Fall Break Getaway

This property was in a perfect location! You were steps to the beach and several restaurants and attractions. The house was nice for 3 families with kids to hang out! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay here, it was beautiful and eveything was very nice. The host thought of all the extras with lots of towels, trash bags, even a few kcups. She was very responsive and helped us check in when we had problems with the app. We would recommend this host/house to family and friends.

Fantastic!

This house is perfect! It is clean and spacious; so close to the beach and other places. The location enabled the big kids to walk to other places - getting ice cream, food or shopping, etc. The house has everything you need, including a nice, working washer and dryer set. The host is incredible. I must say that we have never stayed anywhere with a host that comes close. She (Jessica) goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need - or want - to make this a perfect vacation. We will come back here any time we can.

Very Happy!

Beautiful, very short walk to the beach. There is a reason it has so many 5 star reviews. Very comfortable with 12 people. The host was amazing making sure we had everything we needed.

Family Vacation

Property manager was amazing! She was extremely responsive and patient. She even followed up on items accidentally left behind. Two families with a total of 6 kids on the trip, including 3 one year olds, and the house accommodated the chaos very well. Easy walk to the beach and the layout of the property allowed for the various nap schedules and routines.

Amazing place!

We had the best time at this condo. The back patio and pool were perfect. The amount of space fit our group of 8 perfectly. The walk to the beach was right around the corner. Jessica was great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting PCB!

Absolutely wonderful!

We’ve booked this property more than once and every single time it’s been absolutely wonderful. Location is literally walking distance to the beach, which is great with young kids and a whole bunch of beach stuff to carry. Always very clean and well maintained. October 2022 family vacay

We absolutely enjoyed this house with our whole family! So many wonderful memories were made! We enjoyed this vacation with Our daughters and son in laws and all of our grandsons!!! Short walk to the beach

Location was closer than expected to the beach which was wonderful and the beach was never crowded. The unit came with plenty of beach towels and the kids swam in the pool almost everyday we were there. Very pleased with our stay!

Vacation Bliss!

Wonderful property and location, plenty of room for 3 couples and a visiting couple. So clean and updated and a very short and pleasant walk to the beach! Jessica was incredibly helpful and so hospitable. Pool was a major plus, shaded around the late afternoon and so relaxing. Thank you Jessica for the opportunity to stay here!

Top-tier location, experience and owner

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at this property and the experience was as perfect as it was last year. The house is amazing, incredibly well-stocked and the owner is very communicative, friendly and helpful. Anything you could possibly want/need is provided for you, including beach towels, toys and chairs. We loved the free beach chair service. This year an added bonus was that we accidentally left a load of laundry in the dryer and the owner mailed it back to us free of charge. We really love Jessica and hope to keep using her properties as long as they are available!

Excellent Property & Location

We loved our week-long stay at Jessica's place. Everything was exactly as expected. The house had everything we needed to cook/grill all our meals for 7 people. There was a wagon and chairs for the beach that we used every day. The pool was super clean. Jessica even went out of her way to deal with some rowdy spring breakers who were staying in the house behind us. Overall it was a wonderful stay and Jessica was a wonderful host. We will be back!

Wonderful townhouse.

A group of four moms and four daughters rented the home for a basketball team showcase week being held at various PCB school locations. The rental and checkin process was extremely easy and communication with the owner was easy, and she quickly responded. The residence was clean and well kept with plenty of sleeping and bathroom space to accommodate eight women. The whole property was well equipped and labeled throughout. The property owner had an awesome house and town guide that we found very useful. Ample parking for all of our vehicles. We will definitely return.

My family rented this property for Thanksgiving and it was great. There was enough room to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was a nice size and had enough counter space for all of the food. It was in walking distance to the beach and not for from grocery stores and the mall. Very nice property!
