Weekend Beach Trip with Friends

This house had PLENTY of space for 10 of us. Very clean and had everything that we needed there at the house. We had an issue (our fault) with the breakers and had a very quick response, and it was resolved within 12 hours. We did have to drive to the beach, but the fact that it was right beside the hub (like a 1 minute away) was great. We loved it and would definitely be back!

Great house and location! We loved being close to The Big Chill for shopping, quick snacks and activities. We rented golf carts and drove to the beach access past the state park as it was easy to park and walk right down to the beach. The house was fantastic! So much space with 2 huge king suites with a third kind bedroom and the kids bunk room was also very spacious!! This was one of the best houses due to the layout of the home. The kitchen and living space was also nice to spread out! On the rainy days we spent time shopping in Rosemary and Seaside! Always a great time on 30a! The larger community pool was just okay across the street. Nothing like the Seacrest pool but nice have a pool option after a long day at the beach. Overall, awonderful time and the house was fantastic!!!

Disappointed

The place was dirty, not well kept (it's sad because it's a beautiful house!! I don't think the owners know the condition of the house, the management company is terrible!) It's too far from the beach, it wasn't worth it!

Beautiful property

The house was beautiful. Enough room to be all together or in your own space. Could not use elevator because it was restricted from renters. Nor could we adjust temperature in rooms. Was preset. Grandsons loved the bikes. For anyone wanting to rent this house, make sure you rent a golf cart. We waited too long and could not get one. Price was very reasonable to rent. Both pools on property were nice plus the little shops and eateries were nice.

Relaxing week

We had an amazing week at this gorgeous home away from home! It is so clean and perfect in every way! It's a great beach house to create memories with your family or friends at beautiful beaches. We love the location and the shops and restaurants near by. We frequent this location often it never disappoints. Until we meet again!

The house was wonderful. However the gentleman who claimed to be security was out of line. When we were at the pool behind our house he was very rude about instructing people about the rules for drinks near the pool. It was not tactful and when he came back a second time he was yelling and decided to have the pool shut down. Within our group there were two four year olds and this was going on in front of them. There was even swear words said. No one was causing a problem or making scene besides him. I'm not sure if rules need to be stated in the reservation contract but either way he was out of line.

Excellent, would highly reccommend

Beautiful home. New, very nice and super clean. Management company was very responsive and professional. Loved the Hub area with all the shops, evening events and coffee bar, etc. BUT NOTE: there is no direct access from the community to the beach. the bike ride down the bike path by the road to the public access is about 4 - 5 minutes, so not a huge deal. But this will lessen the likelihood that I would stay here in the future. At the same time, it is a lovely home and sweet, family friendly community at a very reasonable price for 30A. Just rent knowing the beach access is what it is and assess whether that works for your family!

Great spring break

Lovely home. The kitchen was amazing. It was nice to be able to walk to the Hub. And having two parking spaces inside the garage was a bonus.

Wow, this house is amazing. The weather was great. Fun times with family. Prominence and the hub is a great place for family's. Everything accessible in walking distance. Can't wait for next time!!!

Beautiful home

Our family of 10 stayed comfortably in this beautiful home. The Hub was a great hang out spot but the the multiple decks on the house were our favorite hang out spots. The neighborhood was quiet at night and the pool closed early but we had a great stay. Lots of beach toys, chairs, bikes were available and unexpected.

Flor Da Li by the Sea is fabulous!

Beautiful well appointed homehas every thing you need. Great location near beaches, great restaurants and shopping. The pools and The Hub are very close to the house so always something to do. Wonderful stay and hope yo return many times.

Gorgeous property with all the amenities possible!

Our family of 8 plus a grandma recently stayed at Flor Da Li by the Sea for our spring break. We had an amazing time and thoroughly loved staying in the beautiful home! Although the listing doesn't provide specifics regarding the home's amenities, rest assured that nearly everything you could ever want is in the home - completely stocked kitchen, large pantry with computer desk, amazing laundry room, tons of cleaning supplies, laundry baskets in each huge closet, tons of extra linens, beach toys and beach chairs, etc. The home is beautifully decorated, very serene, provides tons of room for a large group and was immaculately clean upon our arrival. We will be back! Thank you Coastal Dreamin' for being such an amazing property management company, you do excellent work!

Average at Best

This property is average at best. The property management made our experience less than desirable for several reasons. First, the cleaning staff was still cleaning at 4:40 when our check in was at 4:00. I understand that they are taking extra precautions due to COVID and appreciate that, but when I reached out to the management they added up the minutes associated to the delayed time to "reimburse me $20." Customer service flaw #1 while I had a party of 14 waiting outside with luggage in the heat. Second, the dishwasher did not work the entire trip. When the maintenance staff arrived (almost two days after my original complaint) we were told that they have ordered the part to fix the dishwasher but it has not arrived yet. Meaning, the management knew of this issue and never let our party know that we needed to prepare to hand wash dishes for 14 people every day. Third, the freezer and ice machine were broken. The management tried to tell us that it was working and it was not. We had no ice the entire trip and our perishables were ruined because the freezer remained at 45 degrees when the suggested temperature was 0. I have pictures every day to prove this further. And lastly, overall, I feel like the management cut corners anyway possible. We had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two out of five bikes were broken, bathroom doors did not work, etc. The beds were comfortable and the location was good but if you do rent, be prepared to adjust to shortcomings.

The Hub living

This property is beautiful! It had every amenity that you could think of. Very comfortable and relaxing and pristine. A bit of a hike to Beach access but the walk down the boardwalk is well worth it!!!

Amazing Home and Location

We had an amazing time at Flor Da Li by the Sea. The house has both an open plan allowing for fun and socializing, and large bedrooms and bathrooms to retreat and relax. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals, but if you are too busy you can make the 3 minute to the HUB for a great meal and entertainment! Each floor has a walk out patio or deck, perfect for a morning coffee or a evening nightcap. The location on 30A is close to many great restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning again to create more memories at Flor da Li by the Sea!

Loved the home. It was clean and well appointed with modern and new appliances, furnishings and lots of room to spread out. My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough towels for all 14 in the house. Otherwise we loved the home and the Prominence community. the Hub has good selection of food and entertainment. #twothumbsup #wellbeback

Beautiful house with Amazing Space

Beautiful house with lots of space. Main floor great for socializing but separate bedrooms allowing for down time. Beds are super comfortable like you are sleeping at your own home. Close enough to Seaside if you want to venture down but The Hub is steps away with great food and entertainment (live music, movies, etc) so you really don’t have to leave. Can’t wait to book our next visit.

This is a beautiful home with great amenities and in an amazing area! The decor is beautiful and close to so food and shopping. The decks are beautiful and the spacious layout makes it easy for large groups! Will Definitely go back!
