. Having bikes available right on the property was so convenient and easy. We would definitely book again!

Great Family Stay

We had an amazing stay at Free Wheelin’ this week! The location of the property is perfect, so many things in a walking/biking distance! Plenty to see, do, eat etc… Pool in the neighborhood was fantastic and the beach was easy to access just wish the beach trams ran a little later in the evenings. Overall we loved it and will be back!

Incredible stay. Perfect location. Amazing management

This place was great. Highly recommended and will definitely book again. Clean, quiet and the management team was on top of all our requests and provided a bonfire one evening! Lots is space and fully stocked with everything you needed. Our party of 6 loved it.

Great end to the summer with 30a beach girls! This place is amazing! It is beautiful inside and the service is spectacular! Loved having the bikes. We were sad to leave, but will definitely be staying again!

Great little house

Great location and lovely house and decor. We had teenage girls, so the third bath was a bit small, but they loved to share the master. No issues and the 30A girls were helpful and easy to work with!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

It was so clean and so perfect for my daughter and her closest friends to stay together for her wedding. The girls loved getting ready together. And the house was the most perfect size. The 30a beach girls were so accommodating and gave all the information we needed.

The perfect 30a stay! This place was a dream! The house was super clean and very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking around and exploring. We loved every minute spent here. The included b bonfire was a perfect memory making night, a blast! The bikes included were used daily for exploring. Beach and pool are very close.

Absolutely Stunning and Immaculately Clean Property!

This place exceeded our expectations in every way! Every inch was beautiful, and the cleanliness was simply outstanding. The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with dishes and supplies that made hosting our group a breeze. Plus, the beach was just a delightful stroll away! Such a serene peaceful area! Wonderful vacation!

What a great week! We were hoping to extend and sadly it was already booked. The weather was great and the home was perfect and very clean. We loved the bonfire so much we went to a 2nd one! On the way home my 7 year old daughter said mommy can we have a bonfire when we get home? Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Lovely stay, short walk to the beach! Great home, so comfortable and beautiful plus lots of bikes. So close to Rosemary shops and dinning and then only a 12 mins walk to the beach. Bunch of cute shops and places along the street both in Alys, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary. Asked Hollie for the ultimate girl coffee shop and she said Fonville, it was our favorite go to place. We went everyday. And the included bonfire, don'y miss out it's a must attend! So much fun, it was fantastic.

BOOK THIS HOUSE!

We are officially spoiled! This was AMAZING!!! Our dog was walked, our groceries were put away, a free bonfire night, this was the best vacation we have ever had! House was beautiful and very comfortable. Seacrest Beach was crazy overcrowded but Breanna and Hollie told us to go to Inlet, we biked there each day. Not even 10 m inures away. We will absolutely ne rebooking you guys are the best!! - Jen & Marc

AMAZING!!!!!!

What an amazing vacation! The house was absolutely perfect for our crew! (Even got to bring my dog!) the house was well stocked with everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable as was all the furniture. Many naps were taken on the couches! The neighborhood felt like a Disney movie and we just loved our walks and bike rides! The 30A Beach Girls made this vacation seamless! Check in process was easy, our beach gear was here when we got here, the bikes were in perfect condition and they even accommodated us when we arrived an hour before our check in time! Only a text away and quickly respond to all questions. They even came and walked our dog a few days when we had a long day out!! Talk about going the extra mile! This was our first vacation to this area but it will not be our last! Thank you ladies! Book through 30A Beach Girls - you will not be disappointed.

Too crowded

Pros: The house was clean and beautiful. The property management company had excellent communication. Very easy to work with. Cons: The community where this home is located has been overbuilt and cannot accommodate all the people staying there. For example, the beach access the home is assigned to (where the shuttle drops you off) is tiny. You won’t get a spot on the beach unless you claim it at 6 am. We tried at 8 am and were too late for the 4th row. Umbrellas and elbows are touching with strangers. We literally witnessed a fight over beach space. Same thing with the pool. We *stood* for an hour waiting for a chair to open up and finally just left. Go to the pool after 4:30 pm and you can sit down. They overbuilt the homes but left the amenities behind. FYI, you are not allowed to enter the “Village” pool that is closest to this property. Only the “Lagoon” pool is available to you. It’s a bit farther and bigger, but again too small for the amount of people trying to sit. Also, this house is too far to walk to the beach if you are carrying chairs, a cooler, and are juggling smaller children or a grandparent. Going around the shuttle availability is a must. One day, they just shut down altogether even though it was sunny most of the day. Maybe the off season is better, but if you’re looking for a *summer* beach trip, this spot is frustrating. I felt exhausted on vacation from the amount of finagling/teeing up we had to do. We were disappointed it wasn’t more relaxing.

Beautiful home in a convenient location!

This property was beautifully decorated and felt comfy. The family room is huge for a 3 bedrm home with plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Home was very clean. Location was an easy walk to beach, pool, the small square area and Rosemary Beach. They also have a tram that will pick you up at your home if you call and drop you off at the beach, pool or shops. Super convenient and easy to use. Tram spot was in front of our house. A few things to note - there is no place to park bikes or leave beach wagons at the beach entrance so it is best to walk or take tram and golf carts are not allowed in Seacrest. Bikes are nice for riding around Seacrest or Rosemary or Alys beach. Also, the beach area designated to Seacrest is not very large, with private beaches on either side, however, we had no trouble finding a spot each day and my teens seemed to find a place to skim board and throw the football. Several good restaurants within walking distance - Pizza By the Sea, BBB (Big Bad Breakfast), George's and many more. Ice cream & live entertainment at night in square area as well. We typically stay in Watercolor, but this was a nice change and we thought it seemed less crowded and quieter than Seaside/ Watercolor. The management company was great/responsive and hosted a bonfire on the beach a few nights we were there with smores and cornhole - we attended one and watched the sunset w/ the kids. This home is also pet friendly and I have a small hypoallergenic dog and am allergic to most other dogs - my allergies were fine in the home which was a relief. The back patio faces a fenced in yard area where you can let your pet out if you want. The only comment I would have is that the master bedroom mattress was a little lumpy. It seemed like a good quality mattress with a foam pad on top which I had to remove b/c I need a firm mattress for my bad back. If you remove that, you can feel the lumps. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage which I didn't even know about. Overall, it was a nice trip and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to others!
