This property is average at best. The property management made our experience less than desirable for several reasons. First, the cleaning staff was still cleaning at 4:40 when our check in was at 4:00. I understand that they are taking extra precautions due to COVID and appreciate that, but when I reached out to the management they added up the minutes associated to the delayed time to "reimburse me $20." Customer service flaw #1 while I had a party of 14 waiting outside with luggage in the heat.
Second, the dishwasher did not work the entire trip. When the maintenance staff arrived (almost two days after my original complaint) we were told that they have ordered the part to fix the dishwasher but it has not arrived yet. Meaning, the management knew of this issue and never let our party know that we needed to prepare to hand wash dishes for 14 people every day.
Third, the freezer and ice machine were broken. The management tried to tell us that it was working and it was not. We had no ice the entire trip and our perishables were ruined because the freezer remained at 45 degrees when the suggested temperature was 0. I have pictures every day to prove this further.
And lastly, overall, I feel like the management cut corners anyway possible. We had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two out of five bikes were broken, bathroom doors did not work, etc.
The beds were comfortable and the location was good but if you do rent, be prepared to adjust to shortcomings.
